基于Pro/E与ADAMS管道机器人设计仿真

针对ADAMS分析能力强大、建模功能弱的特点,运用Pro/E创建机器人虚拟样机,基于Pro/E与ADAMS对机器人进行联合仿真。主要介绍了联合仿真技术,指出样机导入过程中需要注意的关键问题,利用接口模块Mechanism/Pro对管道机器人进行了联合仿真,研究分析了机器人在管道内的运动特性,并对弹簧预紧力与样机驱动轮直径进行了优化。仿真结果表明,所设计的管道机器人能够满足设计指标要求,其结论可作为研制管道机器人物理样机的理论依据。     

Seepage behavior of soil mixed with randomly distributed recycled plastic materials

Seepage through embankment fill materials is crucial issue in the construction of embankments for irrigation and drainage projects. Proper ground improvement methods should be used to improve the strength and stability characteristics of soil used as fill material. Utilization of waste plastic materials to enhance the engineering properties of soil is a sustainable approach. Additionally, the use of raw products directly from plastic recycling units in the form of flakes and pellets as soil additives has the potential to further enhance the economic benefits of this method. This study randomly mixed plastic materials with soil for use in the construction of earth embankments, such as river levees, dykes, and canal diversion structures, and evaluated the effectiveness of these materials in reducing seepage failures in hydraulic structures. To achieve these goals, this study collected high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic from plastic recycling units and used soil mixed with HDPE plastic in the form of flakes and pellets in different contents as embankment fill materials, then evaluated how these materials affected the piping features. Laboratory experiments were conducted to determine the seepage velocity and critical hydraulic gradient of soil mixed with plastics in various contents and to compare the values with those of plain soil. The results showed that random distribution of waste plastics in the form of flakes and pellets in soil is an effective method for improving the piping resistance of soil.     

液压电梯用管道破裂阀管道失效模拟试验探讨

欧洲标准EN81-2：1998和美国标准ASMEA171-2000对液压电梯用管道破裂阀的使用和试验要求，按EN81-2：1998相关要求对管道破裂阀进行了全部管道失效模拟试验．并对试验结果进行了分析讨论。试验中发现相关标准对管道破裂阀的使用要求，试验方法和对试验结果的判定方法上有值得探讨之处，特提出共析疑。     

Heat loss through the piping of a large solar collector field

The effect of the heat loss from the piping system of a solar collector field of a large size is measured and the effect of this loss on the effective collector efficiency is evaluated. The data are used to develop a model that can be used to evaluate the effect of piping loss on collector efficiency for solar field of different areas. The collector field used in this study consists of 1064 evacuated tube collectors; each one has an absorber area of 1.75 m². They are connected in a series–parallel arrangement and designed in a U-shape. Measurements of the heat loss in the piping system indicate that a drop in the collector efficiency occurs due to this heat loss. The effect of the heat loss on the collector efficiency was found to depend on the collector x-parameter with higher x corresponding to larger efficiency drop. The standard Hottel–Whillier–Bliss (HWB) equation for the collector efficiency was modified so that the form of the equation is maintained while the parameters change due to the inclusion of piping loss in the equation. The modified parameters were estimated for the collector field based on measurement and the data were used in the model to generalize the results for field with different piping to collector area ratios.

本文介绍从温州市内引水,向洞头县多个岛屿供水的工程。本输水干管沿途经过了陆域和海域多种不同的地形、地貌,因此本工程的结构设计包含了多种不同形式的穿越工程设计。本文重点介绍了海域管道的穿越工程设计。     

Kleine Ursache – großer Schaden – Fortsetzung einer komplexen Baumaßnahme im Anschluss an eine Havarie

Simple cause – extensive damage. Continuation of a complex project in connection with an accident. In September 2008 at the Müritz‐Elde‐channel the new weir Lewitz could be started‐up. The originally planned construction period amounted to 15 months; however, about three years were actually needed. During the production of a temporary bypass in March 2006 an accident occurred. The consequences of the damage had to be eliminated first, before the planned project could be continued. Subsequently, the construction sequences and procedures had to be adapted to the changed boundary conditions. The accident, the removal of the damages and the effects to the building contract are represented in the following.     

重整反应-再生框架平面布置及管道设计

以1.20 Mt/a连续重整装置为例,介绍了炼厂装置大型化逐渐成为趋势后,在重整反应和催化剂再生部分的反应-再生框架设备平面布置和管道设计中应注意的问题及如何解决这些问题的方法。     

ISO标准《燃气用聚乙烯(PE)管道系统》2014版之分析

本文综述了ISO4437《燃气用埋地聚乙烯(PE)管道系统》在材料形式、混配料指标、管材指标方面的主要变化,并分析了发生变化的原因。修订后的标准,原料及管材颜色更明确,氧化诱导时间、熔体质量流动速率、炭黑粒径检测方法更加合理,更符合PE管道韧性增加发展趋势,对80℃长期静液压强度(LTHS)试验和耐快速裂纹扩展试验(RCP)要求更高。管材加工企业应严公差生产,保证管材的抗裂纹延展性能,符合要求建议原料生产商加强跟踪材料的RCP性能,建议管材生产企业不使用其他来源形式的回料。     

管路系统的虚拟设计

针对各种管路系统中的管路在三维空间纵横交错，管路敷设设计工作纷杂繁复的问题，基于管路路径的三维空间数据和3DS Max平台，通过Max Script语言程序和实体造型技术，调用3DS Max的相关命令生成管路的三维实体模型；借助于虚拟现实硬件，在WTK软件平台上调用管路的三维实体模型，实现了管路系统的三维虚拟设计和真实感、沉浸感显示；讨论了WTK软件平台上图形用户界面的设计方法和步骤，完成了管路虚拟设计系统的用户界面设计。
