斜坡道是地下金属矿山的主要运输通道,其道路质量直接影响着矿山的安全运输和经济效益。针对斜坡道混凝土浇筑路面存在的筑路成本高、养护时间长、使用寿命短及维护困难等不足,引入浆土路修筑技术,开展了地下金属矿山斜坡道浆土路筑路材料配比试验、黏土搓条和崩解试验、水洗筛分试验,并在云南卡房分公司完成了浆土路试验路段的修筑。结果表明:浆土路筑路技术能够很好地应用于地下矿山道路修筑,具有施工工艺简单、筑路成本低、施工周期短、承载能力强、抑尘防滑和低碳环保等诸多优点,为地下金属矿山道路修筑提供了工程借鉴,对于矿山降本增效、节能减排及安全高效具有重要的意义。  相似文献

The microstructures of Fe-Mn-Ni-Cr steels with medium carbon and the effect of alloy ele-ments on them have been investigated by means of X-ray diffraction quantitative phase ana-lyses,metallography and hardness tests.The volume fraction of martensite in steels quenchedat 1100℃ can be expressed as:f_M~(1100)=162.643-15.482Mn-7.36Ni-4.286(Cr+Mo+V)Based on this expression,the quasi-equilibrium microstructure diagram has been obtained.Itis shown that the effect of Mn on the austenite stability is greater than that of Ni.The equiva-lent [Ni]=2.104Mn+Ni and equivalent [Cr]=Cr+Mo+V.The driving force for martensite transformation at M_s point has been calculated to hedrastically decreased by element Mn.  相似文献

本文利用X射线定量相分析及金相观察和硬度测试,考察了中碳Fe-Mn-Ni-Cr钢的组织及合金元素的作用。建立了经1100℃淬火后的马氏体体积分数与合金成分的定量关系式; f_M~(1100)=162.643-15.482Mn-7.36Ni-4.286(Cr+Mo+V)并在此基础上给出了亚平衡组织图。结果表明,Mn稳定奥氏体的作用大于Ni的作用。Ni和Cr当量分别以[Ni]=2.104Mn+Ni,[Cr]=Cr+Mo+V表示。计算了M_S点处的马氏体相变驱动力,指出Mn具有强烈降低相变驱动力的作用。  相似文献

本文综述了我国木质素类(碱木质素或木质素磺酸盐)油田化学品的最新进展,其中包括钻井液处理剂、油井水泥添加剂、堵水剂、调剖剂、稠油降粘剂和表面活性剂驱油的牺牲剂。目前我国木质素类堵水剂、调剖剂和稠油降粘剂的研究和应用方面已达到或超过世界先进水平,改性木质素磺酸盐的研究也接近国际先进水平,但钻井处理剂和水泥添加剂仅为美国的1/9,许多木质素化学品仍为空白。因此,这些油田化学品仍然是吸引人去研究的课题,期望不久的将来会有较大的进展。  相似文献

Conservation planning aims to optimize outcomes for select species or ecosystems by directing resources toward high‐return sites. The possibility that local benefits might be increased by directing resources beyond the focal area is rarely considered. We present a case study of restoring river connectivity for migratory fish of the Great Lakes Basin by removing dams and road crossings within municipal jurisdictions versus their broader watersheds. We found that greater river connectivity could often be achieved by considering both intra‐jurisdictional and extra‐jurisdictional barriers. Focusing on jurisdictional barriers alone generally forfeited <20% (median = 0%) of habitat gains for those who value solely habitat gains within the jurisdiction, but >75% (median = 100%) for planners who value larger‐scale habitat gains. Similarly, cost savings tended to be between ?50% and +50%, but in some cases were very negative. Our study underscores the local‐scale benefits of broadening restoration investments, especially for decision makers of the Great Lakes Basin and contributes to a discussion of appropriate and efficient scales of conservation planning. The effectiveness of an active shutter-glasses stereoscopic display (SD) and a passive polarised SD was evaluated in a live robot-teleoperation task and a simulated indirect-vision driving task in various terrains. Overall, participants completed their tasks significantly faster with the SDs in three-dimensional (3D) mode than with the SDs in the baseline 2D mode. They also navigated more accurately with the SDs in 3D mode. When the effectiveness of the two types of SDs was examined separately, results showed that the active shutter-glasses SD resulted in faster responses and task completion times than the passive polarised SD, though most of the differences failed to reach statistical significance. Perceived workload when interacting with the two SD systems did not differ significantly between the active versus passive display types or between the 3D and 2D modes of operation; however, participants reported more severe discomfort after interacting with the passive polarised SD.  相似文献

针对浅海水声通信中水汽界面和海底的反射产生多途效应对信号传输的影响,依据水下声传输原理,分析了水声信道中的噪声特点和产生多途效应机理,研究水声信道中声传感器指向性与传输性能关系,探讨水声传感阵列方式在水下通信环境的优势,设计合理的阵元间连接形式、阵列驱动电路和阻抗匹配电路,保证有效的功率耦合效率。经水下试验测试表明:采用一定指向性的声阵列结构,利用单个阵元波束宽度小于10°,构成阵列结构的波束宽度小于30°,并进行一定阻抗匹配,可减小能量损失,有效提高水声通信系统性能。  相似文献

On board camera is the most important information source for driver assistant application which is based on computer vision. One problem for on board camera is that the external parameters are easy to be changed when moving on the road. Traditional method either calibrates external parameters offline or calibrates external parameters semi-online, which both need human intervention. By observation, it is found that corner connection of dotted road lane can form two groups of parallel lines. Using this geometric characteristics and through theoretical derivation, a novel online camera external parameter calibration method is proposed which focus on the situation when vehicle is moving. The pro of this method is that it maintains relatively high calculation accuracy and more important, it does not require any human intervention in whole calibration process. Experimental and comparison results show that this method is simple and have accurate results which fully meet the requirements of practical application.  相似文献

Nowadays, final products often encompass a certain intelligence therein to deal with variation or lack of precision in the sensing input data. This intelligence is usually acquired via the utilization of existing soft techniques, such as artificial neural networks, genetic algorithms and fuzzy control, among others. Thus, it is profitable to have on-the-shelf shell scalable and adaptive hardware designs that implement these soft techniques. This availability allows for an immediate embedding of any of those designs onto final products. This usually entails a reduced time-to-market of the product. Process control is one of the many applications that took advantage of the fuzzy paradigm. In general, controllers are embedded into the controlled device. This paper presents a novel design of a reconfigurable efficient parallel architecture to implement fuzzy controllers on hardware with almost no design effort for final users. The proposed architecture is herein proven suitable for embedding. It is customizable, so it allows the setup and configuration of the controller parameters, and hence its use for any problem application. Two fuzzy controllers that model autonomous car driving are implemented and their cost and performance evaluated.  相似文献
