An asymmetric spinel-spinel supercapacitor is fabricated with negative and positive electrodes respectively consisting of Fe3O4 and Mn3O4 nanoparticles, where carbon nanotubes (CNT) serve as conductive additives. High performance of the individual electrodes and devices is achieved at a high active mass (AM) loading of 40 mg cm−2 of the individual electrodes. We implement a conceptually new strategy using multifunctional Celestine blue (CB) dye, which is strongly adsorbed on the spinel phases and CNT, facilitates dispersion, acts as a capping agent and allows for the fabrication of spinel decorated CNT. CB is an efficient charge transfer mediator, which allows for significant improvement of capacitive behavior. The use of CB as a charge transfer mediator allows for good utilization of capacitive properties of spinels at high AM. Mechanisms of spinel-CB-CNT interactions and charge transfer mediation are discussed. The capacitive properties of electrodes with different spinel/CNT mass ratios are tested by cyclic voltammetry, chronopotentiometry and impedance spectroscopy. The areal capacitances of 6.17 and 5.15 F cm−2 are obtained for Fe3O4 and Mn3O4 based electrodes, respectively in 0.5 M Na2SO4 electrolyte. The high capacitances are achieved for the electrodes that have low resistance. Using these electrodes, an asymmetric device is fabricated that has a capacitance of 2.41 F cm−2 in a voltage window of 1.6 V. 相似文献

通过对直流氢电弧蒸发法制备的纳米铁粉Zeta电位的测量,选用非离子型和阴离子型2类分散剂,分别研究了油酸、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)和十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)3种分散剂对纳米铁粉分散性能的影响.结果表明:超声时间、分散剂加入量及pH值对分散效果影响显著,随着超声时间和表面活性剂加入浓度的提高,粉体分散效果呈先增大后减小的趋势;PVP和油酸对纳米铁粉的分散效果较好,分散剂分散效果从高到低顺序依次为:PVP>油酸>SDBS;推荐最佳分散工艺:无水乙醇作为溶剂,超声功率560 W,超声时间15 min,pH等于10,PVP加入量4%. 相似文献

2,2′-Bicinchoninic acid (BiqCOOH) exhibits a set of functional properties, which motivated the work of fabricating BiqCOOH films. Thin films of BiqCOOH were prepared potentiodynamically or under constant-voltage conditions from the solutions of dipotassium salt of 2,2′-bicinchoninic acid (BiqCOOK) in water or ethanol-water solvent. Electron microscopy investigations showed that the electrochemical assembly of BiqCOOH in aqueous solutions resulted in fibrous morphology while a flower-like morphology, containing rectangular prism-shaped particles, was the result in ethanol-water solutions. The anodic deposition mechanism for BiqCOOH has been proposed based on the analysis of cyclic voltammetry (CV), electron microscopy and FTIR data. The polyaromatic BiqCOOK molecules, containing chelating ligands, showed adsorption on a range of different materials, such as Pd, NiO and multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT). An electrophoretic deposition (EPD) method allowed for the manufacturing of Pd, NiO and MWCNT films using BiqCOOK as anionic dispersing and binding species. The results of this investigation have generated new possibilities in creating individual material and composite films for applications based on their functional properties. 相似文献

Mesoporous Cu2O particles with different morphologies were synthesized via simple one-pot reactions. Effects of reducing agents, dispersant, template, and temperature on the structure of the prepared materials were investigated. Mesoporous flower-shaped Cu2O materials were obtained at 70 ℃ using glucose as a reductant. Different hollow microsphere shapes of Cu2O could be prepared at 40 ℃ using another type of reductant, ascorbic acid. The results indicated that the uniform morphology of synthesized Cu2O with mesopores presented a maximum specific surface area of 45.3 m2/g. Furthermore, the as-prepared Cu2O particles showed good photodegradation efficiencies of methyl orange in the range of 86.0–93.7%, depending on their morphologies. 相似文献
