本文详细解释先前测量的(YSZ)ZrO_2-Y_2O_3(88:12):CeO_2(0.01,0.3,0.5wt%),Fe:O:0.03wt%+CeO_20.01wt%,CoO(0.1,0.3wt%)晶体γ辐照前后的吸收光谱。以250—310nm激发,测量这些晶体的发光光谱,定性研究不同浓度铈、钻杂质对YSZ色心发光的影响。YSZ在400—600nm色心发光因受到铈、钴杂质再吸收,使它的发光强度减弱。这种现象在γ辐照后变得更为明显。为了证实掺杂YSZ缺陷结构存在和杂质离子价态,测量了这些晶体辐照前后的电子顺磁共振。由单电荷(Y_((zr),V_n)′自由自旋和Fe~(3+)离子的ESR信号变化,反推铈、钻杂质在YSZ晶体中的价态变化。并和吸收光谱加以比较。 相似文献

Explored a self-disclosure explanation for why those with a secure attachment style report greater relationship satisfaction than those with insecure attachment styles. Ss were 99 17–36 yr old students who were in ongoing relationships and who had different attachment styles. Ss were compared in terms of the self-disclosures they directed toward their partner vs a stranger, using questionnaire and behavioural measures. Behavioural self-disclosure was assessed by having Ss give talks on different topics, while anticipating that either their current partner or an opposite-sex stranger would later hear it. Results show that Ss with a secure attachment style disclosed more intimately to their partners than to strangers; whereas those with insecure attachment styles did not. Moreover, secures disclosed more personal facts to their partners than to strangers and were also perceived as more comfortable while self-disclosing to partners than to strangers. Finally, support for the hypothesis that self-disclosure mediates the relation between attachment style and relationship satisfaction was found on one component of self-disclosure, facilitative disclosure, a component which included both reported self-disclosure to one's partner and self-rated ability to elicit disclosure from others. Interface reaction, phase transition, and composition were investigated for Co thin films on amorphous SiC films as a function of heat treatment (600~1000°C). Amorphous SiC layers were grown on (001) Si substrate by magnetron sputter deposition. The SiC layers had a 1:1 stoichiometric ratio of Si to C and an amorphous structure containing microcrystals. The interface reaction between a sputter-deposited Co (250Å thick) and amorphous SiC (2000Å thick) layer on a (001) Si substrate induced by vacuum annealing at temperatures of 600–1000°C was examined. Co2Si was formed at 700°C as the first crystalline phase and CoSi at 800°C as the final stable phase of the Co/SiC interface reaction. This phase sequence of Co2Si→CoSi was interpreted in terms of the effective heat of formation and the calculated ternary Co-Si-C phase diagram, and it was consistent with the experimental results. The high formation temperature of the first crystalline Co2Si phase and no formation of a final stable CoSi2 phase are discussed in comparison with Co/Si interface reaction and related to the binding energy of the reacting materials. In addition, the behavior of free carbon remaining after the Co/SiC reaction was investigated. This free carbon moved to the top of the reacted cobalt silicide/SiC layer. 相似文献

Ionic-electronic mixed-conducting perovskite-type oxide La0.6Sr0.4Co0.8Fe0.2O3 was applied as a dense membrane for oxygen supply in a reactor for methane coupling. The oxygen permeation properties were studied in the pO2-range of 10−3−1 bar at 1073–1273 K, using helium as a sweeping gas at the permeate side of the membrane. The oxygen semi-permeability has a value close to 1 mmol m−2 s−1 at 1173 K with a corresponding activation energy of 130–140 kJ/mol. The oxygen flux is limited by a surface process at the permeate side of the membrane. It was found that the oxygen flux is only slightly enhanced if methane is admixed with helium. Methane is converted to ethane and ethene with selectivities up to 70%, albeit that conversions are low, typically 1–3% at 1073–1173 K. When oxygen was admixed with methane rather than supplied through the membrane, selectivities obtained were found to be in the range 30–35%. Segregation of strontium was found at both sides of the membrane, being seriously affected by the presence of an oxygen pressure gradient across it. The importance of a surface limited oxygen flux for application of perovskite membranes for methane coupling is emphasized. 相似文献

The effects of N dose and stage of ripeness on Fe, Co, Cr, Ni, Se and N concentration and incidence of fungal diseases were measured in winter wheat grain from conventional (CONV) and organic (ORG) systems on neighbouring areas of a 10‐year‐old manure‐based farm. Principal components analysis (PCA) of the data showed that year had the greatest influence on the results, but that cropping system affected N, Ni, Fe and Se content and incidence of diseases. Attack by Dreschlera tritici‐repentis was highest in ORG and attack by Stagonospora nodorum in CONV. Increasing stage of maturity increased incidence of fungal disease and Fe content. Analysis of variance and MANOVA showed that wheat yield was affected by weather (precipitation and temperature), cropping system and N dose. The 10% lower yield in ORG than CONV was explained by a lower amount of plant available N at the same N dose. Nitrogen, Fe, Ni, Se and Co contents in grain were affected by year, while dry matter content was significantly lower in ORG than in CONV. The MANOVA identified correlations between Co and Fe, Ni and Se. Incidence of fungal diseases was foremost affected by weather, stage of ripeness and N dose.
