移动互联网中一种移动学习方案的设计与原型实现

以移动教育方面的三方应用场景为例,设计并实现了一个面向精品课程和开放课程的移动学习系统原型,实现了网络教学资源整合。根据现行主流移动智能终端的特点,针对触摸屏移动智能终端因误操作引起的计算资源和通信资源浪费现象,给出了一个有三方参与的应用系统场景中,可行的减少误操作的应用方法。通过使用确定型有限自动机的方法验证了系统的正确性。测试表明,该方法可以有效降低应用场景中代理服务模块和资源服务模块的工作压力,提高用户体验度。     

ABC-RBF神经网络在平板坝裂缝开合度监测中的应用

为提高混凝土平板坝裂缝开合度预测精度,针对混凝土平板坝裂缝开合度监测序列呈非线性以及周期性变化的特点,将基于EMD分解优化的ABC-RBF神经网络模型应用于混凝土平板坝裂缝开合度安全监测中,对比分析普通RBF和ABC-RBF神经网络模型。结果表明,ABC-RBF神经网络模型预测误差相对较小,可用于分析混凝土平板坝裂缝开合度的安全监测。     

寒冷地区电站长距离输水明渠冬季运行方式探讨

通过大量工程资料收集和类似工程经验分析,对寒冷地区引水式水电站长距离输水明渠在冬季各种输、排冰运行方式的适用性进行了对比分析,着重对结冰盖运行方式的建筑物布置、流量控制和水位控制等进行深入分析和研究,提出了完整的分段壅水结冰盖输水方式的输水渠道建筑物布置、水位运行控制的设计和运行控制方法,消除了寒冷地区电站输水长明渠冬季运行中的冰冻危害问题,并成功运用于实际工程设计和运行。     

明渠流动条件下单圆墩阻水效应实验研究

该文利用明渠水流的水工模型实验手段探究单圆墩阻水效应空间分布规律及其阻水系数取值新方法。利用高精度超声水位测量系统,采集了墩柱附近特定影响区域内水位过程线,通过分析墩柱周围壅高幅值,验证了阻水效应特性与流态因子之间的新关系。定量分析了墩柱阻水效应的空间影响范围及水位变化的空间分布特征,推求墩柱阻水系数计算的新公式。研究结果可为大尺度河流水动力模拟中桥梁墩柱的概化提供一定参考依据。     

垂向振荡对螺旋桨敞水性能的影响研究

船舶在波浪中航行时,船身垂荡运动的同时也带动着螺旋桨相对于周围流体振荡。为了研究振荡对螺旋桨推进性能的影响,该文采用相对运动的数值模拟方法,实现了螺旋桨自身旋转运动和垂向振荡运动的同步进行。对比了不同振荡频率、振幅对螺旋桨敞水性能的影响,结果表明,垂荡会提高螺旋桨的敞水性能,且随着振荡频率、幅值的增大,螺旋桨的推力系数、扭矩系数和敞水效率也略有增大。     

移动通信可扩展的开放式应用平台OMAP4430

OMAP4430是TI公司推出的开放式多媒体可扩展应用平台,对于移动通信开发应用具有一定的价值。本文主要从硬件结构、软件架构两个方面进行阐述,突出OMAP4430的低能耗、高性能、高集成度以及在现代通信与多媒体技术中的相关应用。     

On the use of open-source firewalls in ICS/SCADA systems

ABSTRACT

Firewalls are one of the most widely used security devices to protect a communications network. They help secure it by blocking unwanted traffic from entering or leaving the protected network. Several commercial vendors have extended their firewall capabilities to support SCADA protocols or designed SCADA-specific firewalls. Although open-source firewalls are used successfully in IT networks, their use in SCADA networks has not been properly investigated. In this research we investigate the major open-source firewalls for their use in SCADA networks and identify Linux iptables’ potential as an effective SCADA firewall. Iptables is a powerful open-source firewall solution available as part of most Linux distributions in use today. In general, use of iptables as a network-level firewall for SCADA systems has been limited to basic port and host filtering, without further inspection of control messages. We propose and demonstrate a novel methodology to use iptables as an effective firewall for SCADA systems. This is achieved by utilizing advanced iptables features that allow for dynamic inspection of packet data. It is noteworthy to mention that the proposed solution does not require any modification to the netfilter/iptables framework, making it possible to turn a Linux system into an effective SCADA firewall. The approach has been tested by defining filtering rules for the Modbus TCP protocol and validating its ability to defend against various attacks on the protocol.

As dynamic content is filling the Internet, so are choices for implementing this service/tool for Web developers. This article concentrates on one of the solutions that offers choices and tools in a single free package. Zope delivers Web-based content using a variety of sources and Internet connections. At Appalachian State University, Ask A Librarian http://www.library.appstate.edu/reference/askref.html concentrates on using Zope, the PostgreSQL database, e-mail, and the Web to offer patrons the opportunity to receive guidance from reference librarians while at a remote location.     

Open source: the Russian experience (legislation and practice)

The emergence of so-called free or open-source software and the growth of its economic importance in various industries make questions regarding the legal status of free/open-source licenses especially important. In December 2010, new draft amendments to the Civil Code were published, introducing new concepts in order to reflect the ideas pursued by these types of licenses. This article analyzes existing problems with the legal status of free/open-source licenses, whether proposed amendments may solve them, and what risks they may create. Since Russia is among the first countries trying to include provisions on free/open-source licenses in its legislation, such analysis may be of interest to foreign lawmakers since the concept of open source is universal all over the world.     

基于GPRS的河套灌区流量测量遥控系统研究

针对河套灌区流量测量特点,提出了以GPRS无线通信技术为数据传输平台,利用超声波测流法测量明渠流量的方案.超声波测流硬件主要由智能仪表、流速传感器和液位传感器等组成.流速传感器和液位传感器能够实时采集现场数据,智能仪表对传感器采集到的数据进行底层处理,并通过GPRS模块上传给监控中心上位机.上位机对接收到的数据进行分析和处理,根据分析和处理的结果对现场仪器仪表进行控制,从而实现灌区流量管理系统的远程遥控.该系统建设成本较低,相对误差较小,可满足明渠测流的精度要求,且实时性好、可靠性高.
