随着人口的增长和区域开发进程的加快，重庆市南岸区水土流失问题日益严重。分析了水土流失的现状和引起水土流失的原因，并提出了开展水土保持的相应措施。

动态安全域（DSR）法是动态安全分析与控制的一种新方法，它具有时域仿真法与直接法所不具备的“域”的特点，采用DSR法来确定暂态稳定紧急控制措施，在定义了相应的测度之后，根据测度给出了两类算法－最少控制点法与综合控制法，由这些算法可以快速确定切机或切负荷量的大小，算例验证了算法的有效性。

The task of simultaneously classifying a set of objects has unusual problems. Three categories of such problems are identified. Characteristics of context-dependent and context-independent classifications are considered. The effects of having parallepipeds or ellipsoids as decision regions are compared.     

Efficient Estimation of Qualitative Topological Relations based on the Weighted Walkthroughs Model

Weighted walkthroughs are a quantitative model for representing the spatial relation between two raster features in image databases. In this paper, we establish a correspondence between the weighted walkthroughs and qualitative models for spatial reasoning. We provide rules for estimating qualitative geometric properties and topological relations from the quantitative data that are computed for each pair of pixel sets. The approach has been tested through experiments with raster regions.

一种改进的人脸图像眼睛快速定位方法

基于广义对称变换的原理，对传统的眼睛检测算法进行了改进。首先，利用面部眉眼区域的灰度呈纵向明显变化的特点，应用积分图法快速地初步定位眉眼区域，在这些候选的区域内用对称变换法检测候选的眼睛点，最后根据先验知识确定眼睛对。实验结果表明本方法简便易行，速度快，定位准确度较高。     

Tuning of PIλDμ controllers based on sensitivity constraint

A graphical tuning method for fractional-order PID (PI^λD^μ) controllers is proposed based on the sensitivity function constraint of the closed-loop, which provides the information on robustness to plant uncertainties. The stabilizing regions in integral-derivative plane of the controller are first identified using a graphical stability criterion applicable to fractional-delay systems. Then, via Leibniz Sector Formula, the stabilizing region is optimized with respect to the two fractional orders of the controller to expect bigger stabilizing regions. Finally, the sensitivity function constraint of the closed-loop is mapped into stabilizing region by means of the explicit algebraic equations which can be solved efficiently. Numerical examples of a second-order integrating delay process are followed in each design procedure to show the effectiveness of the method.
