This work focuses on identifying the rate-determining step of oxygen transport through La0.5Sr0.5Fe0.7Ga0.3O3-δ membranes with symmetric and asymmetric architectures. The best oxygen semipermeation fluxes are 3.4 10−3 mol. m-2.s-1 and 6.3 10−3 mol. m-2.s-1 at 900 °C for the symmetric membrane and asymmetric membrane with a modified surface. The asymmetric membrane with a modified surface leads to an increase of approximately 7 times the oxygen flux compared to that obtained with the La0.5Sr0.5Fe0.7Ga0.3O3-δ dense membrane without surface modification. This work also shows that the oxygen flux is mainly governed by gaseous oxygen diffusion through the porous support of asymmetric La0.5Sr0.5Fe0.7Ga0.3O3-δ membranes. 相似文献

AbstractBulk metallic glasses (BMGs) show high amorphous phase stability. The solidification process of BMG occurs with the cessation of epitaxial crystal growth. For a laser heated and melted surface of BMG, crystallisation occurs during cooling, along with crystalline growth from the heat affected zone. Such crystallisation stops at a certain location where the residual melt solidifies as amorphous. The amorphous formation can occur after crystal nucleation. Thermal treatment using a diode laser was used for surface modification of 2 mm thick Zr55Al10Ni5Cu30 (at.-%) BMG plates. When laser conditions (scanning speed, defocused irradiated spot size and output power) were changed, the maximum temperature and heating cooling rate were changed, and microstructures were changed. This study reports the results of a numerical investigation of turbulent natural convection in a square enclosure with localized heating from below and symmetrical cooling from the vertical side walls. The present study simulates the case of an accidental heat generation due to fire in a typical isolated building of a nuclear reactor or electronic components cabin. The source of fire is considered to be centrally located at the bottom wall with different heated widths, which is assumed to be either isothermal or with isoflux. For the purpose of the analysis, the source length is varied from 20 to 80% of the total width of the bottom wall. The top wall and the unheated portion of the bottom wall are considered to be adiabatic, whereas sidewalls are isothermal. Steady as well as transient forms of two-dimensional Reynolds–Averaged-Navier–Stokes equations and conservation equations of mass and energy, coupled with the Boussinesq approximation, are solved by the control volume based discretisation method employing the SIMPLE algorithm for pressure–velocity coupling. Turbulence is modeled using the standard k–ε model. Rayleigh number, Ra, based on the enclosure height is varied from 108 to 1012. Stream lines and isotherms are presented for various combinations of Ra and the heated width. A double cell flow pattern is observed with marginal loss in symmetry as Ra increases. The results are reported in the form of local and average Nusselt number on the heated floor. Correlations are developed to predict the heat transfer rates from the enclosure as a function of dimensionless heated width of the bottom wall and Ra, by least square linear regression analysis. 相似文献

研究了热浸镀55%Al-Zn合金镀层钢的室温拉伸性能和耐蚀性能。结果表明:Q235钢板经热浸镀55%Al-Zn合金后的室温屈服强度和抗拉强度均高于Q235钢,而伸长率没有降低。经SEM观察,55%Al-Zn合金镀层钢的拉伸断口由钢基体的韧窝断口和Fe-Al-Zn-Si合金层的穿晶解理断口组成。腐蚀试验结果显示:热浸镀55%Al-Zn合金后钢的耐蚀性在盐雾中是镀锌钢的6倍,在盐水中是镀锌钢的3倍,并同样具有镀锌层对钢基体的电化学保护能力。 相似文献

对 Ti55 与 Ti60 合金薄板进行了电子束焊接,研究了电子束焊接工艺参数对接头组织及力学性能的影响.结果表明,焊缝区形成大量针片状的α' 马氏体,焊缝中心为粗大的柱状晶.焊接工艺参数对焊缝组织和接头抗拉强度有一定影响,接头室温抗拉强度高于母材,600℃时接头抗拉强度与 Ti60 母材相当,抗弯强度达到母材的 80% 左右,冲击韧度能够达到母材的 90% 以上,断裂发生在热影响区处,为韧性断裂.Abstract: Ti55 and Ti60 titanium alloy sheets were welded by electron beam, and the influences of parameters on microstmcture and mechanical properties of welding joints were studied. The results show that weld zone is characterized by acicular α' martensite plate,and weld center is formed by coarse columnar crystals. Welding parameters can affect microstructure and tensile strength to a certain extent. At room temperature, the tensile strength of joint is higher than that of base metal. At a higher temperature of 600 ℃, tensile strength of joint is about equal to that of Ti60, and bending strength can be up to 80% of that of base metal, even impact toughness also can be larger than 90% of base metal.
