Extended preservation of raw beef and pork meat by hyperbaric storage at room temperature

Hyperbaric storage (HS) was evaluated as a new food preservation methodology at room temperature (RT) for beef and pork meat, both minced and in pieces, and compared to refrigeration (RF) storage. The meat samples were stored at 50, 75 and 100 MPa and variable RT up to 60 days. HS at 75 and 100 MPa could not only inhibit microbial growth but also inactivate microorganisms. Regarding physicochemical analyses, an overall equal to better pH maintenance in HS samples was achieved, and similar colour differences between HS and RF were observed. Generally, similarities in moisture content and drip loss between HS (mostly 75 and 100 MPa) and RF were detected (tendency for lower values in the former and higher values in the latter for the higher pressure level). Protein solubility revealed a decrease of sarcoplasmic protein values during storage with a pressure level dependency in some samples.     

Operational aspects of adsorption air‐conditioner used in diesel locomotive

A locomotive cabin adsorption air‐conditioner has been equipped in #DF4B‐2369 locomotive; and has been successfully run for 2 years. It is powered by waste heat from the exhaust of the diesel engine. The influence on heat transfer is described by the equivalent heat transfer coefficient or thermal resistance of components inside the adsorber. The variation of adsorption capacity is expressed by a non‐equilibrium adsorption function. The dynamic heat transfer process of adsorption air‐conditioning system is treated with the lumped parameter method. Some typical running experimental results are present. The diesel engine rotating speed and locomotive speed influenced on the refrigeration system are discussed. The maximum mean refrigeration power is regarded as an objective function. Based on experiments and theoretical analysis, the running characteristics of the air‐conditioning system are optimized. Some techniques of performance improvement are suggested as well. 600 A IGBT开关电路及其散热系统设计

采用IGBT开关电路，对大功率电阻带进行直流脉宽调制控制，实现了内燃机车大功率直流发电机负载实验中的负载大小的连续调节。为了避免在实验过程中IGBT器件的温度过高，采用独特的双管IGBT结构和双向强迫风冷的散热系统。实验表明该电路运行稳定、可靠。     

联产供冷与电力供冷能耗比较分析

文中将两种供冷能耗比较分解成用电煤耗差、用热煤耗量、增加产汽用电煤耗量三部分进行分析，按照热量法得出在目前一般情况下联产供冷比电力供冷通常费能和定性定量结论，为全面研究比较热电冷联产与分产的能耗奠定一个基础。     

微型生化分析仪样品室温度控制系统研究

结合微型生化分析仪样品室的要求,设计了一种基于单片机的微型生化分析仪样品室温度控制系统.它以AT89S51为核心,采用单总线高精度数字温度传感器DS18B20对样品室温度采样,同时利用汇编语言编写温度设定与控制程序,采用半导体制冷的方式,实现了温度在25℃、30℃、32℃和37℃四个温度值的稳定,控制精度达±0.5℃.     

电子膨胀阀在电子吊舱制冷系统中的应用研究

介绍了军用飞机电子吊舱蒸汽压缩制冷环境控制系统的工作特点，给出了电子膨胀阀在电子吊舱地面模拟制冷系统中的初步试验研究结果。     

Solar assisted cooling with sorption systems: status of the research in Mexico and Latin America

Solar refrigeration projects both national and international with sorption and other refrigeration systems have been developed in Mexico and other Latin American countries in the last 15 years. A review of the main projects, both for solar cooling and refrigeration and the results obtained are presented in this paper. A methodology where 19 solar technologies for cooling were identified is also presented. Although solar cooling is still not an economically viable technology, the advances made and the experience gained in the projects described and the improved systems envisaged, will make solar refrigeration systems play an important role in the future.     

蓄冰空调制冷新技术

文章叙述了中央人民广播电台新业务楼空调工程中采用蓄冰空调制冷新技术的情况。文章讲解了蓄冰空调原理，并对蓄冰制冷与常规制冷技术进行比较，指出：从节电上来考虑，前者具有经济性。文章最后列举了今后在设计和维护上，还有待解决的一些问题。     

A new bubble-point-pressure correlation for the binary LiBr/H2O solution

In accord with the increasing concern about the global environmental issues, the absorption refrigeration heat-pump systems are currently being considered very promising and attractive. For the purpose of supporting the advanced R&D technology in this area, we have developed a novel correlation to represent the bubble-point pressures of LiBr H₂O solutions. The developed correlation covers the most extensive range of validity ever proposed: 273–483 K for temperatures, 0.05 kPa to 1.0 MPa for pressures. and 29 76 wt% LiBr for concentrations.Paper presented at the Twelfth Symposium on Thermophysical Properties, June 19–24, 1994. 中国冷库的现状与发展趋势
