In this paper, we deduced an empirical equation for predicting the stabilities of the hydrides of AB5-type compounds with the consideration of the effects of geometrical factor and electric factor. The theoretical curves derived from this equation are in good agreement with the test results of La1−xCaxNi5, Ml1−xCaxNi5 and La1−xCexNi5 compounds. With this model, we can easily interpret the phenomenon that the initial partial substitution of R by Ca in R1−xCaxNi5 (R is rare earth metal) compounds cause an increase of hydrogen desorption pressure to a maximum value, whereas in the range of larger Ca content x the hydrogen desorption pressure decreases with increasing x.  相似文献

以缅甸DAPEIN(Ⅰ)水电站工程为例,论述了将WES实用堰的闸墩墩头向上游超长延伸之后,对泄洪安全所造成的影响。针对WES实用堰流量系数、堰面动水压力容易受边界因子影响的特点,对设计断面的堰顶布置和墩头形状进行了优化。根据堰面空化数计算公式及水流特性推导出计算的关键部位,对空化数进行计算。采用几何比尺为1∶60的物理模型对溢流堰的泄流能力和堰面动水压力进行了试验测试。试验结果表明:溢流堰的模型试验泄流能力和设计泄流能力非常相近。堰面动水压力除工况2的B4测点出现了-1.2 k Pa的微小负压值外,其余堰面时均压强值均大于0。从而,在泄流能力和堰面动水压力两方面都验证了这种设计方案的合理性。该工程所遇到的结构布置问题在中低溢流坝工程中属常见问题,解决思路可为今后类似工程建设借鉴参考。  相似文献

(La, Ce, Pr, Nd)2MgNi9 hydrogen storage alloys were prepared through induction melting followed by a long annealing treatment. The structure and electrochemical properties of annealed alloys have been investigated by orthogonal design experiments. Both the individual effects of each substituting element and their interaction in alloys were studied systemically. It has been shown that the structure of main phase in alloys belongs to PuNi3-type with a space group R-3m. Substituting rare-earth elements have a significant effect on both the phase structure of alloys and microstructure. The anisotropic change in the crystal structure of alloys can cause the acceleration of pulverization of alloy particles and result in the deterioration of the cyclic stability of alloy electrodes. Misch metals can raise the plateau pressure of hydrogen absorption/desorption. The discharge capacity of alloy ranges from 342.97 to 380.68 mAh g−1 depending on the sort and content of substituting elements. Both cerium and neodymium can obviously reduce the discharge capacity of alloy electrodes. When compared to the La2MgNi9 alloy electrode, mish metals can significantly improve the high rate dischargeability of alloy electrodes. The improvement of the kinetic characteristic of alloy electrodes mainly results from the increase of the hydrogen diffusion rate in alloy bulk.  相似文献

This paper addresses an integrated design of paraffin-reformer, gas separations and the electricity production with a solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC). The overall design consists of three modules. First module is a system of paraffin reformer. In this module, the paraffin feed stream is to send to a steam-reformer. In the second module, the gas separations method illustrated is the combination of a methane-permeable membrane with a pressure-swing adsorption (PSA). In the third module, the purified hydrogen is fed to the SOFC unit. To be energy efficient, this paraffin-fueled SOFC system is designed with the consideration of heat integration. The intent of this paper is to provide a possible, alternative way of cogeneration systems for refinery and petrochemical plants.  相似文献

Li-doped NiO was synthesized by molten salt method. LiNO3-LiOH flux was used as a source for Li doping. NiCl2 was added to the molten Li flux and then processed to make the Li-doped NiO material. Li:Ni ratios were maintained from 5: 1 to 30: 1 during the synthetic procedure and the chemical compositions after characterization were found from Li0.08Ni0.92O to Li0.16Ni0.84O. Li doping did not change the basic cubic structural characteristics of NiO as evidenced by XRD studies; however, the lattice parameter decreased from 0.41769 nm in pure NiO to 0.41271 nm in Li0.16Ni0.84O. Hydrogen gas sensors were fabricated by using these materials as thick films on alumina substrates. The half surface of each sensor was coated with the Pt catalyst. The sensor, when exposed to the hydrogen gas blended in air, heated up the catalytic surface leaving the rest half surface (without catalyst) cold. The thermoelectric voltage thus built up along the hot and cold surface of the Li-doped NiO made the basis for detecting hydrogen gas. The linearity of the voltage signal vs H2 concentration was checked up to 4% of H2 in air (as higher concentrations above 4.65% are explosive in air) using Li0.10Ni0.90O as the sensor material. The response time T90 and the recovery time RT90 were less than 25 sec. H2 concentration from 0.5% to 4% showed a good linearity against voltage. There was minimum interference of other gases and hence H2 gas can easily be detected.  相似文献

This paper presents a methodology for the application of receding horizon optimization techniques to the problem of optimally managing the energy flows in the chlor-alkali process using a hybrid renewable energy system (HRES). The HRES consists of solar and wind energy generation units and fuel cells to supply energy. The HRES is also connected to the grid and allows for buying or selling electricity from and to the grid. Initially, detailed models of each system component are introduced as the basis for the simulation study. Energy management strategies are then developed to realize the objectives of meeting production requirements while minimizing the overall operating and environmental costs. Sensitivity and uncertainty analyses are carried out to elucidate the key parameters that influence the energy management strategies. Finally, production demand response is integrated into the proposed methodology.  相似文献

A series of hydrogen bonding-rich polyurea/malonamide dendrons have been utilized as building blocks for the synthesis of novel dendritic polyurethane elastomers. Based on the resulting microstructure of soft segments reinforced by the rigid dendritic domains, the hydrogen bonding enforced phase separation of segmented polyurethanes was explored. DSC and FT-IR results indicate that a certain degree of phase separation between dendritic and poly(tetramethylene oxide) (PTMO) domains. The domain size of phase separation are less than 100 nm based on the results obtained from the atomic force microscopy (AFM) and small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS). The analysis of tensile measurements indicates that the incorporation of various contents of different dendrons as the hard segments allows these polymers to exhibit drastically different mechanical properties. Furthermore, low complex viscosity is observed at medium temperatures (above 130 °C) via the rheological analysis. With good mechanical properties at room temperature and low melt viscosity at medium temperatures, these thermoplastic elastomeric polyurethanes are suitable for applying in hot-melt process.  相似文献
