真空管道高速列车首尾平均压差变化规律研究

为了探究列车马赫数、真空度、阻塞比对真空管道高速列车首尾平均压差的影响,本文建立了三节车组的真空管道交通系统模型,运用局部网格加密技术,在Fluent中采用Realizable湍流模型,得到真空管道交通系统的压力场,分析列车首尾平均压差的变化规律.结果显示,列车马赫数、真空度、阻塞比的增加都会使得列车首尾平均压差变大....     

Data-based and model-based blockage diagnosis for stacked microchemical processes

One of the critical problems in the operation of microchemical processes is blockage in microchannels. Therefore, a process monitoring system which can detect and diagnose blockage is indispensable for effective and stable operation of microchemical processes. In the present research, two types of diagnosis systems, a data-based blockage diagnosis system (DB-BDS) and a model-based blockage diagnosis system (MB-BDS), are proposed. To realize efficient diagnosis for various degrees of blockage, the proposed DB-BDS uses the ratios of temperature differences between normal and abnormal operating conditions at one sensor to those at the other sensor. On the other hand, MB-BDS, which uses simple physical models of the process, diagnoses blockage by calculating the correlation coefficients between the prepared temperature distribution vectors and the actual temperature distribution vector when blockage is detected. The performance of the proposed systems is evaluated with their applications to a stacked microreactor. DB-BDS and MB-BDS are applied to various types of blockage, i.e., various locations and degrees. The results show that both DB-BDS and MB-BDS can diagnose the blockage location successfully even when blockage degree is less than 10%.     

聚丙烯装置在无规共聚生产状态下的长周期运行

无规共聚PP具有良好的透明性和热封性能,其消费和生产量逐年增加。研究了采用液相本体Spheripol技术生产无规共聚物时,聚丙烯装置遇到的环管带连接堵塞、高压闪蒸罐D2301架桥、汽蒸器D2501下料阀堵塞等问题,通过原因分析,采取了如下措施:在无规物转产均聚物时控制Donor的加入量,在生产无规物时控制Atmer163的加入量,改造降温针形阀,保障了装置的长期稳定运行。

通过对中石油与阿尔及利亚合资建设的SORALCHIN炼油厂常压初馏塔顶油气线运行不正常进行分析,并经停车检修发现管道严重堵塞,对堵塞物进行分析化验,对堵塞成因进行分析,根据分析结论提出科学、合理的解决措施,并利用检修之机进行整改,并在开车之后通过验证措施采取的正确性,保证了装置安全平稳运行.     

Effects and Mechanism of Pre-ozonation on Sand Filtration Performance

Diatoms were shown to be responsible for clogging the sand filtration tanks in the waterworks of Beijing treating reservoir source water. The effect of pre-ozonation on the performance of the sand filter was investigated using a continuous-flow (200 L h^?1) pilot experimental system. At the optimum ozone dose of 1.0 mg L^?1, the filter run time was prolonged 2.7–2.8-fold, the number of 2–5 μm diameter particles decreased from 353–829 ml^?1 to 53–269 ml^?1 and the turbidity in the filtrate decreased from >0.2 NTU to < 0.1 NTU. Laboratory tests showed that ozone was able to break the cells of the diatoms, including Fragilaria sp., Diatoma sp. and Navicula sp., into smaller particles, and the optimum ozone dose was also 1.0 mg L^?1. Decomposition of algae is likely to be the main reason for the significantly improved performance of filtration.
