天台山碳酸锰矿石,从组分分析,为CaMg[CO_3]_2—CaMn[CO_3]_2类质同象矿石,矿石中碳酸盐矿物的含量较高,二元碱度大于1.3,系中磷低铁碳酸锰贫矿。文章在全面分析矿石组成特征的基础上,介绍了它的焙烧特性。经自燃式竖窑焙烧工业试验,焙烧矿石平均锰品位比入炉矿提高15.09%,Mn/Fe值上升6,P/Mn值降低0.022。工业试验成果通过鉴定,已被生产采用。  相似文献

The coffee roasted in Brazil is considered to be of low quality, due to the presence of defective coffee beans that depreciate the beverage quality. In view of the fact that coffee flavour is directly related to the volatile compounds produced during roasting, the objective of the present study was to perform a comparative evaluation of the volatile fraction of defective (black, immature, sour) and healthy coffee beans, in order to find possible chemical markers for detection of defective coffee beans in roasted coffee. Volatiles extraction and concentration was performed by solid phase micro-extraction (SPME) of the roasted coffee headspace, using a triple phase (divinylbenzene/carboxen/polydimethylsiloxane) fiber. Analysis of the volatile profiles was performed by GC–MS. The results obtained showed that the proposed methodology was adequate for extraction, concentration and analysis of the coffees volatile profile. Several substances were identified as possible markers for differentiating black, sour and immature beans from healthy coffee beans. Statistical analysis of the data by principal components (PCA) demonstrated that the volatile profile enables the differentiation of healthy and defective coffees. The data were separated into two major groups, one represented by immature and black beans and the other by healthy and sour coffee beans. Such results indicated that black and sour beans can be associated to fermentation of immature and of healthy beans, respectively.  相似文献

Small black soybean (SBS), a kind of Glycine max L. Merrill, has various biological actions such as osteoblastic cell proliferating, anticancer, and antioxidant activity. Many studies have shown that thermal processing preserves the health benefits by enhancing antioxidant activity. In this study, we compared the antioxidant effects of SBS based on roast processing conditions using DPPH and ABTS assays. Additionally, we measured phenolic contents and Maillard reaction products (MRPs) to identify the factors that changed SBS antioxidant activity due to roasting. Furthermore, we performed MTT and ROS assays in PC12 cells stressed by H2O2 to investigate how roast processing increases SBS antioxidant activity in a cell culture system. The roasted SBS exhibited significantly higher antioxidant activity than unroasted SBS in the ABTS and DPPH assays. In particular, the roasted SBS at 250 °C for 30 min showed the highest antioxidant activity, compared to any other condition. Antioxidant compounds such as phenolic acid and MRPs increased in the SBS following roast processing. Moreover, the roasted SBS protected the PC12 cells from H2O2 toxicity by reducing ROS generation better than unroasted SBS. These results demonstrated that the antioxidant effects of SBS can be maximized by roast processing.  相似文献

The effect of roasting on the phenolic components of Australian wattle (Acacia victoriae Bentham) seed was investigated. Wattle seeds were roasted at 200 °C for 5–30 min and ground to flour, which were then extracted with 70% acetone. The total phenolic and flavonoid contents of the extracts were determined, and the phenolic components were analysed by reverse phase-high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) coupled with an on-line post-column reaction system to determine the active antioxidant peaks. The major peaks were then purified by preparative HPLC and identified by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC–MS) analysis. Roasting of wattle seeds resulted in significant increases in its soluble phenolic content. The concentration of total phenolics and flavonoids in the seeds roasted for 30 min was more than nine and four times higher, respectively, than that in the raw seeds. The major phenolic acids present in wattle seeds were found to be succinic and gallic acids, the concentration of which increased by up to 10-fold as a result of roasting.  相似文献

