A Si-MCM-41-type material was synthesized and impregnated with a Mo solution in order to get a 15% MoO3 by weight. Then, it was doubly promoted with Ni and Fe in different proportions. Information on the structure of the precursors was revealed by XRD, TPR and surface area techniques. XRD results showed that the mesoporous materials were not affected for the successive impregnations carried out; while, their specific surface areas was partially blocked. These solids were tested for vanadyl octaethyl porphyrin hydrodeporphirinization (HDP), and individual and competitive reactions of dibenzothiophene (DBT) hydrodesulfurization (HDS) and 2-methyl naphthalene (2MN) hydrogenation (HYD).The DBT HDS activity was higher than 2MN HYD, and the presence of Fe in the catalysts did not produce a synergetic effect for this reactions. However, HDP activities of doubly promoted catalysts were superior to the monopromoted ones.  相似文献

A procedure for the evaluation of activity for industrial hydrotreating catalysts is described in detail. The evaluation of the catalyst quality and its performance is carried out on different experimental levels. The first corresponds to the analytic characterization of physical and chemical properties of the catalyst. Levels 2 and 3 correspond to the evaluation of its catalytic properties in a micro reactor and pilot plant, respectively. A comparison of the experimental results with those calculated using mathematical models constitutes the next evaluating level. With all these results we can have a preliminary diagnosis of the catalyst's quality. If data from the operation of the catalyst at industrial plant are available, it is possible to make a comparison with those obtained in the different experimental levels. With all of this information it is also possible to make performance predictions in terms of activity, selectivity, and stability. The obtained results are very consistent at different levels of evaluation and allow us to establish the quality of the catalyst with great confidence.  相似文献

采用加氢精制-临氢降凝单反应器工艺,以某炼油厂蜡油为原料生产润滑油基础油。结果表明,该工艺能够达到很好的降凝效果,产品370℃润滑油馏分的凝点为-10℃,收率为79.4%,工艺副产少量轻柴油、粗汽油及石油液化气,工艺主要产品为高粘度的润滑油馏分,其凝点降到-10℃以下,副产少量轻柴油、粗汽油及石油液化气。  相似文献

The performance of commercial hydrotreating units that use 15% LCO/85% SRGO as feed stock and a MoNi/Al2O3-type catalyst to produce 30-ppm sulfur diesel was followed along the cycle length. The products generated at the 1st, 8th and 14th months on stream were deeply characterized to enable understanding of the changes in quality along the cycle length. Three catalyst samples at the end of run were obtained from the reactor and characterized. Furthermore, a WNiPd/TiO2Al2O3 catalyst, deactivated in the pilot plant during 3 months in operation with 100% LCO as feedstock, was then used to process the same feedstock as in the commercial unit. A diesel engine test was done with the three products obtained along the cycle length as well as with others obtained in the pilot plant to check the effect of deactivation on emissions. The results confirmed metal and acid site deactivation, decrease of cetane number and increase in emissions along the cycle length. The test with a synthetic feed demonstrates that the metal sites on the catalysts deactivated more slowly than the isomerization and cracking ones.  相似文献

通过1H -NMR、元素分析和平均相对分子质量等方法研究了不同沥青质质量分数的渣油在高压釜内加氢反应前后沥青质结构和组成的变化。结果表明, 加氢反应后沥青质的平均相对分子质量和H/C 原子比减小, 芳碳分率增大, 芳香环系周边氢取代率σ及芳香环系缩合度参数H AU/ CA 减小, w(HA)增加, 而w(Hα)、w(Hβ)、w (H γ)减少, 沥青质的取代芳碳分率减少, 质子芳碳分率增加, 表明加氢反应后所得沥青质的缩合度增大, 沥青质发生了明显的脱烷基侧链反应。加氢后沥青质的含硫质量分数降低, 含氮质量分数增加。随原料中沥青质质量分数的增加, 加氢后沥青质的环烷环数和芳香环数均逐渐增加, 尤其是芳香环数, 甚至会大于原生沥青质。渣油加氢过程中沥青质主要是以单元薄片为基本单元参与反应的, 沥青质的加氢反应, 既有自由基反应, 又有正碳离子反应。  相似文献

Ultra-dispersed catalysts give an improvement over the main reactions activity by having a low deactivation rate. They provide as well other advantages like a diminution in the catalysts metal concentration, a reduction in contaminants and also these catalysts can be used in almost every area where heterogeneous catalysts are used. Catalysts synthesis optimization is important to improve process recovery, especially in hydrocracking/hydrotreating processes, where feedstock is vacuum residue. Here, we have evaluated the catalytic performance of two molybdenum–nickel catalysts prepared using different emulsion formulation, named E-T (base catalyst) and AT-48 (new catalyst). Our results showed that, the percentage of converted products for VR 500 °C+, asphaltenes and microcarbon are comparable for both E-T and AT-48 catalysts, despite the fact that for the latter a lower molybdenum concentration was used. In addition, post-catalytic particles analyses using SEM and TEM techniques demonstrated that AT-48 catalyst showed a non-aggregated and homogeneous narrower distribution of metallic particles than E-T one. The lower average particle size distribution is related to the improvement of the liquid product yields for the hydroconversion of Mery/Mesa VR using the AT-48 catalyst.  相似文献

The regeneration of a commercial hydrotreating catalyst was investigated by means of a thermo-balance reactor. The kinetics of combustion of carbonaceous deposits were measured over a wide range of conditions. The rate controlling mechanism changed from the intrinsic chemical kinetics to pore diffusion as operating variables were changed. The thermogravimeiric method proved to be a quick and reliable means of measuring catalyst regeneration kinetics.  相似文献
