介绍扫描静电力显微测量及其用实现电荷捕获释放的技术现状,发展动向,以及关键技术的一些最新成果,前者已被广泛应用于测量半导体表面电荷密度分布,表面电势以及铁电材料铁电体结构的研究中,后者可望用于研制速度和存贮容量都比现在提高成千上万倍的量子器件。最后,本文探讨了基于微晶振的静电力显微测量的关键技术及其解决方案。  相似文献

The deployment of network applications (e.g., multimedia and other real time applications) has put extra pressure on network scarce resources (bandwidth and buffers) thus generating a need for effective resource allocation and management. In this paper we adopt a stochastic fluid model (SFM) framework and derive sensitivity estimators for three performance measures of interest (workload, throughput and loss volume) with respect to the fluid inflow process parameters. The motivation is to use the sensitivity estimators for dynamic control and optimisation of the systems performance. Subsequently these estimators are evaluated based on data observed from a single sample path of the discrete-event system and are used to dynamically control the input process to the system allowing the network to work continuously at an optimal or near optimal point. The proposed analysis naturally leads to a distributed algorithm for evaluating the propagation of perturbations in a network (e.g., due to changes in the buffer size of upstream nodes).  相似文献

针对无人机图像标定及配准等关键技术问题,提出了一种基于无人机自标定的表面流场测量方法。该方法基于运动恢复结构(SFM)三维重建技术完成无人机图像自标定,采用加速稳健特征变换(SURF)方法对无人机图像进行配准。将该方法应用于南京市三汊河河口闸下游表面流场测量,结果表明,基于SFM的三维重建精度可以满足自标定的要求,不需要另外设置地面控制点对无人机图像进行标定,简化无人机标定过程, SURF方法可有效地消除无人机位置飘移对表面流场测量结果的影响。  相似文献

研究了伪码-载波调频信号的谱相关函数(SCF),具体针对伪随机二相编码(PRBC)信号及其与正弦调频和线性调频复合信号进行了研究。从谱相关函数和模糊函数(AF)的关系出发,利用平稳随机过程的线性周期时变变换定理,详细推导了3种复合信号的谱相关函数表达式,分析了其特性。通过对频率f截面和循环频率截面谱相关特征分析表明,谱相关函数不仅能体现载波调制信息和与伪码有关的各项参数,而且对于高斯白噪声有很好的抑制作用,这为进一步通过谱相关方法对伪码-载波调频信号的调制分类和参数识别奠定了理论基础。  相似文献

针对末敏弹开伞过程中伞绳拉直、开伞充气和减速稳定段的运动特点,提出了一种采用多普勒雷达实现多目标测速的模拟试验方法,并成功地进行了末敏弹系统开伞过程的模拟试验。利用开伞过程各段弹道方程对试验结果进行应用分析研究,从中提出了弹道计算中必需的特征参数。试验证明,该方法真实反映了末敏弹伞系统开伞过程的运动规律,其测试结果可以满足末敏弹系统相应弹道段实际弹道计算的基本需要,是一种实用、可靠的方法。  相似文献

室外场景具有测量数据量大、扫描数据易重叠及建筑物表面信息复杂等特点,单靠激光扫描方法能够获得场景精确的深度信息,但缺乏颜色和纹理信息,利用从运动中恢复结构(SFM)方法可获得丰富的彩色信息,但重构精度不高,若将两种设备固定进行在线实时同步测量,易受到测量环境和系统制约不易实现。针对此问题,提出了一种基于激光扫描和SFM结合的非同步点云数据融合的三维重构方法。首先,提出利用手动选择控制点进行7自由度初始配准,再利用迭代最近点(ICP)算法对初始配准结果进行精确配准,最后利用最近点搜索算法将分布在经基于面片的多视图立体视觉(PMVS)算法优化后的SFM数据中的颜色信息与激光扫描的点云坐标进行融合。实验结果和数据分析显示,本文的方法能有效地将激光扫描与SFM点云数据进行融合,实现了室外大场景的三维彩色重构。  相似文献

Two different silk fibroin samples were obtained by the Na2CO3 and urea degumming methods of silk fibers in the same fiber dissolution system, respectively. The molecular weight and viscosity of the fibroin samples were analyzed by the methods of SDS-PAGE, rheological, and etc. Then, different silk fibroin membranes (SFMs) and blank microspheres were prepared, and the effects of degumming methods on the silk fibroin were studied via analyzing the differences of SFMs and blank microspheres of the two samples. The experimental results showed that the viscosity of fibroin solution was positively correlated with its molecular weight. The fibroin prepared by the Na2CO3 degumming was lower than the one prepared by the urea degumming in the viscosity of the fibroin solution under the same mass concentration. Degumming with Na2CO3 exhibited the obvious effects on the thermal stability and mechanical properties of SFM, tensile strength decreased almost 10% and breaking elongation reduced more than 50%. Blank microspheres prepared from silk fibroin degummed with the different methods showed different particle sizes and its distribution. The microspheres prepared from silk fibroin degummed with the Na2CO3 had the smaller particle sizes and more concentrated distribution compared with those with the urea.  相似文献

The interphase between polymer and metal was investigated for further understanding of the mechanical properties. In particular, an analysis of the stiffness can provide significant information to determine the stress distribution in the interphase. The polymer–metal interphase was prepared by applying epoxy on micrometer-scale copper structures, which were created by electron beam lithography (EBL). The stiffness was characterized by force modulation microscopy (FMM), which is a scanning force microscopy (SFM)-based technique. According to the analysis, a stiffness variation was observed in the interphase. It showed a lower stiffness in the interphase than in the bulk epoxy, which is far from the copper structures. In addition, the morphology of epoxy surface was studied. The nodules on the epoxy surface were characterized and the average length was found to be approx. 76 nm. FMM showed adequate sensitivity to visualize the nodules on the epoxy. Therefore, FMM can also be a very effective method to analyze epoxy morphology and the stiffness in the interphase along with the topography images.  相似文献

Construction industry is claimed to be the fourth most dangerous sector by number of fatalities. In complex construction sites, emergency evacuation risk assessment is a challenging task due to their ever-changing nature. This study developed a model to analyze the risk of fire emergency occurrence, and risks which are associated with evacuation performance (in response to that emergency) through an integrated approach in complex construction sites. To analyze the evacuation scenarios more realistically, we utilized Social Force Model (SFM) simulation engine. Using SFM for simulating the evacuation of complex construction sites has not been adequately addressed in the literature. Microscopically simulating the evacuation scenarios for all workdays of the studied complex project required high computation efforts. To tackle this computation challenge, a parallel computing technique was coupled with SFM simulation engine. More importantly, in this paper site’s evacuation performance was evaluated multi-objectively considering evacuation time and evacuation safety. The construction site’s emergency scenarios were modeled by 4D-BIM, potential for trigger fire emergency was determined by a fire ignition Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) module, and site evacuation was simulated by SFM simulation engine. The proposed framework handled the collaboration of 4D-BIM, fire QRA module, and SFM engine. This research study benefited from data driven from a real mega project. The findings demonstrated that analyzing the risk of evacuation through an integrated approach by the proposed model could render more realistic results. The results also provided the project managers with a reliable safety decision-making support.  相似文献
