Optimal Control of a Conditionally Correct System Described by a Quartic Equation with Conjugation Conditions

New optimal control problems for a conditionally correct system whose state is described by an elliptic quartic equation with conjugation conditions are considered. Framing the question: Psychoanalytic process, the unconscious, and home offices--An alternate perspective.

This essay is a personal reflection on articles by Karen Maroda (see record 2007-00135-012) and Robert Langs (see record 2007-00135-013) that concluded that home offices were an example of a self-serving and possibly unethical frame violation on the part of the therapist. In contradistinction to Maroda and Langs, I argue that such an approach misconceives the essence of psychoanalysis in both its practice and in its theory, particularly at issue is Langs' understanding of the unconscious. Average classification accuracy over collections of gaussian problems—common covariance matrix case

The mean probability of correct classification ($\text{P}{}_{\mathrm{cr}}$) is calculated over a collection of equiprobable two-class Gaussian problems with a common covariance matrix for each problem. The Bayes minimum error classification rule, in which the unbiased estimates of the mean vectors and covariance matrices are used in place of the true values, is the classification rule considered. The variation of $\text{P}{}_{\mathrm{cr}}$ with the dimensionality N is investigated for three interesting cases with different complexities. In the first case all the parameters of the class-conditional densities are known. For the second case the common covariance matrix is assumed known and only the mean vectors need to be estimated, while all the parameters need to be estimated in the last case. For these three cases the relationship between $\text{P}{}_{\mathrm{cr}}$ and N is plotted for a specific collection of problems. For the case of finite sample size, peaking of $\text{P}{}_{\mathrm{cr}}$ with N is encountered in most of the cases considered.     

γ能谱法分析放射性核素时对γ射线全能峰干扰的修正

针对在中核集团公司核电厂和“两厂两院”环境监测实验室比对中γ能谱分析存在的γ射线全能峰干扰问题,开展土壤中铀、钍、镭、钾、铯等γ核素测量实验。天然土壤标准源对谱仪进行效率刻度时,分析γ射线特征峰是否受到其它射线干扰,对受到干扰的γ射线通过修正代入效率计算的核素活度值以实现效率的拟合。由谱仪分析软件分析样品核素活度时,当利用不同特征γ射线计算的核素活度相差较大时,应进行活度修正。分析用于核素活度计算的γ特征峰(如²³⁵U 185.7 keV,²³⁸U 92.6 keV)受到的干扰峰,计算干扰峰对测量能谱峰(重峰)活度贡献,扣除干扰峰活度,即为γ特征峰贡献,由此给出样品核素活度值。这种方法在中核集团土壤样品比对中报出的²³⁸U、²²⁶Ra、²³²Th、⁴⁰K和¹³⁷Cs数据全部合格。     

舰载火箭炮弹道风确定探讨

由于火箭武器系统具有反应迅速,瞬时提供强大压制火力等特征,舰载火箭炮将在未来作战中发挥重要作用,但火箭弹在弹道主动段容易受弹道风影响,导致较大的射击误差,文中分析原有弹道风修正的缺陷,提出适合舰载火箭炮作战需要的弹道风修正方法.
