An investigation of ultrasonic-assisted electrical discharge machining in gas

This study focuses on using ultrasonic to improve the efficiency in electrical discharge machining (EDM) in gas medium. The new method is referred to as ultrasonic-assisted electrical discharge machining (UEDM). In the process of UEDM in gas, the tool electrode is a thin-walled pipe, the high-pressure gas medium is applied from inside, and the ultrasonic actuation is applied onto the workpiece. In our experiment, the workpiece material is AISI 1045 steel and the electrode material is copper. The experiment results indicate that (a) the Material Removal Rate (MRR) is increased with respect to the increase of the open voltage, the pulse duration, the amplitude of ultrasonic actuation, the discharge current, and the decrease of the wall thickness of electrode pipe; and (b) the surface roughness is increased with respect to the increase of the open voltage, the pulse duration, and the discharge current. Based on experimental results, a theoretical model to estimate the MRR and the surface roughness is developed.     

40Cr钢电火花表面强化层的磨损特性研究

分析了在大接触应力的磨损条件下,表面残余应力和硬度对40Cr电火花强化层耐磨性的影响,探讨了其磨损机理。结果表明:滚动磨损和滚、滑动磨损时,随着试样表层硬度的提高,试样的耐磨性增大;强化层中的残余压应力可以提高强化层的硬度并增强其耐磨性。滚动磨损时,电火花强化层的磨损方式主要为粘着磨损、疲劳磨损和磨粒磨损三种机制;在滚、滑动磨损时,除上述三种机制外,还发生了氧化磨损。     

交流变频调速的电气制动方式

本文详细阐述了交流变频调速系统中的四种电气制动方式，即直流制动、动力制动、回馈制动和共用直流母线多逆变器传动，并阐述了不同制动方式的适用范围及其选型和计算。     

Co和Cu薄膜电学特性和连续性特征的判据

采用离子束溅射沉积了不同厚度的Co膜和Cu膜,利用四电极法测量了薄膜的电阻率,从而得到了Co膜和Cu膜的电导率随薄膜厚度的变化关系。实验结果表明,Co膜和Cu膜的电学特性都具有明显的尺寸效应。比较了同时考虑表面散射和晶界散射的电导理论得到的电导率公式与实验结果,不同薄膜厚度电导率的理论结果与实验结果符合较好。提出了厚度作为金属薄膜生长从不连续膜进入连续膜的一个特征判据,并利用原子力显微镜(AFM)观测了膜厚在特征厚度附近的Co膜和Cu膜的表面形貌。

磁化水配料对TiO2压敏陶瓷电性能和微观结构的影响

研究了使用磁化水配料对TiO2压敏陶瓷电性能和微观结构的影响。电性能测量及SEM和XRD微观结构分析结果表明：磁化水配料制备的TiO2压敏电阻具有较低的压敏电压和较高的非线性指数α。材料的主晶相为金红石相，由Ce,Si,Ti组成的Perrierite第二相均匀分布在晶界区域。因此，采用磁化水配料可以改善材料的工艺性能和陶瓷烧结体的微观结构，从而提高元件的电性能。

导电聚苯胺复合纤维的研制

利用氧化聚合法，在室温、常压下快速将苯胺聚合在极性纤维表面，从而赋予纤维优良的导电性能，其表面电阻达到１０￣３Ω／ｃｍ。同时对导电性能的耐洗牢度进行了初步研究。     

炭粒床高效工业除尘装置的设计与开发

The new dust removal technical route using the carbon-granular bed filter,packed of carbon particles with appropriate grade derive from an online-process vibration sieve,to replace the traditional baggy filter had been developed successfully for capturing the micro-carbon dusts produced from pulverization of petroleum coke,and the green close loop of carbon materials is thus completed in the combined pulverizing and classifying system and pulverized carbon dust removal process.The high dust removal efficiency greater than 99%,low outlet dust concentration less than 100 mg.m-3,low pressure drop through dust filtration chamber less than 980 Pa,simple and easy design,and flexible and stable operation were achieved also with the carbon-granular bed filter in both bench and industrial scale operations.
