Individuation, peers, and adolescent alcohol use: A latent growth analysis.

The study used latent growth modeling to investigate longitudinal relationships between individuation, peer alcohol use, and adolescent alcohol use among African American, Mexican American, and non-Hispanic White adolescents (N=6,048) from 7th, 8th, and 9th grades over a 3-year period. Initial levels of peer alcohol use were significantly related to changes in adolescents' alcohol use, whereas initial adolescent alcohol use also significantly related to changes in peers' alcohol use, suggesting a bidirectional relationship. Higher levels of intergenerational individuation were related to smaller increases in adolescent alcohol use and higher levels of separation were related to larger increases in youth drinking. The findings were similar across ethnic groups. Implications for development of prevention and intervention programs are discussed. (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2010 APA, all rights reserved)

研究燃料汽车及其氢源系统是当今国内外能源工业与汽车工业的共同课题，而优选制氢能源则是这一课题的关键。章介绍了利用能源、经济、环境(EEE)——生命周期评估(LCA)这一综合评估方法，针对以天然气、煤或石油作为制氢能源的多种燃料电池氢源供应方式以及配套的燃料电池汽车系统，从经济性、能源利用效率和环境影响三个方面进行了生命周期清单分析和EEE综合评价。结果显示：天然气作为发展燃料电池汽车氢源的一次能源，具有氢制取技术路线多样化、经济上竞争力强、能源利用效率高和环境效益好等诸多优势，应为燃料电池汽车的首选制氢能源。对这一评估模型的敏感性分析显示，即使在天然气价格波动较大时，天然气制甲醇--甲醇车载重整车和天然气制氢--纯氢车这两个方案仍然最具优势。     

Agricultural land-use change in Brazilian Amazônia between 1980 and 1995: Evidence from integrated satellite and census data

As cropland and pasture have replaced forest and cerrado in Brazilian Amazônia, concern has mounted over the effects of changing the biogeochemical and hydrological properties of one of the world's great storehouses of biomass and biodiversity. Although much recent effort has focused on the location, effects, and causes of deforestation and cerrado conversion, much less is known about the basin-wide spatial distribution and density of the land use following conversion for crops or pasture.In this paper, we use census and satellite records to develop maps of the distribution and abundance of major agricultural land uses across 4.5×10⁸ ha of Brazilian Amazônia in 1980 and 1995. Results indicate an overall expansion of 7.0×10⁶ ha in total agricultural area in Brazilian Amazônia between 1980 and 1995. The net change during this period is estimated for three different land-use types: croplands (an increase of 0.8×10⁶ ha), natural pastures (a decrease of 8.4×10⁶ ha), and planted pastures (an increase of 14.7×10⁶ ha). These estimates, the first spatially explicit quantifications of agricultural land-use activities in 1980 and 1995 across Brazilian Amazônia, are shown to be consistent with the results of applying a land use change and secondary regrowth model to published deforestation rates for the period.The resulting time slices, presented for each land-use category at 5-min (∼9 km) spatial resolution, allow for the quantification of land-use changes in this region for biogeochemical, demographic and economic models. Several foci of agricultural change existed within Brazilian Amazônia during this period: in the state of Pará, cropland was lost and planted pasture increased markedly; in Mato Grosso, both cropland and planted pasture increased; in Rondônia, planted pasture replacing forest was the primary route to agricultural expansion.

介绍了宜兴抽水蓄能电站建设过程中对环保及水土保持工程综合利用的做法.项目利用实施4#拦渣坝环保及水土保持工程,根据所处区域的地形、地貌,通过对4#拦渣坝的设计优化,不但使其具有拦挡冲沟的泥沙进入下水库的功能,又利用改进坝型形成一定供水能力的小水库解决了可以提供符合标准的生活用水的难题,从而提升了4#拦渣坝的复合功能,实现了该电站环保及水土保持工程的综合利用.     

中国城市土地利用结构优化研究述评

城市土地利用结构的确定和优化是城市总体规划的核心内容，从土地使用制度变迁，学科交叉，数理模型方法三方面回顾了中国城市土地利用结构优化研究的发展历程，分析了中国城市土地利用结构优化研究的新气象。在此基础上，指出当前研究工作的不足和问题，并提出未来研究的方向。     

Assessing Consequences of Substance Use: Psychometric Properties of the Inventory of Drug Use Consequences.

Negative consequences are an important component of the substance use change process, yet no standardized measure exists to assess consequences of use. This study evaluated the psychometric properties of the Inventory of Drug Use Consequences, a self-report measure assessing drinking and drug use consequences. Participants (N=252) were assessed at entry into outpatient substance abuse treatment. Items loaded strongly on 1 factor, and internal consistency of the total scale was high. Fifteen items with the highest correlations with the total scale were chosen to represent the construct. The shortened measure exhibited good internal consistency, convergent and discriminant validity, and detected change over time and may be the measure of substance use consequences that is lacking in the field.
