目的研究橡胶颗粒增强双网络结构堵水冻胶性能,解决塔河油田为代表的缝洞型油藏在注水开发、注气开发过程中,出水、气窜现象频发的问题。方法选用丙烯酰胺/2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸二元聚合物和疏水缔合聚合物为主剂,乌洛托品、间苯二酚和有机铬为交联剂,橡胶颗粒为增强剂制备了一种复合冻胶,详细考查了橡胶颗粒对冻胶基液黏度、成胶时间、成胶强度、耐稀释、耐温耐盐性能和封堵效果的影响规律。 结果橡胶颗粒的加入,对冻胶基液黏度和成胶时间没有明显的改变,但对成胶强度、耐温耐盐性能和封堵效果具有明显提高作用。其中,橡胶颗粒质量分数为5%的增强冻胶的屈服应力达326.4 Pa,150 ℃下老化30天,脱水率仅为2.71%,对缝宽1 mm的裂缝岩心进行封堵,盐水突破压力梯度达到3.94 MPa/m。这表明,橡胶颗粒增强的双网络结构冻胶具有优异的封堵能力。结论该研究填补了塔河油田耐高温高盐堵水冻胶的技术空白,为塔河油田堵水技术发展提供了新的研究思路。   相似文献

Abstract

The flotation recovery by particle size of single mineral chalcopyrite and galena was studied in a Denver flotation cell, using sodium dicresylthiophosphate (DTP) and sodium isopropyl xanthate (SIPX) as collectors and polypropylene glycol (PPG) as a frother. The study was extended to very coarse particle size (up to 1·6 mm). Froth stability was also measured in parallel to the batch flotation tests, in a specifically designed froth stability column, following the Bikerman approach. It is shown that particles up to 850 μm can be floated successfully, provided they are liberated and hydrophobic. However, the recovery of both chalcopyrite and galena was strongly influenced by the overall particle size distribution, decreasing sharply as the fraction of fines (?106 μm) in the feed also decreased. Rheology measurements showed negligible differences in pulp viscosity, and therefore in the collection zone hydrodynamics, between the different conditions tested. Froth stability, on the contrary, decreased as the feed particle size distribution became coarser. Correlation was found between the amount of fines in the pulp, froth stability and flotation recovery. The recovery of mineral particles is critically dependent on froth stability, which in turn is highly influenced by the overall particle size distribution of the feed material. For these reasons, the study also suggests that it is not possible in batch flotation to determine the rate and recovery of the coarse particle size fractions floating them independently from the fine size fractions.

Dans une cellule de flottation de Denver, on a étudié la récupération par flottation en fonction de la taille de particule d’un minéral unique de chalcopyrite ou de galène, en utilisant du dicrésyle thiophosphate de sodium (DTP) et de l’isopropyle xanthate de sodium (SIPX) comme agents collecteurs et du polypropylène glycol (PPG) comme agent moussant. On a étendu l’étude à la taille de particule très grossière (jusqu’à 1·6 mm). On a également mesuré la stabilité de la mousse en parallèle aux essais de flottation discontinue, dans une colonne de stabilité de la mousse spécialement conçue, d’après l’approche de Bikerman. On montre que l’on peut faire flotter avec succès des particules ayant jusqu’à 850 μm, à la condition qu’elles soient libres et hydrophobes. Cependant, la récupération, tant de la chalcopyrite que de la galène, était fortement influencée par la distribution globale de la taille de particule, diminuant sévèrement à mesure que la fraction de particules fines (?106 μm) dans l’alimentation diminuait. Les mesures de rhéologie montraient des différences négligeables dans la viscosité de la pulpe et ainsi dans l’hydrodynamique de la zone de collection, parmi les différentes conditions évaluées. Au contraire, la stabilité de la mousse diminuait à mesure que la distribution de la taille de particule de l’alimentation devenait plus grossière. On a trouvé une corrélation entre la quantité de particules fines dans la pulpe, la stabilité de la mousse et la récupération par flottation. La récupération des particules minérales dépend, de façon critique, de la stabilité de la mousse qui, à son tour est hautement influencée par la distribution globale de la taille de particule du matériel d’alimentation. Pour ces raisons, l’étude suggère également qu’il n’est pas possible, en flottation discontinue, de déterminer la vitesse et la récupération des fractions de taille de particules grossières, en les faisant flotter indépendamment des fractions de taille fine.  相似文献

