The strategy and status of a process simulator for the flexible manufacture of HgCdTe infrared focal plane arrays is described. It has capabilities to simulate Hg vacancy and interstitial effects and cation impurity diffusion, for various boundary conditions in one dimension. Numerical complexity of these problems stems from the necessity of solving diffusion equations for each defect that are coupled to each other via nonlinear interaction terms. The simulator has already led to the prediction of heretofore unexplained experimental data. Current extensions of the one-dimensional simulator planned over the next few years include the addition of Te antisites, antisite-Hg vacancy pairs, and In-Hg vacancy pairs, ion implantation, and various energetic processes (such as ion milling). The sequential effect of various processes will be possible with the input to the simulator looking much like a process run sheet.  相似文献

协同通信容许移动节点共享彼此的天线以构建虚拟多入多出系统,可有效获得空间分集增益。为利用虚拟多入多出信道的分集增益,该文提出了一种在无线Mesh网络上行链路中采用协同策略的多包接收方法。该方法中提出由发生冲突的Mesh终端及其协同节点构建虚拟多入多出信道,且多天线Mesh路由器通过串行干扰消除算法来快速分离冲突包。理论分析和仿真结果表明该方法可充分利用空间资源,相比NDMA和TDMA可有效提高系统的有效吞吐量并降低时延。  相似文献

使用防撞系统探测电力线,对低能见度条件下直升机的低空飞行安全至关重要。通过理论分析,介绍了电力线的布拉格散射特征。在静态条件下,利用毫米波收发系统对电力线的散射特性进行了试验验证。在运动条件下进行运动补偿,将电力线的布拉格散射回波和输电铁塔的强回波峰进行图像累积,并利用霍夫变换进行电力线提取。试验结果可清晰地检测到电力线,证明了处理模型和方法的正确性。  相似文献

We demonstrate bottom-gate thin-film transistors (TFTs) based on solution-processed HgSe nanocrystals (NCs) on plastic substrates. Solid films made of spin-coated HgSe NCs were heated at a temperature of 150 °C for 15 min to maximize the magnitude of their current, and these films were utilized as the channel layers of TFTs. A representative TFT with a bottom-gate Al2O3 layer operated as a depletion-mode one with an n-channel, exhibiting a field effect mobility of 3.9 cm2/Vs and an on/off current ratio of about 102. In addition, the electrical characteristics of the TFT on bent substrates are briefly described.  相似文献

This paper proposes an innovative MAC protocol called I-MAC. Protocol for wireless sensor networks, which combines the advantages of collision tolerance and collision cancellation. The protocol increases the number of antenna in wireless sensor nodes. The purpose is to monitor the occurrence of packet collisions by increasing the number of antenna in real time. The built-in identity structure is used in the frame structure in order to help the sending node to identify the location of the receiving node after a data packet collision is detected. Packets can be recovered from where the conflict occurred. In this way, we can monitor the conflict for a fixed period of time. It can improve the channel utilisation through changing the transmission probability of collision nodes and solve the problem of hidden terminal through collision feedback mechanism. We have evaluated our protocol. Our results show that the throughput of I-MAC is 5 percentage points higher than that of carrier sense multiple access/collision notification. The network utilisation of I-MAC is more than 92%.  相似文献

A new method to obtain the required base torque for the rest-to-rest manoeuvre of a single flexible link manipulator as its end-effector moves along a desired trajectory is introduced. Contrary to available causal and non-causal end-effector inversion techniques, this new approach does not require pre- and/or post-actuation and works even in the presence of the purely imaginary zeros for the transfer function. In this approach, the desired end-effector trajectory is divided into a finite number of segments. In each segment, but the last one, the desired trajectory is redefined so that a bounded continuous torque can be obtained using causal dynamic inversion. For the last segment the desired trajectory is redefined so that not only the causal inversion is achieved but also the final conditions are satisfied; that is, the end-effector reaches its desired position and the manipulator comes to rest at a given time. The redefinition of the desired trajectory at each segment employs summation of the stable exponential functions, which leads to a family of possible answers for the redefined trajectory. To obtain the best member of this family which minimizes the difference between the desired trajectory and redefined trajectory, an efficient search algorithm is proposed and used. Simulation results show the effectiveness of this new method.  相似文献

We report a flexible organic light-emitting diode (OLED) based on transparent polyimide (PI) substrate with 3-D photonic structure, which shows a maximum gain factor of ∼1.7 for current efficiency at large viewing angle. The PI substrate is a replicate from glass carrier with hexagonal closely-packed convex-truncated-cone array. Green OLEDs are fabricated on the planar surface of the PI substrate before being mechanically de-bonded from the glass template. The proposed OLEDs exhibit excellent angular optical properties including stable CIE coordinates with Δx = −0.006 and Δy = 0.002 as the viewing angle varies from 0° to 50°. Surface scattering effect of the 3-D photonic structure eliminates the periodic distortion phenomenon in electroluminescence spectrum of flexible OLEDs.  相似文献
