本文主要完成了液态金属钠高温沸腾实验回路的应力分析与计算，确定了回路高温区连接管系的布置型式和支吊架系统，是该回路总体设计的重要组成部分。     

Influence of Two Salicylate Components on the Particle Size of an Oil-in-Water Emulsion with Nonionic Surfactants

This paper reports a study undertaken using techniques of static and dynamic light scattering to investigate the influence of sodium salicylate and methyl salicylate on droplet size of oil-in-water emulsions. The rates of changes were measured by determining the size and distribution of the oil droplet in the material. All emulsions showed a bimodal size distribution; the mean diameters and polydispersity were calculated from intensity. These data were analyzed with nonlinear regressions and bootstrap methodology. An amount of methyl salicylate component induced a decrease of mean diameter and standard deviation. On the contrary, sodium salicylate entailed the growth of all droplet populations and coalescence for the highest concentration.     

含碳酸盐萤石矿石全弱酸性浮选新工艺

对含碳酸盐较高的萤石矿石提出了不加纯碱的全弱酸性浮选新工艺,获得CaF_298.21％、SiO_20.67％,回收率为93.25％的良好指标,实现了低模数碳酸盐—萤石矿石的高纯分离。     

NaH_2PO_2对Zn－Co合金电沉积影响的研究

用循环伏安法研究了ＮａＨ２ＰＯ２对Ｚｎ－Ｃｏ合金电沉积的影响，结果表明：镀液中加入ＮａＨ２ＰＯ２后使Ｚｎ－Ｃｏ合金的电沉积时的阴极极化增大；获得的Ｚｎ－Ｃｏ－Ｐ合金镀层的阳极溶解峰电位比Ｚｎ层、Ｚｎ－Ｃｏ合金层的溶解峰的电位正移。     

从废钼合金催化剂中提取钼等有价元素方法的研究

ＭｏＣｏＮｉ合金料首先氧化焙烧碱浸出，滤饼再加纯碱焙烧水浸出使钼与钴镍分离，最后用萃取法分离钴镍的工艺流程，对废钼合金催化剂进行了综合回收。采用该工艺流程和生产线分别生产出合格的工业级钼酸钠、氧化钴和氧化镍。     

碘与淀粉的相互作用及在Vc分析中的应用

本文探讨了碘与淀粉的相互作用以及碘－淀粉显色体系的稳定性。结果表明：在碘量一定时，体系的吸光度随淀粉用量的增大而增大，最后趋向稳定；在淀粉量一定时，体系的吸光度随碘用量的增大而增大，最后亦趋向稳定。碘－淀粉显色体系很不稳定，吸光度随时间呈比较明显的下降趋势，但加入复合表面活性剂可以使显色体系的稳定性大大提高。在上述结果的基础上，我们建立了测定Ｖｃ的新方法，此法具有简单、快捷、试剂易得、灵敏度高以及对浑浊试液不必分离即可直接测定等优点。该法的灵敏度为０．２５μｇ／ｍｌ，对１μｇ／ｍｌ的Ｖｃ试液进行平行测定，１０次平行测定结果的相对标准偏差为８．８６％，加标回收率为９０．５％－９３．６％，用于番石榴汁饮料中Ｖｃ的测定，结果满意。     

Preparation and Characterization of Alpha Gel Formed by Fatty Alcohol and Amino Acid Surfactants

α-Gel, as a specific lamellar liquid crystal structure, presents unique parameters and attracts broad interest. However, conventional formation of α-gel involves surfactants that have a long alkyl chain (more than 14 carbons), resulted in limited application into personal care products due to their low Krafft temperature. In this study, a simple way to generate α-gel was developed using sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, an amino-acid-based surfactant containing an alkyl chain with less than 12 carbons. The desired structure was analyzed and discussed. The method, when extended to other amino acid-based surfactants, gave positive results.     

Implications from γ-globulin adsorption onto cation exchangers fabricated by sequential alginate grafting and sulfonation

Our previous work proved that high adsorption capacity and uptake rate of lysozyme were achieved on alginate(Alg)-grafted re sin with an ionic capacity(IC) of 240 mmol·L~(-1)(Alg-FF-240).Moreover,the salt-tolerant feature of Alg-FF-230 was improved by using sequential alginate grafting and sulfonation strategy.Inspired by the enhanced adsorption performance of lysozyme,we have herein proposed to investigate the static and dynamic adsorption behaviors of γ-globulin on a series of Alg-grafted resins with different grafting densities and sulfonation degrees.The adsorption ca pacity of γ-globulin decreased with increa sing alginate-grafting density(IC) from 160 to 230 mmol·L~(-1) at 0 mmol·L~(-1) NaCl because of the steric hindrance caused by the alginate-grafting layer.Effects of ionic strength(IS) indicated that the adsorption capacities of the resins with the IC value of 230-370 mmol·L~(-1) were much higher than CM Sepharose FF at 50-100 mmol·L~(-1) NaCl,and the uptake rate of Alg-FF-230 was about twice as much as that of CM Sepharose FF.This work demonstrated the important effects of alginate-grafting layer and IS in γ-globulin adsorption behavior,which would be helpful in the design of Alggrafted resins and the selection of proper IS condition for protein purification.     

水玻璃砂的再生

介绍了水玻璃旧砂湿法、干法和热法的再生原理,并简要说明了其应用情况.通过阐述人们对水玻璃硬化机理的认识,说明了水玻璃旧砂化学再生的基本原理,并对近年来水玻璃旧砂化学再生方面的研究及应用情况进行了总结概括.     

活性酯硬化水玻璃砂的研究

用焙烧活性砂混制而成的活性酯硬化水玻璃砂与普通酯硬化水玻璃砂相比，强度成倍提高，从而减少水玻璃的加入量，改善水玻璃砂的溃散性。实验证明：原砂的表面活性直接影响在水玻璃砂中水玻璃的加入量，是改善水玻璃砂溃散性的关键之一。焙烧活性砂的水玻璃加入量只要１．５％～２．０％，即能满足实际生产的强度要求。
