浮选柱研究现状及发展趋势

简要介绍了国内外浮选柱分选技术研究现状,分析了浮选柱分选技术的发展方向。     

Process development for the separation of tetrahedrite from chalcopyrite in the Neves-Corvo ore of Somincor S.A., Portugal

In the Somincor Neves Corvo ore, antimony occurs in the tetrahedrite-tennantite series of minerals while copper occurs in chalcopyrite and in other minerals present in minor quantities including the tetrahedrite-tennantite series. Current processing strategies do not directly address the control of antimony contamination of the final copper concentrate. The focus of this paper is to report initial findings of a major investigation undertaken on both a plant and laboratory scale.It was found that both collector type and concentration significantly affected copper/antimony selectivity. In particular, staged addition of dithiophosphate collector was required to control tetrahedrite flotation during copper roughing. However, size by size analysis showed that tetrahedrite flotation increased during scavenging due to further collector addition which was required to recover coarser chalcopyrite bearing particles. The production of separate rougher and scavenger concentrates enriched in chalcopyrite and tetrahedrite respectively, became an attractive option.It was found that oxidative treatment was required to adequately control tetrahedrite flotation. This treatment was applied to a final, low volume concentrate stream containing large quantities of tetrahedrite.In order to further enhance selectivity, fundamental work is aimed at establishing the relative ease of oxidation of chalcopyrite and tetrahedrite as well as the influence of oxidation: on the stability of the adsorbed hydrophobic species. A fiowsheet embracing these various concepts is proposed.     

捕收剂对铅锌硫化矿浮选的影响及在矿浆中的浓度分布

研究了捕收剂对铅锌分选的影响 ,应用紫外光分光光度法测定矿浆中捕收剂的浓度。通过单矿物浮选及实际矿石浮选试验 ,考察了捕收剂对黄铁矿、方铅矿和闪锌矿浮选的影响 ,试验表明 ,对方铅矿来说 ,乙硫氮具有较好的选择性 ,而黄药对这三种矿石都具有较好捕收能力 ,因此 ,在实际生产中往往采用混合用药。通过捕收剂用量试验发现捕收剂用量必须加以合理控制 ,用量太大 ,会影响产品的质量 ,用量太小又会影响回收率乃至生产成本 ,因此对矿浆中的捕收剂浓度加以检测是必要的也是有意义的。利用紫外光分光光度法对现场的捕收剂浓度进行了检测 ,结果表明 ,对于同一个作业 ,尾矿产品的矿浆浓度大于精矿产品 ;对于精选作业来讲 ,其相应产品的药剂浓度随着流程前进逐步降低 ,对于粗选作业来说 ,规律相反 ,浓度随着流程前进逐步升高。     

Intensification of Polymetallic Sulfide Ore Dressing by High-Energy Electrons

It is established that accumulation of radiation defects and radiation-induced electric breakdown decrease the mechanical strength of ores and facilitate the fracture over the interface of different minerals. The preliminary processing by electron beam increases the quality of flotation concentrate.     

提高东鞍山浮选铁精矿品位的研究

在东鞍山现用正浮选流程的基础上 ,增加中矿Ⅰ再磨工序 ,使铁矿连生体得以单体解离。再选用捕收性和选择性良好的螯合捕收剂RN— 665 ,可获得铁精矿品位为 64 .0 2 %、回收率达 76.2 3 %的优质铁精矿。     

浮选柱液位自动控制系统设计探讨

浮选柱液位的控制是直接影响回收率及精矿质量的一个重要因素.本文从控制策略的确定、液位探测与传感装置的比较、执行机构的选择、管路的设计等方面对浮选柱矿浆液位自动控制系统进行了初步研究,并分析了两种较为典型的浮选柱液位自动控制系统.     

复杂硫化矿中铜的综合回收新工艺试验研究

七宝山铁矿铅锌矿区伴生一定储量的具有综合回收价值的铜矿物。根据矿物特性 ,吸取以往我矿铜回收的技术经验 ,采用优先浮铜的工艺流程 ,利用ZM作捕收剂 ,淀粉作铅矿物的抑制剂 ,有效地解决了铜、铅矿物分离的问题 ,取得了铜精矿品位 2 1.48%、回收率为 5 9.3 8%、含铅 7.90 %、含锌 7.3 3 %的良好试验指标。本试验研究工业应用前景广阔。     

某金矿矿石浮选优化试验研究

对某金矿的浮选工艺系统地进行了参数优化试验研究 ,得到了浮选最佳药剂条件 ,最终金的回收率为89.5 1%,浮选精矿金品位为 76.67g/t。     

浮选工艺过程的自动控制方法

阐述了影响浮选效果的主要因素 ,介绍了浮选工艺过程中几个主要参数自动控制的实现方法 ,并对各个控制方法进行了分析。     

提高选钼技术经济指标的探讨

介绍了德兴铜矿提高铜钼混合精矿用品位的几项科研成果以及在生产中应用情况。采用充氮新工艺、充填式浮选柱新设备的试验结果表明不仅能提高铜钼分选指标而且可显著降低生产成本。
