换热器管板厚度的快速计算

在化工生产中，换热器设备是应用最广泛的一种设备，且占主导地位。而在换热器设计过程中，管板厚度设计计算比较复杂。本文的特点是在满足GB151—1999《管壳式换热器》标准要求的前提下，介绍一种快速简便估算管板厚度的计算公式，从而达到快速确定管板厚度的目的。     

An Experimental Study of Fatigue Strength for Adhesively Bonded Tubular Single Lap Joints

In this paper, manufacturing technology of the tubular single lap adhesive joint was studied to obtain reliable and optimal joint quality. In addition, a surface preparation method and a bonding process for the joint were devised. The effect of the adhesive thickness and the adherend roughness on the fatigue strength of the joint was experimentally investigated. From experiments, it has been found that the fatigue strength of the joint increased as the adhesive thickness decreased and the optimal arithmetic surface roughness of the adherends was about 2 μm.     

Heat capacities of polyethylene and linear fluoropolymers

Heat capacities at constant pressure, C_p, and at constant volume C_v, were calculated with the help of normal mode frequency spectra and compared to experimental data for crystalline or semicrystalline polyethylene, poly(vinyl fluoride), poly(vinylidene fluoride), polytrifluooroethylene and poly(tetrafluoroethylene). A calculation scheme using a Tarasov function for 2N skeletal vibrational modes and an approximation of the residual 7N normal modes from known data on polyethylene and polytetrafluoroethylene is developed for all homologous, linear fluoropolymers. N is the number of carbon backbone atoms of the repeating unit. Calculations can be carried out over the whole temperature range 0 K to melting. For the two theta temperatures and the constant A₀ used for C_v to C_p conversion, fluorine-concentration dependent curves are given. The relations are expected to hold also for copolymers and blends of intermediate fluorine contents. Recommended experimental (data bank) heat capacities agree to ±2.5% with the calculations.

双质体振动机的应用——浅谈解决橡胶后处理装置地基振动的方法

以降低合成橡胶生产厂后处理装置各种振动机造成的地基振动为目的,对双质体振动机的隔振效能进行了定量分析。通过生产实践,总结了单质体振动机、非平衡型双质体振动机和对称平衡型双质体振动机的优缺点,给出了后者的设计计算数据。经综合分析和生产考核,认为采用对称平衡型双质体振动机是降低地基振、降低噪音、延长振动机的运转周期和使用寿命的最佳方法。     

凝结水再循环管道振动原因及减振措施

对比了福建省内某电厂一期、二期工程600 MW发电机组凝结水再循环管道的设计和布置,经过分析,得出了一期管道振动的原因。在二期设计中做出了一些改进,基本解决了凝结水再循环管道的振动问题。     

面向图像局部重建的梯度分析

在基于场方向导数的图像局部区域重建过程中,梯度计算对图像边缘的重建效果有很大影响。分析选择单向计算梯度分量的必要性,提出梯度计算的就近原则,对参与梯度分量单向计算的相邻点设置优先级,将缺损点与已知点之间的边缘特征反映在已知点的梯度中,进而影响重建过程,从而实现对图像中边缘特征的重建。实验结果表明,采用该梯度计算模式能有效改善对图像边缘特征的重建效果。     

Q格式编程在TMS320F2812中的应用

TMS320F2812是目前控制领域先进的定点处理器之一,它有着大量地应用。然而,当其面临浮点运算时,往往会耗费更多的资源,使运算时间增加。使用Q格式,将浮点数采用定点表示,可缩短运算时间。但是,采用定点格式表示的数在范围与精度上存在矛盾,使得程序变得复杂,通用性低。正基于此,TI公司提供了IQmath库,利用该库中的函数,使运算速度快于标准C语言的浮点运算,同时具有可读性强及编程简单的特点。在介绍IQmath的基础上,以一个已经运用于实际的坐标解算程序为例,体现基于IQmath编程的优点。
