中国健康服务业发展战略研究

为落实健康中国发展战略,推进中国健康服务业的发展,中国工程院于2015年启动"中国健康服务业发展战略研究"重大咨询项目。课题自启动以来,组织了28位院士和150余位专家,对京上广深等一至三线共12个城市进行了广泛的社会调查。本文在大量社会调查的基础上,从健康服务业的概念、内涵、发展特点入手,深入分析了国内健康服务业的发展现状;以全方位、全覆盖、全过程建立健康服务保障体系为目标,对健康服务业的定位、发展思路,城乡理想模式等进行了深入探讨;并针对健康管理体系建设、养生养老、医养结合、健康保险、社会办医、金融保障等重点问题,提出了为顺应中国健康服务业发展战略顺畅实施的保障措施和相关建议。     

柴达木盐湖产业生态文明建设战略研究

盐湖产业事关我国粮食安全,也是新能源和新材料产业的重要支撑。柴达木盆地是中国盐湖产业的核心,建设其产业生态文明重要而迫切。为推进柴达木盐湖产业生态文明建设,做强中国盐湖产业,本文从柴达木盐湖产业生态文明建设的现状出发,辨识产业生态文明建设面临的严峻挑战,提出了盐湖产业生态文明建设的四大战略。     

Optimal markdown policy of perishable food under the consumer price fairness perception

Markdown policies are widely used by retailers to sell perishable food. Consumers purchase food at different prices during different sales periods. Some consumers may compare their experience with others who purchase the same items. Price unfairness or inequity is perceived when different prices are quoted without reasonable explanations. This study develops an optimal markdown model for perishable food pricing to optimise the food retailer revenue and enable a maximum aggregated consumer utility considering individuals’ price fairness perception. The model serves as the first step in evaluating trade-offs between food retailer revenue and consumer utility. In addition, it enables consumer utility to be depicted through perceived price fairness by including the effects of food perishability and scarcity. Another innovative feature is the equalisation of the consumer average aggregated utility during different sales periods as a condition of intertemporal price fairness perception. The proposed model is compared with two benchmark models to justify the effectiveness and advantages in the example. Finally, a sensitive analysis based on the food deterioration rate, consumer food desire rate and consumer average reservation price is conducted to justify the manner in which these factors influence the optimal pricing policy, and managerial insights are suggested for food retailers.     

体验消费与染织艺术的传承与发展

目的在现代商业环境及文化创意产业发展背景下,为传统染织艺术文化的传承和发展探寻可行之路。方法通过体验消费的方法和模式研究,分析消费者在体验消费过程的行为和心理活动,并结合传统手工染织艺术的产品和生产过程的特点,探讨现代体验消费的商业模式对染织艺术传承和发展的作用与影响。结论传统染织艺术文化可以通过艺术沙龙的形式,在高雅的商业艺术环境中展现手工染织的艺术魅力,从而让传统染织手工艺重新找到生存的土壤,使染织艺术得以传承和发展。     

李白文化在现代创意产品中的设计再生

目的从文化创意产业的视角下研究如何从交叉学科的角度去审视李白文化,并应用于现代创意产品设计。方法借助跨学科的交叉研究方法,提炼出李白文化中的创意设计点。结论当代社会应从跨学科的角度研究李白文化,并实现设计再生,再生手法包括实体功能化、诗文图形化、图像娱乐化、虚拟数字化、意境造型化、设计绘画化等方面。     

诚信技术发展研究

本文提出了诚信产业的概念,以及实现过程中的一些可行的方法,并且依靠信息安全技术,给出了一些可行的建议,提出了道德股的概念,构想了诚信产业的愿景。对信息安全产业的发展提出了建议,指出两个产业可以互相促进,共同繁荣。     

具有行业特色的计算机类专业建设

高职教育的任务决定了人才培养目标要符合职业岗位的要求。文章提出计算机类专业建设必须注重行业特色,设置与行业相关的专业,构筑与行业融合的专业人才培养方案。并总结了实践遇到的若干问题,为其他职业院校专业建设提供借鉴。     

OWA rough set model for forecasting the revenues growth rate of the electronic industry

Business operation performance is related to corporation profitability and directly affects the choices of investment in the stock market. This paper proposes a hybrid method, which combines the ordered weighted averaging (OWA) operator and rough set theory after an attribute selection procedure to deal with multi-attribute forecasting problems with respect to revenue growth rate of the electronic industry. In the attribute selection step, four most-important attributes within 12 attributes collected from related literature are determined via five attribute selection methods as the input of the following procedure of the proposed method. The OWA operator can adjust the weight of an attribute based on the situation of a decision-maker and aggregate different attribute values into a single aggregated value of each instance, and then the single aggregated values are utilized to generate classification rules by rough set for forecasting operation performance.To verify the proposed method, this research collects the financial data of 629 electronic firms for public companies listed in the TSE (Taiwan Stock Exchange) and OTC (Over-the-Counter) market in 2004 and 2005 to forecast the revenue growth rate. The results show that the proposed method outperforms the listing methods.     

基于Ontology的产业集群信息检索模型探析

该文从安徽汽车产业集群信息服务平台检索需求出发,通过对平台现有检索技术进行分析,指出建立基于本体技术的智能检索系统的必要性,在此基础上构建了基于本体的产业集群信息检索模型,阐述了领域本体构建的重要性,最后指出产业集群信息检索的实现可以大大提高平台信息检索性能。     

我国煤矿自动化现状及发展趋势

根据先进的煤矿自动化产品的特点,分析了我国煤矿自动化产品存在的问题,指出了建立具有统一网络平台的煤矿综合自动化系统是我国煤矿自动化与信息化的发展趋势;介绍了我国煤矿综合自动化系统的现有基础及其在建设中主要涉及的方面,给出了基于工业以太网和基于现场总线的煤矿综合自动化系统的网络平台结构及特点,以及实施煤矿综合自动化系统需要注意的问题。
