研究黑果腺肋花楸多酚对5种细菌和2种真菌的抑菌活性及其抑菌稳定性。采用双层平板打孔法,根据抑菌圈直径判断黑果腺肋花楸多酚的抑菌活性;采用比色法测定黑果腺肋花楸多酚对5种细菌的最小抑菌浓度(minimum inhibitory concentration,MIC),并以脂环酸芽孢杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌作为指示菌,研究Na Cl浓度、温度、紫外线对黑果腺肋花楸多酚抑菌稳定性的影响。研究结果表明黑果腺肋花楸多酚对脂环酸芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌等5种细菌均具有较好的抑菌活性,对2种真菌基本无抑菌效果。黑果腺肋花楸多酚对脂环酸芽孢杆菌(DSM 3922,AAT-92)、阴沟肠杆菌(20051)的MIC为0.40 g/L,对枯草芽孢杆菌(10034)和产气肠杆菌(10017)的MIC分别为0.05 g/L和0.10 g/L。随着Na Cl浓度的增加,黑果腺肋花楸多酚抑菌活性显著下降。多酚溶液经热处理后,抑菌活性有微弱下降趋势,经紫外线处理后抑菌活性基本无变化。 相似文献

选用两种自制氧化铝材料和三种工业氧化铝材料,采用XRD,XRF,BET,FT-IR,NH3-TPD等方法对水热老化前后的氧化铝材料进行详细的结构表征,并使用重油微反评价装置进行裂化性能评价。结果表明,五种氧化铝材料均具有拟薄水铝石结构,平均孔径介于5~16 nm均属于介孔范围,且仅含有L酸中心;制备方法的不同导致氧化铝材料的结晶程度、孔结构参数以及酸性质均有所不同,水热稳定性及裂化活性也存在较大差异;转化能力及产品分布同时与孔结构参数和酸性质(水热老化后)密切相关,在不同的孔径范围内两者的作用程度不同,对于平均孔径约10 nm的氧化铝材料,孔道性质对裂化性能的影响程度更大,平均孔径达13~25 nm时,总酸量对裂化性能的影响相对强于孔道性质的影响。 相似文献

Dehydrated cauliflower was prepared by soaking the blanched pieces in solutions of different concentrations of common salt and sucrose (cane sugar), alone and in combination, prior to drying in a cabinet drier and evaluated for sensory, rehydration, storage, microbiological, histological and sorption characteristics. While sucrose alone produced considerable improvement, salt supplemented its effect. The optimum treatment was soaking in 3% salt and 6% sucrose for 12–16h at 4°C it markedly reduced shrinkage and improved rehydration without affecting palatability. It was necessary to boil the soak solution for 3 min and cool prior to soaking to reduce microbial contamination. The treatment increased ascorbic acid loss by 8%. Monolayer moisture content calculated from BET equation was 6.5% (moisture-free) basis for treated and 5.3% for untreated. The treatment increased the shelf-life of the product from 3 to 12 months at ambient temperature when packaged in paper-foil-polythene laminate. 相似文献

A method was devised to assay ascorbic phosphate esters in biological materials by potassium bromoxide hydrolysis followed by determination of the liberated ascorbic acid. For the differential measurement of ascorbic acid and ascorbic phosphate, a spectrophotometric method was employed to screen out the interfering substances based on studies of absorbance curves of 2,4-dinitrophenyl hydrazine derivatives. A variety of vertebrate tissues were examined for phosphatase activity on ascorbic phosphate esters. The results suggest that pigeon kidney, rat liver and several tissues of fishes readily hydrolyse ascorbic monophosphate but not ascorbic polyphosphate. Hydrolysis of ascorbic monophosphate is completed by both phosphatases of intestine, kidney and liver acting at neutral pH and phosphatase of stomach acting at acid pH. Thus, ascorbic monophosphate has the potential to be a source of available vitamin C in vivo, and this explains its antiscorbutic activity in scurvy-prone animals. 相似文献

从能量转移、膜系统和自由基3个方面探讨了激光预处理大豆种子提高其幼苗抗寒性的机理.研究结果表明,激光(He-Ne)预处理大豆种子不但明显地提高大豆种子三磷酸腺苷(ATP)的含量,而且提高其幼苗(子叶期到第一真叶期)的抗低温胁迫的能力.处理组幼苗在3℃~5℃低温胁迫下比对照组有较高的过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和淀粉酶(AML)的活性及可溶性蛋白质含量.同时预处理还降低了幼苗子叶中超氧阴离子(O2-)含量、丙二醛(MDA)的积累量及电解质外渗率. 相似文献

In this paper, we study the problem of scheduling sensor activity to cover a set of targets with known locations such that all targets can be monitored all the time and the network can operate as long as possible. A solution to this scheduling problem is to partition all sensors into some sensor covers such that each cover can monitor all targets and the covers are activated sequentially. In this paper, we propose to provide information coverage instead of the conventional sensing disk coverage for target. The notion of information coverage is based on estimation theory to exploit the collaborative nature of geographically distributed sensors. Due to the use of information coverage, a target that is not within the sensing disk of any single sensor can still be considered to be monitored (information covered) by the cooperation of more than one sensor. This change of the problem settings complicates the solutions compared to that by using a disk coverage model. We first define the target information coverage (TIC) problem and prove its NP‐completeness. We then propose a heuristic to approximately solve our problem. Simulation results show that our heuristic is better than an existing algorithm and is close to the upper bound when only the sensing disk coverage model is used. Furthermore, simulation results also show that the network lifetime can be significantly improved by using the notion of information coverage compared with that by using the conventional definition of sensing disk coverage. This work presents a low temperature with high resolution capability UV-patternable polymer, i.e. mr-UVCur06, for use as a gate insulator in OTFTs, by investigating the morphology transformation of pentacene deposited on the mr-UVCur06. The device structure is polyethylene terephthalate (PET)/indium-tin oxide (ITO)/mr-UVCur06/pentacene/Au (source/drain). In addition to its solution-processable capability, mr-UVCur06 is directly patterned by UV light in a low-temperature process. UV/ozone post-treatment of the patternable mr-UVCur06 can illuminate organic contaminants from its surface and increases surface energy. Experimental results indicate that a high surface energy existing at the mr-UVCur06 surface has produced in a larger ratio of Ithin film phase/Itriclinic bulk phase in pentacene. Then, the distance of pentacene molecular crystal structure, which is arranged in the thin film phase, is shorter than that in triclinic bulk phase. The performance of pentacene-based OTFTs can be enhanced with few contaminants and a high surface energy on the UV-patternable gate insulator. By performing UV/ozone post-treatment on the mr-UVCur06 insulator surface for 60 s, the OTFTs demonstrate a mobility, on/off drain current ratio, and VT of 0.34 cm2/V s, 5.5 × 104, and 2.5 V, respectively. Furthermore, the low-temperature photopatternable polymer dielectric paves the way for a relatively easy and low-cost fabrication of an OTFT array without expensive and complicated photolithography and dry etching. 相似文献
