Construction of Chiral 2‐Substituted Octahydroindoles from Cyclic Ketones and Nitroolefins Bearing only One α‐Substituent

A dual catalytic system has been developed following the screening of a series of chiral primary amine catalysts and chiral phosphoric acid catalysts for the Michael addition of cyclic ketones to nitroolefins bearing only one α‐substituent. The resulting γ‐nitro ketones, which contain a substituent on the carbon connected to the nitro group, were formed in excellent yields (>80%) with high levels of stereoselectivity (up to 94:6 dr and 98% ee) when the reaction was performed in benzene at 0 °C with 10 mol% of the optimal amine/phosphoric acid combination (1:1) as a catalyst. Subsequent reduction of the nitro group followed by intramolecular reductive amination could afford optically active cis‐octahydroindole analogues bearing a non‐functional substituent at their 2‐position.

     

含氨基磁性高分子微粒的制备和表征

以顺丁烯二酸的二酰氯化合物为酰化剂,将丙二胺部分酰化,以得到的产物N,N'-双(3氨基丙基)顺丁烯二酰胺作为功能基单体,与苯乙烯、二乙烯基苯进行无皂乳液聚合包裹Fe3O4,制备复合磁性高分子.考察了聚合包裹原料的配比、反应时间对实验的影响.用SEM、IR、721E分光光度计和化学滴定法对结果进行表征,得到了稳定性好、磁包裹率达22%、表面氨基携带量为0.24mmol/g的磁性高分子微粒.     

热处理对原位自生VCp/Fe复合材料的油润滑摩擦磨损性能影响的研究

研究了热处理对原位自生VCp/Fe复合材料在油润滑工况条件下摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,在油润滑条件下,经热处理后VCp/Fe复合材料的基体组织得到调整优化,其耐磨性能远大于铸态VCp/Fe复合材料的和正火45钢的;在变载荷的情况下,淬火+低温回火热处理后的复合材料的耐磨性比其它热处理工艺处理后的要好。     

反应火焰喷涂TiC/Fe复合涂层显微结构研究

采用前驱体碳化复合技术制备Ti-Fe-C系反应喷涂复合粉末,通过反应火焰喷涂技术成功制备了TiC/Fe基金属陶瓷复合涂层.利用XRD和SEM对喷涂粉末和涂层的成分、组织结构进行了分析,考察了喷涂粉末粒度、Ti的加入方式对涂层组织结构的影响.研究结果表明:所制备的TiC/Fe复合涂层由不同含量TiC颗粒分布于晶粒内部而形成的晶内型复合强化片层组织叠加而成,TiC颗粒呈纳米级;喷涂粉末粒度较大时,制备的涂层中出现有害相Fe2Ti,片层厚度较大,孔隙率高;以纯Ti粉为Ti源制备的喷涂粉末和以TiFe粉为Ti源制备的喷涂粉末相比较,其涂层中硬质相TiC含量较少,孔隙率较大.     

导电聚苯胺稳定的纳米铂的合成

在苯胺单体作为保护剂的条件下,用乙醇还原氯铂酸水溶液,制备了铂胶体;通过进一步加入氧化剂(过硫酸铵)和质子酸(盐酸)对苯胺进行掺杂,合成了导电聚苯胺稳定的纳米铂。采用透射电镜(TEM)和紫外可见光谱(UV-Vis)研究了整个合成过程,并采用循环伏安法对合成的纳米铂进行了电性能表征。结果表明,聚苯胺对铂粒子有很好的稳定作用,制备的纳米铂直径小于10nm,具有优异的电催化性能,在作为燃料电池电催化剂方面有着很好的应用前景。     

High ethoxylated alcohols with narrow distribution of homologues

Homologue distributions of alcohol ethoxylates obtained with an unconventional calcium-based catalyst and NaOH as the conventional catalyst are studied in the range of average polyaddition degree from 8 to 15. The fractional compositions of those high molecular weight derivatives of dodecanol and other technical alcohols, Lial 125 and Radianol 1724, are determined as peak area percentages from HPLC chromatograms. Some physico-chemical characteristics of the products as well as by-product contents are also presented. It is shown that the differences in fractional contents between the broad and narrow homologue distributed equivalents remain very significant in that range of higher ethoxylation grades. Consequently, the influence of homologue distributions on some properties of the products can be expected in their practical applications.     

Kinetics of acetic acid addition to epichlorohydrin in the presence of chromium acetate and chromic anhydride

The kinetics of the reaction between acetic acid and epichlorohydrin in the presence of chromium acetate and chromic anhydride have been studied. The isolation method revealed the reagents reacted with partial orders. A reduction of chromium from the oxidation level +6 to +3 has been observed when chromic anhydride was used as catalyst. A mathematical model for the overall process has been developed and the mechanism of reaction discussed.     

TPS控制系统在催化剂生产装置中的应用及其特点

通过对TPS系统结构分析以及它在催化剂装置的应用情况,介绍了TPS在催化剂装置的基本配置及软件组态并阐明了其性能特点。     

蜂窝陶瓷载体上氧化铝涂层的制备

采用溶胶凝胶法在蜂窝陶瓷载体表面制备了氧化铝涂层,使用SEM、BET等分析手段研究了氧化铝涂层的结构形貌和特性。试验结果表明,氧化铝涂层在陶瓷载体上附着牢固。铝溶胶中加入尿素可以有效调整溶胶的粘度,从而能够获得负载量大,比表面积高的氧化铝涂层。     

OCT-M催化裂化汽油选择性加氢脱硫技术的应用

介绍了抚顺石油化工研究院开发的OCT-M催化裂化汽油选择性加氢脱硫技术特点及其在洛阳分公司1．00Mt／a OCT-M装置进行工业应用试验的情况。标定结果表明,FCC汽油硫质量分数由820-1100μg／g降低到200弘g,g左右,RON损失0．7-1．9个单位,工业应用是成功的。