Use of limonitic laterite as an iron source in conventional ironmaking is restricted due to its gangue composition and small particle size. Even direct reduction cannot effectively produce direct reduced iron (DRI) because NiO would be reduced together with iron oxide to form Fe–Ni. A small amount of Ni (about 2 wt.%) in DRI degrades the physical properties of final steel products. The current study investigated how oxidation roasting of limonitic laterite ores affected NiO reduction, with the goal of producing Ni-free DRI and Ni-bearing slag. Ni-bearing slag can be a good secondary Ni resource. Oxidation roasting made NiO inert under H2 reduction at 900 °C by forming Ni-olivine. Optimum roasting temperature was proposed by examining phase transformation of limonitic laterite ores during heating and by FactSage calculation of the equilibrium Ni fraction in Ni-bearing phases. Furthermore, the effect of Mg–silicate forming additives on the control of NiO reducibility was clarified to maximize the suppression of NiO reduction. Among various additives such as MgSiO3, Mg2SiO4 and Fe–Ni smelting slag, Ni-free olivine-typed flux was found to be the most effective form of Ni-olivine because Ni–Mg ion exchange between Ni-bearing phase and Ni-free olivine occurs more readily than other Ni-olivine formation schemes. Finally, the mechanism of Ni-olivine formation during roasting was studied using a diffusion couple test. Calculated diffusivity values of Ni in Mg2SiO4 indicated that the two major routes of Ni-olivine formation while roasting limonitic laterite ore are (1) Ni partitioning within Mg–Ni silicate before crystallization and (2) Ni diffusion from spinel to Ni free olivine after crystallization.  相似文献

In this study, the Bayan Obo rare earth concentrates mixed with Na2CO3 were used for roasting research. The phase change process of each firing stage was analyzed. The kinetic mechanism model of the continuous heating process was calculated. This study aims to recover valuable elements and optimize the production process to provide a certain theoretical basis. Using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive spectrometry, the reaction process and the existence of mineral phases were analyzed. The variable temperature XRD and thermogravimetric method were used to calculate the roasting kinetics. The phase transition results show that carbonate-like substances first decompose into fine mineral particles, and CaO, MgO, and SiO2 react to form silicates, causing hardening. Further, REPO4 and NaF can directly generate CeF3 and CeF4 at high temperatures, and a part of CeF4 and NaF forms a solid solution substance Na3CeF7. Rare earth oxides calcined at a high temperature of 750 °C were separated to produce Ce0.6Nd0.4O1.8, Ce4O7, and LaPrO3+x. Then, BaSO4, Na2CO3, and Fe2O3 react to form barium ferrite BaFe12O19; the kinetic calculation results show that during the continuous heating process, the apparent activation energy E reaches the minimum in the entire reaction stage in the temperature range of 440–524 °C, and the reaction order n reaches the maximum, which indicates that the decomposition product REFO significantly impacts the reaction system and reduces the activation energy. The mechanism function is F(α) = [?ln (1?α)]1/3. The reaction order n reaches the minimum in the temperature range of 680–757 °C, and the apparent activation energy E is large. The difficulty of the reaction increases during the final stage. The reaction mechanism function is F(α) = [1?(1?α)1/3]2. Observing the entire reaction stage, the step of controlling the reaction rate changes from random nucleation to three-dimensional diffusion (spherical symmetry).  相似文献

The extraction of potassium from a tablet mixture of K-feldspar ore and CaSO_4by roasting was studied with a focus on the effects of the decomposition behavior of CaSO_4on the potassium extraction process.The roasted slags were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy,and thermogravimetric(TG)analysis.The XRD analysis revealed that hydrosoluble mischcrystal K_2Ca_2(SO_4)_3was obtained by ion exchange of Ca~(2+)in CaSO_4and K~+in KAlSi_3O_8.Meanwhile,the intermediate product,SiO_2,separated from KAl Si_3O_8and reacted with CaSO_4to decompose CaSO_4.The SEM results showed that some blowholes emerged on the surface of the CaSO_4particles when they reacted with SiO_2at 1200°C,which indicates that SO_2and O_2gases were released from CaSO_4.The TG curves displayed that pure CaSO_4could not be decomposed below 1200°C,while the mixture of K-feldspar ore and CaSO_4began to lose weight at 1000°C.The extraction rate of potassium and decomposition rate of CaSO_4were 62%and 44%,respectively,at a mass ratio of CaSO_4to K-feldspar ore of 3:1,temperature of 1200°C,tablet-forming pressure of6 MPa,and roasting time of 2 h.The decomposition of CaSO_4reduced the potassium extraction rate;therefore,the required amount of CaSO_4was more than the theoretical amount.However,excess CaSO_4was also undesirable for the potassium extraction reaction because a massive amount of SO_2and O_2gas were derived from the decomposition of CaSO_4,which provided poor contact between the reactants.The SO_2released from CaSO_4decomposition can be effectively recycled.  相似文献
