基于回收质量不确定与政府双参与的再制造闭环供应链定价策略研究

基于回收质量不确定的现实考虑,运用Stackelberg博弈论方法研究政府补贴和碳税双参与的再制造闭环供应链的定价问题,采用数值仿真的方法量化分析补贴额度和碳税率对再制造闭环供应链定价策略、供应链各成员利润、供应链碳排放量的影响,以及回收质量对再制造闭环供应链的影响。研究发现：政府补贴和碳税的双参与改善了由政府征收碳税而引起的市场不活跃现象,促进了闭环供应链的回收再制造,比单纯补贴或碳税更有效地引导了再制造闭环供应链;无论哪种手段参与,提高废旧产品的回收质量都有助于提高废旧产品的回收量、制造商的利润、第三方回收商的利润以及供应链的总利润,也有助于降低供应链的碳排放。     

空难的应急处置及伤员急救

本文根据空难中机场相关单位与航空公司的应急处置及驻地医院对伤者的急救及部分伤员的临床资料进行了较完整的初步分析,并针对诸如航空公司运控系统、机场指挥中心、急诊医院医护人员的明确分工等问题展开讨论。充分认为：对出现空难后,对大批空难伤员,现场的应急救援争分夺秒、行之有效的救援工作十分重要,同时可为后续的治疗赢得时机,并对提高多发性创伤救治成功率具有极其重大的作用。     

微过滤驱动在终端文档安全保护中的应用

在研究WindowsNT内核操作系统的驱动框架的基础上,基于Minifilter过滤驱动技术以及文档标识技术,设计并实现了一个具有文件安全保护能力的终端文档安全保护系统。该系统既实现了对终端文档的透明标识及透明加密安全保护,又具有对文档访问的策略控制,能有效地防止终端重要信息的泄漏。改进了文档标识技术,将文档密钥嵌入文档标识中,文档标识不仅起到标识文档的作用,也起到了简化密钥管理的作用。

Review of the magnetic fusion program by the 1986 ERAB Fusion Panel

The 1986 ERAB Fusion Panel finds that fusion energy continues to be an attractive energy source with great potential for the future, and that the magnetic fusion program continues to make substantial technical progress. In addition, fusion research advances plasma physics, a sophisticated and useful branch of applied science, as well as technologies important to industry and defense. These factors fully justify the substantial expenditures by the Department of Energy in fusion research and development (R&D). The Panel endorses the overall program direction, strategy, and plans, and recognizes the importance and timeliness of proceeding with a burning plasma experiment, such as the proposed Compact Ignition Tokamak (CIT) experiment.Presented to the Magnetic Fusion Advisory Committee (La Jolla, California, December 4, 1986)     

Determination and Documentation of the Need for Practice Guidelines.

In August 2001, the American Psychological Association (APA) Council of Representatives approved as APA policy the "Criteria for Practice Guideline Development and Evaluation" (APA, 2002b), developed by the Board of Professional Affairs Committee on Professional Practice and Standards (COPPS). The present document was developed in response to a request from the APA Board of Directors that the Board of Professional Affairs develop a document expanding on Section 2.2 of the guideline development and evaluation criteria, which indicates that practice guidelines should be written only when there is a clearly demonstrated and documented need. The Board of Professional Affairs further requested that COPPS consider the specific legal, public, and professional needs that may justify the development of guidelines and the related sources of documentation. Developers of practice guidelines should review the guideline criteria carefully at the beginning of the project and frequently thereafter to help ensure consistency of the guidelines with APA policy. Note that this document is not intended to be a stand-alone document but rather is to be understood and used in the context of the criteria. The intent of this document is to provide developers of guidelines with additional information related to the demonstration and documentation of the need for practice guidelines in their areas of interest.
