通过酵母细胞自溶得到中空细胞壁。以硅酸乙酯为原料,制备硅溶胶,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了粒径为250~600μm的硅载细胞壁生物吸附剂S-1。以环氧氯丙烷交联细胞壁生物吸附剂S-2为对照,比较两者对Ag+的吸附性能。并研究了S-1对Pb2+,Cd2+,Cu2+,Zn2+的吸附性能。结果S-1的吸附强度明显高于S-2,但两者的吸附容量相当。S-1对Ag+及其它金属离子具有较高的吸附强度,对Pb2+和Cd2+具有较大的吸附容量。吸附是由于酵母细胞壁上的多糖对金属离子的螯合作用。 相似文献

Puhe Coal Mine is a typical Tertiary coal in Shenbei mining area. With an increase in mining depth, tectonic stress field becomes more complex, leading to increased deformation and failure of the soft rock roadway. Stress becomes an important factor of mine safety and stability. This paper analyzes the distribution of the regional tectonic field, and determines the distribution of situ stress measurement through measuring the ground stress field in the main mining area level of Puhe Coal Mine using stress relief method. The acquired in situ stress data at different locations and depths provide a reference for the rational arrangement of the stop and mine roadway supporting design, which are of great significance for the efficient safety production of the mine. 相似文献

According to the characteristics of opencast coal resources and dragline technology system application in China, the structure and shifting step of transport passage are optimized in this paper. Typical coal transport passage is analyzed in aspects such as the internal dump occupation, dragline operation efficiency, coal transport distance, upper stripping distance and shifting quantities. The middle passage should be given priority in thick overburden open pit mine because the dragline system is only responsible for part stripping task. According to characteristics of middle passage, the transport passage is divided into parallel climbing, vertical climbing and horizontal transport. In addition, the transport passage structure optimization model and shifting distance optimization model are established in this paper. The case study in Heidaigou open pit mine shows that, the parallel climbing height is accounted for about 60% of the total height, and reasonable shifting distances of the first mining area and the second mining area are 240 and 320 m. Sensitivity analysis shows that, the total passage height has important influence on the shifting step, so it is with the stripping height and passage construction cost to the passage structure. 相似文献

An approach which combines particle swarm optimization and support vector machine (PSO–SVM) is proposed to forecast large-scale goaf instability (LSGI). Firstly, influencing factors of goaf safety are analyzed, and following parameters were selected as evaluation indexes in the LSGI: uniaxial compressive strength (UCS) of rock, elastic modulus (E) of rock, rock quality designation (RQD), area ration of pillar (Sp), the ratio of width to height of the pillar (w/h), depth of ore body (H), volume of goaf (V), dip of ore body (α) and area of goaf (Sg). Then LSGI forecasting model by PSO-SVM was established according to the influencing factors. The performance of hybrid model (PSO + SVM = PSO–SVM) has been compared with the grid search method of support vector machine (GSM–SVM) model. The actual data of 40 goafs are applied to research the forecasting ability of the proposed method, and two cases of underground mine are also validated by the proposed model. The results indicated that the heuristic algorithm of PSO can speed up the SVM parameter optimization search, and the predictive ability of the PSO–SVM model with the RBF kernel function is acceptable and robust, which might hold a high potential to become a useful tool in goaf risky prediction research. 相似文献

Characterization and calibration of gas sensor is a complex problem due to the dynamic behavior of gases and the limitations of current technology. This article reports a flexible, robust, and autonomous integrated system that is able to perform characterization on metal oxide-based gas sensors in dynamic environments. The system controls the concentration and flow of the relevant gases into the gas chamber and simultaneously measuring the sensor response. This feature allows the characterization of the sensor under continuous dynamic flow of gases similar to conditions on a robot or flow pipes. Several experiments have been performed on the system using hydrogen sulfide. The results provide information on the general characteristics of the sensor as well as its sensitivity. The noise levels were studied with different reference voltages. Overall, the results verify that the system is reliable and able to produce repeatable measurements. 相似文献

基于破碎站滞后移设对内排空间的影响,建立了破碎站滞后移设减少内排空间及增加外排土费用的计算模型.由于巷道运煤系统的投资及运营具有长期性的特点,因此需要考虑运输系统在整个服务年限内的总费用.提出了采用动态折现法对移设总费用进行分析计算.结果表明,动态总支出费用随破碎站及端帮平巷移设步距的增加呈先减少后增加的变化趋势,由此确定安家岭露天矿4煤破碎站的合理移设步距为120m;4煤和9,11煤的端帮平巷合理移设步距分别为240m和180m. 相似文献
