高压供电设备故障特别是输电线路的高压接地故障对工地的影响是相当大的。由于接地故障为隐性故障,没有明显的物理现象,且若是长期接地可能会发展成较为严重的两相或三相短路故障,使系统解列运行直至崩溃;由于工地流动人员较多,还易造成电击事故。利用高压一相接地时在线路中产生零序电压这一特性来迅速判断和切除接地的用电设备,可以保证各项施工的顺利进行。 相似文献

An understanding into the macro kinetic and kinematic behaviour of fretted surfaces is provided. Making use of a modified version of a previously developed in‐house two‐dimensional elastic–plastic finite element analysis numerically simulates flat contact pad fretting fatigue tests. Basic macro mechanics concepts are adopted to idealise two bodies with rough contact surfaces and loaded at two different sites with arbitrary axial loading profiles. A time scale factor is devised to recognise the earliest candidate out of the events possibly accommodated at each loading increment. The present analysis utilises a relevant experimental set up developed in the Structural Integrity Research Institute of the University of Sheffield as an application. Computational results accurate to within 1.2% and corresponding to one contact pad span and six constant normal loads acting individually with four amplitudes of two sinusoidal axial load cycles are presented. The present computations include (1) the development of the global and local normal and tangential reactions and relative sliding displacement acting along the fretting surfaces and (2) contact pad deformation, generated stress fields and plasticity development within the neighbouring region of the fretted area. 相似文献

Failure analysis of hollow glasses The failure analysis is very important to clarify damages of hollow glasses. Damages of glass bottle through over pressure are very often linked with damages to persons. This is the reason why the causal research is from particular importance. Different surface characteristics of glass fragments as well as the fracture pattern give hints to the direction of the crack, the stress just before breakage and the reason of stress. A reconstruction of the bottle is a further helpful instrument for cause studies. The difference of the various characteristics of the surface will be explained. Fatigue at high temperature is a complex phenomenon as it is influenced by a number of time-dependent processes which become
important at elevated temperatures. These processes include creep, oxidation, phase instabilities and dynamic strain ageing
(DSA), acting either independently or synergistically influence fatigue behaviour, often lowering the fatigue life. Current
design approaches employ linear summation of fatigue and creep damage with suitable factors on permissible damage to take
care of uncertainties in interaction between cyclic and time-dependent processes. It is, therefore, important to develop a
deeper understanding of the processes that occur during high temperature fatigue so that realistic life predictions could
be made.
Results on the high temperature fatigue behaviour of austenitic stainless steels, ferritic steels and nickel base alloys are
presented here. The important mechanisms of interaction of high temperature time-dependent processes with fatigue under various
conditions are discussed in detail. Emphasis is placed on cyclic stress response, fatigue life, deformation substructure and
fracture behaviour. This is followed by a review of important life prediction techniques under combined creep-fatigue loading
conditions. Life prediction techniques considered here include linear damage summation, strain range partitioning, ductility
exhaustion approach, frequency modified and frequency separation methods, techniques based on hysteresis energy and damage

Results of an experimental investigation of the fatigue growth of small corner cracks emanating from small flaws are presented. Growth-arrest behaviour was observed, and increases in crack length during growth periods were of the order of the transverse grain size. For the test material, the corner crack front intersects, on average, only three–six grains in the small crack regime monitored, so only a small number of constrained, interior grains is encountered. It is suggested that the presence of partially constrained surface grains may contribute to the 'anomalous' growth behaviour which has been observed by a number of investigators.
The crack growth histories of the test data presented exhibit considerable scatter. It is shown that a Student's t -test can be used to estimate confidence intervals in order to provide a measure of the observed scatter. High cycle fatigue behaviour of Ti–6Al–4V alloy was studied at 623 K and 723 K. Fatigue strength decreased at elevated temperatures compared with at ambient temperature. In the short life regime, fatigue strength was lower at 723 K than at 623 K, but in the long life regime it was nearly the same at both temperatures. At elevated temperatures, cracks were generated earlier at applied stresses below the fatigue limit at ambient temperature, indicating lowered crack initiation resistance. Small cracks grew faster at elevated temperatures than at ambient temperature, which became more noticeable with increasing temperature.
