高密府绸的生产实践

本文对高密府绸的浆料配方进行了分析比较，提出了突出府绸布面风格特征、提高生产效率和入库一等品率的工艺和生产管理措施。     

Thermoplastic Sizing of Carbon Fibres in High Temperature Polyimide Composites

Thermoplastic sizing of various carbon fibres has been evaluated as a means of controlling the microcracking resistance, transflexural strength (TFS), and thermo-oxidative stability (TOS) of PMR-15 matrix composites. Four different fibre/thermoplastic size combinations were selected for this study, based on their higher TOS than appropriate controls. Data are presented for the transverse microcrack (TVM) density/inch, and the subsequent delamination of [0,90]_4s laminates induced by thermal cycling (-196 to 350°C for 20 cycles). Results for composite TFS, conditioned TFS (after heating in air at 350°C), and TOS (350°C and 316°C) are also reported. One fibre/thermoplastic size combination gave both good microcracking resistance, and significantly improved TOS, in composite when compared with current commercially-available material.     

定尺机技术改造的可行性分析

上海某钢铁厂中板分厂的精整工段,在长期生产中,定尺机由于定尺精度不准,从而影响了成品率,本文对此作了分析并提出了改进措施和方法。     

新型造纸沉淀剂PAC与DSR施胶体系

可在常温常压下生产盐基度０～７５％的ＰＡＣ，用ＰＡＣ与ＤＳＲ配合在近中性条件下取得一定的施胶度，能加填部分ＣａＣＯ３。与明矾－松香施胶体系相比，ＰＡＣ－ＤＳＲ施胶的纸页在施胶效果、强度、留着率等方面都有优势，盐基度对施胶效果有明显的影响。     

浆纱机卷绕张力控制系统的改造

通过对纱线卷绕过程中张力变化的分析与研究，建立了张力控制模型，提出利用交流伺服系统控制张力的方案，对系统的软硬件进行了设计。该系统具有结构简单、精度高的优点。     

Effect of residual stress on ACFM crack measurements in drill collar threaded connections

The drill collar threaded connection of the type used in hydrocarbon exploration is a critical component of the drillstring that is highly susceptible to fatigue damage. In an attempt to reduce costly downhole failures the connections are cold rolled to introduce compressive residual stress, and when in service the connections are routinely inspected. The Alternating Current Field Measurement (ACFM) technique is an increasingly popular method of thread inspection, however, results have indicated that the ACFM defect sizing capability may be compromised when it is used to inspect recently cold rolled connections. If a connection is cold rolled without first being defect free, subsequent inspections may under estimate crack depth with the standard interpretation. Inspection before rolling is therefore necessary.     

上浆剂对CF/EP界面粘结的影响

本文通过单纤维碎裂法，分别对未上浆及不同上浆剂处理的碳纤维与基体的界面粘结性进行表征。结果表明，不同上浆剂对界面粘结的影响不同。含活性基团较多的上浆剂可改善界面粘结，而含活性基团较少的上浆剂反而会使其减弱。     

不同级配类型沥青混合料抗疲劳特性研究

采用五种不同级配类型沥青混合料，就沥青混合料的空隙率，沥青用量，对其疲劳性能的影响进行了系统地研究，这对进一步揭示沥青混合料的疲劳规律，合理地选择沥青混合料类型和进行路面结构进行将起到积极作用。     

钢渣碎石复合路面基层材料路用性能研究

目前我国钢渣排放量大，利用率低，利用钢渣做路面基层材料可大量减少天然土石料的开采，具有显著的经济、社会效益。将级配差的钢渣与碎石按一定比例掺配组成复合集料，不仅优化了钢渣的级配，还能减少钢渣的水化膨胀对集料体级配积稳定性能的不利影响。利用不同结合料稳定复合集料，以无侧限抗压强度为指标对其配比进行了优化，研究了用粉煤灰直接稳定时和用水泥粉煤灰稳定时的最佳配比。
