The preparation of ultra fine nickel-copper bimetallic powder with two-stage chemical reduction method was investigated. Reductive sugar and hydrazine hydrate were employed as reducing agent in different reductive stage, respectively. Reaction of CuSO4·5H2O with reductive sugar at 70 °C gives cuprous oxide and copper particles, then as-prepared mixture and nickelous hydroxide were reduced by hydrazine hydrate, and nickel-copper powder having excellent dispersibility was prepared. Influences of nickel added on composition and dispersibility of powder were studied. TG/DTG/DTA of nickel-copper powder, which is stable in room temperature, were discussed with thermal analyzer. Relation of nickel content to oxidation temperature was investigated. Ni-Cu bimetallic powder particles have a fully coated structure when nickel content is up to 30%. As-prepared nickel-copper powder was applied in base metal electrode-multilayer ceramic capacitor (BME-MLCC). The end termination has high adhesion force, fairly good densification, low resistivity, excellent solderibility behavior and resistance behavior to soldering. 相似文献

In order to prepare low resistance ohmic contacts to p-ZnSn by the “deposition and annealing (DA)” technique which has been
extensively used for GaAs and Si-based devices, formation of a heavily doped layer by the p-ZnSe/metal reaction is required.
For p-ZnSe/Ni contacts, Ni and Se reacted preferentially at the ZnSe/Ni interface upon annealing at temperatures higher than
250°C. However, capacitance-voltage measurements showed that the net acceptor concentration (NA-ND) close to the p-ZnSe/Ni interface was reduced upon the Ni/ZnSe reaction, resulting in high contact resistance. For p-ZnSe/Au
contacts, neither Au/ZnSe reaction nor reduction of the acceptor concentration were observed after annealing at temperatures
lower than 300°C. This indicates that although the metal/p-ZnSe reaction is mandatory to prepare a heavily doped layer, the
reaction induced an increase in the compensation donors in the p-ZnSe substrate. In order to increase the acceptor concentration
in the vicinity of the p-ZnSe/metal interface through diffusion from the contact materials, Li or O which was reported to
play the role of an acceptor in ZnSe was deposited with a contact metal and annealed at elevated temperatures. Ni or Ag was
selected as the contact metal, because these metals were expected to enhance Li or O doping by reacting with ZnSe. However,
the current density-voltage characteristics of the Li(N)/Ni and Ag(O) contacts exhibited rectifying behavior, and the contact
resistances increased with increasing annealing temperature. The present results indicated that, even though the acceptor
concentration in the p-ZnSe substrate increased by diffusion of the dopants from the contact elements, an increment of the
compensation donors was larger than that of the acceptors. The present experiments indicated that preparation of low resistance
ohmic contacts by forming a heavily doped intermediate layer between p-ZnSe and metal is extremely difficult by the DA technique. 相似文献

High temperature hydrogen stream treatment of nanodiamond was shown to produce nanodiamond with bifunctional surface. OH- and different CH-groups were shown to be the main functional groups on the surface. In this article we proposed two main strategies for further chemical modification of hydrogenated nanodiamond. OH-groups were shown to react with different types of acylating agents: anhydrides and chloranhydrides. Chlorination of hydrogenated nanodiamond with molecular chlorine and its subsequent treatment with alkyllithium reagents resulted in formation of alkyl-nanodiamonds. Chlorination was shown to reduce the size of nanodiamonds aggregates. We have also applied suspension-state NMR-H1 spectroscopy to study suspensions of alkyl-nanodiamonds for the first time. 相似文献

提出了一个测定混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力的新方法。采用这种方法对超高强混凝土的抗化学腐蚀性能进行了试验,并和普通混凝土进行了对比。发现用一般硅酸盐水泥配制的超高强混凝土虽然在抵抗化学侵蚀能力方面比普通混凝土有所提高,但由于化学组成上的原因,它对高浓度的(NH4)2SO4等化学介质也难以抵抗。 相似文献

A new method for preparation of hard TiN films has been developed by using electronbeam evaporation-deposition of Ti and bombardment with 40 keV Xe~+ ion beam ina N_2 gas environment.The synthesized TiN films were superior to PVD and CVDones in respects of improved adhesion to substrate and low preparing temperature.Theyexhibited good wear resistance and high hardness up to 2200 kg/mm~2.Some industrialapplications have been reported. 相似文献

In the context of the electronic learning (E-learning) methodology, mobile learning (M-learning) focuses on the use of portable technology (such as mobiles or tablets) and the mobility of students. E-learning, and particularly M-learning, can be implemented in combination with other pedagogical methodologies for chemical engineering teaching and learning. We can consider that the vast majority of undergraduates own personal mobile devices nowadays. Moreover, many case studies have shown that M-learning is an effective methodology to capture students’ attention and to actively engage them in the learning process. In most cases, lecturers have reported an improvement in both academic performance and qualifications and have expressed a favourable opinion towards this type of initiative in surveys. In line with the increasing interest in the incorporation of E-learning, this review discusses cases studies based on M-learning within the field of chemical engineering teaching through different technological platforms and apps which can be installed or directly used on mobile devices. All the platforms described in this work offer a free version, emphasizing the possibility of extending this methodology within the university with no need for additional economic resources. 相似文献
