分子筛催化剂生产废水多采用沉淀法处理,但效果较差,为此开展了微滤法处理该废水的试验研究。结果表明,微滤处理效果好,出水水质基本满足回用要求,同时还可回收分子筛催化剂。此外还得到了微滤的最佳工作参数。  相似文献

A methodology for the concentration, detection and enumeration of Salmonella from drinking water by membrane filter technique is described. A single step filtration methodology for enteroviruses and Salmonella was not possible, due to the inactivation of Salmonella at conditions necessary for concentration of enteroviruses, i.e. pH 3.5 and 9.5. Enrichment in selenite cystine broth and incubation at 37°C followed by plating on brilliant green agar provided maximum recovery of Salmonella. Out of 21 drinking water samples in Delhi, India examined during March to May 1991, three were positive for Salmonella.  相似文献

Fuzzy inference system (FIS) is a process of fuzzy logic reasoning to produce the output based on fuzzified inputs. The system starts with identifying input from data, applying the fuzziness to input using membership functions (MF), generating fuzzy rules for the fuzzy sets and obtaining the output. There are several types of input MFs which can be introduced in FIS, commonly chosen based on the type of real data, sensitivity of certain rule implied and computational limits. This paper focuses on the construction of interval type 2 (IT2) trapezoidal shape MF from fuzzy C Means (FCM) that is used for fuzzification process of mamdani FIS. In the process, upper MF (UMF) and lower MF (LMF) of the MF need to be identified to get the range of the footprint of uncertainty (FOU). This paper proposes Genetic tuning process, which is a part of genetic algorithm (GA), to adjust parameters in order to improve the behavior of existing system, especially to enhance the accuracy of the system model. This novel process is a hybrid approach which produces Genetic Fuzzy System (GFS) that helps to enhance fuzzy classification problems and performance. The approach provides a new method for the construction and tuning process of the IT2 MF, based on the FCM outcomes. The result is compared to Gaussian shape IT2 MF and trapezoid IT2 MF generated by the classic GA method. It is shown that the proposed approach is able to outperform the mentioned benchmarked approaches. The work implies a wider range of IT2 MF types, constructed based on FCM outcomes, and an optimum generation of the FOU so that it can be implemented in practical applications such as prediction, analytics and rule-based solutions.  相似文献

采用中频磁控反应溅射,提出了在TC4钛合金基片上制备c轴取向AlN薄膜的两步法工艺。利用扫描电镜分析(SEM)、X线衍射(XRD)、原子力显微镜(AFM)对薄膜的表面及断面形貌、晶体结构、表面粗糙度进行了表征。研究结果表明,利用该文提出的两步法工艺可在TC4钛合金衬底上制备出表面粗糙度为2.3nm、c轴XRD摇摆曲线半高宽为4.1°的AlN薄膜,满足制作压电微机电系统(MEMS)器件或薄膜声表面波(SAW)和体声波器件的需求。  相似文献

In this study, nine flat-sheet commercially available hydrophobic PTFE membranes were used in desalination by direct contact membrane distillation and their characteristics were investigated under different operating conditions including feed temperature, feed flow rate, cold stream flow rate, and feed concentration. Membrane properties, i.e. pore size, thickness, support layer, and salt rejection were also studied. Moreover, membrane module designs including flow arrangements (co-current, counter-current and tangential) for process liquid and depth both on hot and cold sides were tested experimentally. Finally, the long-term performance of the selected membranes for direct contact membrane distillation as a stand-alone desalination process was investigated. The results indicated that increasing feed temperature, hot feed flow rate, and module depth on the cold side led to increase permeate flux. On the other hand, increasing membrane thickness and module depth on the hot side (at constant flow rate) had negative effects on the flux. The highest permeation flux and salt rejection was achieved when the membranes with a pore size of 0.22 μm were used in the cross-current follow arrangement of hot and cold streams. In addition, the requirements for support layer for a successful DCMD process has been extensively discussed.  相似文献
