淤泥软基爆炸固结试验研究

对爆炸效应在淤泥软基工程中的应用问题进行了探讨，并首次提出了爆炸在淤泥软基中的分界应力特征以及排水固结及破坏分区的基本模式。为采用动力加速对淤泥软基工程的处理，提供了试验依据，具有实用价值和指导意义。     

Measurement Method of the Thickness Uniformity for Polymer Films

Several methods for investigating the thickness uniformity of polymer thin films are presented as well their measurement principles.A comparison of these experimental methods is given.The cylindrical lightwave feflection method is found to can obtain the thickness distribution along a certain direction.It is simple and suitable method to evaluate the film thickness uniformity.     

微带型Wilkinson功分器设计与实现

小型低功耗器件是射频电路设计的研究热点,而微带技术具有小型化低功耗的优点,为此在介绍微带型Wilkin-son功分器工作原理的基础上,使用基于矩量法的ADS软件设计、仿真和优化计算相关数据参数,并制作了一个微带功分器实例,最后对加工的样品进行实测,获得与仿真值吻合较好的预期结果。     

Finite element piezothermoelasticity analysis and the active control of FGM plates with integrated piezoelectric sensors and actuators

 An efficient finite element model is presented for the static and dynamic piezothermoelastic analysis and control of FGM plates under temperature gradient environments using integrated piezoelectric sensor/actuator layers. The properties of an FGM plate are functionally graded in the thickness direction according to a volume fraction power law distribution. A constant displacement-cum-velocity feedback control algorithm that couples the direct and inverse piezoelectric effects is applied to provide active feedback control of the integrated FGM plate in a closed loop system. Numerical results for the static and dynamic control are presented for the FGM plate, which consists of zirconia and aluminum. The effects of the constituent volume fractions and the influence of feedback control gain on the static and dynamic responses of the FGM plates are examined. Development of geometrically exact new shell elements based on general curvilinear co‐ordinates

In the present study first‐order shear deformable shell finite elements based on general curvilinear co‐ordinates are proposed. For the development of the present shell elements, a partial mixed variational functional with independently assumed strains is provided in order to avoid the severe locking troubles known as transverse shear and membrane lockings. Bubble functions are included in the shape function of displacement to improve the performance of the developed element. The proposed assumed strain four‐ and nine‐node elements based on the general tensor shell theory provide an efficient linkage framework for shell surface modelling and finite element analysis. In the several benchmark problems, the present shell elements with exact geometric representations demonstrate their performance compared to previously reported results. Range of the Applicability of the Wilkins Method to the Investigation of the Dynamic Stress-Strain State of Anisotropic Elastic Axisymmetric Shells

The exactness and stability of the Wilkins method in the investigation of the stress-strain state of axisymmetric anisotropic elastic shells, including thick-walled ones, have been studied for different values of artificial viscosity, pulse load rise and fall time, and different deformation process durations. A comparison of numerical calculations, performed by means of an application software package developed by V. A. Romashchenko on the basis of the Wilkins method, with experimental results, known numerical data, and with calculations using the computation kernel LS-DYNA 3D has been carried out.     

反铁磁晶体的红外频率特性

研究了红外频段非线性s偏振表面波在反铁磁晶体和电介质交界面上的频率特性，求出了非线性色散方程，揭示了非线性s偏振表面波存在一个临界频率，低于这个频率，非线性s偏振表面波的频率范围，发现功率不再是决定导波频率范围的唯一因素，两种材料的介电常数比在这里起了至关重要的作用。

MIM隧道发光结的负阻现象

本文介绍了薄膜隧道发光结的基本结构、发光机理，阐述了其Ｉ－Ｖ特性中的负阻现象。简单介绍了ＭＩＭ结构负阻的几种解释，根据热像仪照片和低温测试结果分析，再结合Ｄｅａｒｍａｌｅｙ导电模型，我们提出了ＭＩＭ负阻的物理模型，理论与实验符合较好，最后分析了负阻现象的应用前景。
