The efficiency of gas sensors varies enormously from fundamental study to practical application. This big gap comes mainly from the complex and unpredictable effect of atmospheric environment, especially in humidity. Here, the cross‐sensitivity to humidity of a SnO2 sensor from local structural and lattice evolutions is studied. The sensing response of ethanol is found to be efficiently activated by adsorbing trace of water but inhibited as humidity increases. By X‐ray diffraction, pair distribution function of synchrotron and ab initio calculations, the independent effect of water and ethanol on lattice and local structure are clearly revealed, which elucidate the intricate sensing reactions. The formation of hydrogen bonds and repulsion of ethoxides play key roles in the structural distortions, and also in adsorption energies that are critical to the sensitive behavior. The results show the sensor performance coupled with local structural evolution, which provides a new insight into the controversial effects of humidity on SnO2 sensors. 相似文献

文章研究了基于空域反转阵(Spatial Reversion Array,SRVA)的导向最小方差(Steered Minimum Variance,STMV)波束形成方法。根据空域反转阵的原理将均匀线阵列的快拍进行空间反转,再与原阵列快拍卷积,得到孔径扩大近一倍的空域反转阵,提高阵列性能。将同样的方法用于构造空域反转阵的导向向量,实现其导向最小方差(SRVA-STMV)波束形成。仿真和海试试验结果表明,相较于常规的STMV波束形成,空域反转阵STMV波束形成能够获得更窄的主瓣、更低的旁瓣、更高的输出信干噪比以及更好的多目标分辨能力。 相似文献

目的 探讨食品包装材质对消费者注意加工流程和绿色购买意愿影响的内在机制。方法 采用包装材质2(环保/普通)×食品类型2(实用品/享乐品)双因素实验设计,在货架购物场景下采用Tobii Glasses 2眼镜式眼动仪,采集被试者浏览货架不同食品时的眼动数据(平均注视时间、注视次数、热点图),并结合行为数据综合分析。结果 在平均注视时间上,包装材质与食品类型的交互作用显著,注视次数交互作用不显著;环保材质包装的食品获得更多关注,被试者偏好于选择环保包装的享乐食品。结论 包装材质与食品类型共同影响消费者的视觉感知效果与加工过程,环保包装对青年消费者的绿色购买意愿有正向促进作用。 相似文献

Ultralow expansion (ULE) glasses are of special interest for temperature stabilized systems for example in precision metrology. Nowadays, ULE materials are mainly used in macroscopic and less in micromechanical systems. Reasons for this are a lack of technologies for parallel fabricating high-quality released microstructures with a high accuracy. As a result, there is a high demand in transferring these materials into miniaturized application examples, realistic system modeling, and the investigation of microscopic material properties. Herein, a technological base for fabricating released micromechanical structures and systems with a structure height above 100 μm in ULE 7972 glass is established. Herein, the main fabrication parameters that are important for the system design and contribute thus to the introduction of titanium silicate as material for glass-based micromechanical systems are discussed. To study the mechanical properties in combination with respective simulation models, microcantilevers are used as basic mechanical elements to evaluate technological parameters and other impact factors. The implemented models allow to predict the micromechanical system properties with a deviation of only ±5% and can thus effectively support the micromechanical system design in an early stage of development. 相似文献

Hybrid chiral mechanical metamaterials with center squares connecting by bi-layer strips (bi-strips) with patterned interfaces are designed and fabricated via multimaterial 3D printing. Due to the thermal mismatch between the bi-strips and the chirality-induced rotation, the designs will undergo either thermal expansion or shrinkage under constant temperature increase, resulting in widely tuned overall thermal expansion coefficients (CTEs) for the chiral mechanical metamaterials. Analytical models of both the bi-strips with arbitrary dissimilar interface morphology and the chiral designs under temperature change are developed to predict the curvature of the bi-strips and the overall CTEs of the chiral designs. Two design regions with opposite trends are observed and explored. The models are verified via systematic finite element (FE) simulations and experiments on 3D-printed specimens. The dust-cleaning efficiency of the ceramic filter tube is the key factor to determine the long-term stable operation of the dust removal system, and the type of nozzle significantly influences the performance. In this study, four types of nozzles (injection hole, sudden enlargement nozzle, tubular nozzle, and induction nozzle) are used to conduct comparative experimental study on the dust-cleaning effect of the ceramic filter tube. Using the schlieren technique find that the tubular and induction nozzles can improve the deviation angle of pulse-jet airflow. The injection parameters were set as an injection pressure of 200 kPa, an injection distance of 120 mm and a pulse width of 80 ms in the experiment. Using the sidewall pressure measurement system indicates that the integrated pressure of the sudden enlargement nozzle is the largest, but the uniformity is poor. The comprehensive pressure of the sudden enlargement nozzle is increased by 64.86 %, and the non-uniformity is reduced by 28.62 % compared with those of the induction nozzle. Using the visualization filtration cycle test system implies that the degree of damage and stripping state of the dust layer are directly proportional to the sidewall pressure. Moreover, it is found that the residual pressure drop changes exponentially with the dust removal quality under different nozzle types. These conclusions can help explain the mechanism of dust stripping and provide a basis for the selection of nozzles. 相似文献
