阐述了东江水库基本情况，通过对库区及周围的地质构造特点、诱发地震监测，总结出东江水库地震的活动特征和诱发地震活动趋势。     

基于STEP的零件加工工艺计划模型

为了满足ＣＩＭＳ环境下工艺系统与其它系统集成的需要，建立了标准工艺计划模型具十分重要的意义。本文描述了一个基于ＳＴＥＰ的零件加工工艺计划模型，介绍了建立这一模型的关键技术，给出了参照ＳＴＥＰ建立工艺计划模型的方法。     

Wind energy resource assessment for five locations in Saudi Arabia

The analysis of recently collected wind data at five sites in Saudi Arabia namely, Dhulum, Arar, Yanbu, Gassim and Dhahran is presented. The five sites represent different geographically and climatologically conditions. The data collected over a period spanned between 1995 and 2002 with different collection periods for each site. Daily, monthly and frequency profiles of the wind speed at the sites showed that Dhulum and Arar sites have higher wind energy potential with annual wind speed average of 5.7 and 5.4 m/s and speeds higher than 5 m/s for 60 and 47% of the time, respectively. The two sites are candidates for remote area wind energy applications. The costal site's, i.e. Yanbu and Dhahran wind speed data indicated that the two sites have lower annual wind speed averages and wind blows at speed higher than 5 m/s during afternoon hours. That makes the two sites candidates for grid connected wind systems for electrical load peak shaving. The data of Gassim site showed that the site has the lowest wind energy potential compared to the others. The annual energy produced by a Nordex N43 wind machine is estimated to be 1080, 990, 730, 454 and 833 MWh for Dhulum, Arar, Yanbu, Gassim and Dhahran, respectively. The analysis showed that the estimated annual energy produced by the machine based on 10 min averaged data is 2.5% higher than the estimated energy based on 30 min averaged data.     

三江平原水利综合规划的重新编制问题

三江平原是我国重要的商品粮基地和粮食战略后备基地。原有规划距今已过30年，远不能适应现代发展要求。结合新的形势，提出了重新编制三江平原综合规划的现实意义、目标设想及主要修编内容。     

Gorillas (Gorilla gorilla) and Orangutans (Pongo pygmaeus) Encode Relevant Problem Features in a Tool-Using Task.

Two important elements in problem solving are the abilities to encode relevant task features and to combine multiple actions to achieve the goal. The authors investigated these 2 elements in a task in which gorillas (Gorilla gorilla) and orangutans (Pongo pygmaeus) had to use a tool to retrieve an out-of-reach reward. Subjects were able to select tools of an appropriate length to reach the reward even when the position of the reward and tools were not simultaneously visible. When presented with tools that were too short to retrieve the reward, subjects were more likely to refuse to use them than when tools were the appropriate length. 水生生物环境诊断(AOD)技术应用研究

介绍一种新型的毒性试验方法——水生生物环境诊断(AOD)技术，该方法将冷冻浓缩和生物测试技术有机地相结合，较好地解决了低毒性水体的毒性测试问题。应用本项技术以红鳍鱼为受试生物，分别对湖北武汉马伧湖、墨水湖、广东深圳河、长江干流寸滩等几个断面、丹江口水库白河、丹江河口、老灌河等不同水体进行AOD测试，所得48hr-LC\-50结果与实际水质状况基本相符。     

当前水价改革中迫切需要注意的问题

加强水价改革，提高水价，促进节约用水，已经成为全社会关注的焦点。在节约用水和水资源优化配置条件下如何确定水价，水价构成及供水企业的合理成本与利润，以及资源水价的分配和用途是当前水价改革中亟须研究探讨和重视的问题。商品水价应该包括三个部分：一是资源水价，二是工程水价，三是环境水价。只有包括资源因素的水价，才能真正发挥水价在水资源的优化配置和合理利用方面的调节作用。     

山东省水资源配置思路浅析

山东省总体上属于资源性缺水省份，合理配置水资源已成为解决水资源供需矛盾、保障经济社会可持续发展的关键问题之一。通过对山东省水资源的基本特点进行分析，建立了水资源合理配置系统模型及生成配置方案，在供需平衡分析的基础上，提出了水资源合理配置的基本思路。     

中、美流域水资源管理机制比较

萨斯奎哈纳流域管理委员会的委员由美国联邦政府和其流域内纽约、宾夕法尼亚、马里兰三个州的代表组成。在《萨斯奎哈纳流域协议》（联邦法律）的授权下。该委员会有权处理流域内的任何水资源问题。相比之下．国内的流域机构没有流域内省（自治区、直辖市）的代表作为委员，流域水行政管理的职能还不能满足流域内社会经济发展的实际需要。因此，形成和完善以流域为单元的水资源管理法律框架是有效保护、开发和管理流域水资源的基础，建立包括流域内省（自治区、直辖市）为代表的流域管理委员会可以提供一个有代表性、长效的管理机构。流域管理委员会应着重加强流域水资源保护、开发和管理的综合规划，注重流域的公共利益和社会服务．重视水质、湿地、洄游鱼类、珍稀物种和文化遗产保护．切实担当起河流代言人和保护神的角色。
