梳理基于等待门限判决的脉冲位置键控系统相关文献资料,发现文献给出的误比特率(BER)理论公式不能准确描述系统误比特率,尤其是在低信噪比情况下一些理论公式计算的误比特率已经高于0.5,超过了通信系统误比特率上限,不符合通信理论。分析了各文献资料误比特率理论公式推导过程中的问题所在,推导得到了一个新的误比特率理论公式。进行了数值仿真,结果表明,新的误比特率理论公式与仿真吻合良好,能够准确描述系统误比特率,并且在低噪比下计算的误比特率不高于0.5,符合通信理论。在新的误比特率理论公式基础上,分析了基于等待门限判决的脉冲位置键控系统能量效率,并与二进制相移键控(BPSK)系统进行了比较,表明基于等待门限判决的脉冲位置键控系统是一种具有较高能量效率的系统,在一定条件下甚至优于BPSK系统。 相似文献

Research has extensively investigated the rationale of firm diversity from the economic perspective, but little is known about how such a strategy may affect information security. The present study is the first to examine how firm diversity is relevant to firms’ likelihood to experience data breaches (i.e., data breach risk). Drawing from the strands of literature on information security, diversification, and resource-based view, we propose hypotheses on the relationship between firm diversity and data breach risk, as well as the boundary conditions of this relationship. On the basis of a twelve-year sample of publicly-listed firms, our analysis provides evidence to support the negative association between firm diversity and data breach risk. Our analysis also delineates conditions under which the effects of firm diversity can intervene to reduce the data breach risk invoked, such as under related diversity and when managers are managerially capable. For academics, our research accentuates an intriguing but unexamined benefit of firm diversity because it relates to information security. For practicing professionals, this research highlights the significant impact of firms’ operational structure on information security. 相似文献

The growth and characterization of an n‐GaP/i‐GaNP/p+‐GaP thin film heterojunction synthesized using a gas‐source molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) method, and its application for efficient solar‐driven water oxidation is reported. The TiO2/Ni passivated n‐GaP/i‐GaNP/p+‐GaP thin film heterojunction provides much higher photoanodic performance in 1 m KOH solution than the TiO2/Ni‐coated n‐GaP substrate, leading to much lower onset potential and much higher photocurrent. There is a significant photoanodic potential shift of 764 mV at a photocurrent of 0.34 mA cm?2, leading to an onset potential of ≈0.4 V versus reversible hydrogen electrode (RHE) at 0.34 mA cm?2 for the heterojunction. The photocurrent at the water oxidation potential (1.23 V vs RHE) is 1.46 and 7.26 mA cm?2 for the coated n‐GaP and n‐GaP/i‐GaNP/p+‐GaP photoanodes, respectively. The passivated heterojunction offers a maximum applied bias photon‐to‐current efficiency (ABPE) of 1.9% while the ABPE of the coated n‐GaP sample is almost zero. Furthermore, the coated n‐GaP/i‐GaNP/p+‐GaP heterojunction photoanode provides a broad absorption spectrum up to ≈620 nm with incident photon‐to‐current efficiencies (IPCEs) of over 40% from ≈400 to ≈560 nm. The high low‐bias performance and broad absorption of the wide‐bandgap GaP/GaNP heterojunctions render them as a promising photoanode material for tandem photoelectrochemical (PEC) cells to carry out overall solar water splitting. 相似文献

A control chart is a very common tool used to monitor the quality of business processes. An estimator of the process variability is generally considered to obtain the control limits of a chart when parameters of the process are unknown. Assuming Monte Carlo simulations, this paper first compares the efficiency of the various estimators of the process variability. Two empirical measures used to analyze the performance of control charts are defined. Results derived from various empirical studies reveal the existence of a linear relationship between the performance of the various estimators of the process variability and the performance of charts. 目的研究在小户型住房空间下能满足人们需求的厨房橱柜。方法分析小户型居住人群需求特点、现代人生活的行为模式以及现代厨房所需的设备,运用家居产品的弹性设计理念和橱柜设计原则得出设计要素,在现有一体式橱柜的基础上进行外观、功能、结构等的改良、整合和再设计。结果一体式橱柜的概念设计集烹饪、清洗、储存一体化的系统设计于一体,紧凑的空间利用能适应小户型用户的使用需求,外观上需融入现代家装风格使其符合现代人的审美需求。结论小户型住宅的一体式橱柜相当于一个独立完整的厨房操作系统,在厨房有限的面积得到最大化利用的条件下,应给予该领域产品更多外观设计和概念化设计,为中国橱柜设计的发展提供参考。 相似文献