This paper presents a numerical study on contact law between extremely fine particles taking into account of the effect of adhesion force and surface roughness. The adhesion force between two particles is calculated from the Erkoc inter-atomic potential. This force is incorporated into a material point model for the dynamic impact between the two particles. Unlike a molecular dynamics model, atoms in the model are embedded in the continuum solid such that they can only move relatively to each other as the continuum solid deforms. The model is numerically efficient while taking into account of the adhesion effect at the same time. Numerical study using this model shows that the Maugis theory (Maugis, 1992) is valid for spherical particles as small as 50 nm in size. The numerical study also shows that a slight change in surface roughness can alter the impact behaviour completely. Therefore an uncertainty in using the Maugis contact law for real particles is how to determine the effective specific surface energy for particles of different surface roughness. Because of the uncertainty, full numerical analysis may have to be used to obtain the adhesive contact law.  相似文献

Coarse (≤20 μm) titanium particles were deposited on low-carbon steel substrates by cathodic electrophoretic deposition (EPD) with ethanol as suspension medium and poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDADMAC) as polymeric charging agent. Preliminary data on the electrophoretic mobilities and electrical conductivities on the suspensions of these soft particles as well as the solutions themselves as a function of PDADMAC level were used as the basis for the investigation of the EPD parameters in terms of the deposition yield as a function of five experimental parameters: (a) PDADMAC addition level, (b) solids loading, (c) deposition time, (d) applied voltage, and (e) electrode separation. These data were supported by particle sizing by laser diffraction and deposit surface morphology by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The preceding data demonstrated that Ti particles of ∼1-12 μm size, electrosterically modified by the PDADMAC charging agent, acted effectively as colloidal particles during EPD. Owing to the non-colloidal nature of the particles and the stabilization of the Ti particles by electrosteric forces, the relevance of the zeta potential is questionable, so the more fundamental parameter of electrophoretic mobility was used. A key finding from the present work is the importance of assessing the electrophoretic mobilities of both the suspensions and solutions since the latter, which normally is overlooked, plays a critical role in the ability to interpret the results meaningfully. Further, algebraic uncoupling of these data plus determination of the deposit yield as a function of charging agent addition allow discrimination between the three main mechanistic stages of the electrokinetics of the process, which are: (1) surface saturation; (2) compression of the diffuse layer, growth of polymer-rich layer, and/or competition between the mobility of Ti and PDADMAC; and (3) little or no decrease in electrophoretic mobility of Ti, establishment of polymer-rich layer, and/or dominance of the mobility of the PDADMAC over that of Ti.  相似文献

Five different compositions of K x V 2 O 5 ·nH 2 O(where x=0.00,0.0017,0.0049,0.0064 and 0.0091 mol) were prepared by the sol-gel process.Electrical conductivity and thermoelectric power were measured parallel to the substrate surface in the temperature range of 300-480 K.The electrical conductivity showed that all samples were semiconductors and that conductivity increased with increasing K content.The conductivity of the present system was primarily determined by hopping carrier mobility.The carrier density was evaluated as well.The conduction was confirmed to obey non-adiabatic small polaron hopping.The thermoelectric power or Seebeck effect,increased with increasing K ions content.The results obtained indicated that an n-type semiconducting behavior within the temperature range was investigated.  相似文献

Objective of this study was the investigation of measurement techniques to determine the quality of the dispersion process of nanoparticles in polymer composites. In order to prepare the matrix suspension, alumina nanoparticles were dispersed applying shear mixing techniques in a high performance laboratory kneader. The product quality in liquid state was determined by means of dynamic light scattering (DLS) and centrifugal sedimentation analysis (CSA). However, particle measurements in carrier fluids like epoxy resin are complex and challenging. Measuring values like particle size distribution and grade of homogeneousness are strongly influenced by the sample preparation and adjustments of the measuring device. Within this study the machine settings and the formulation was analysed systematically. Hereby an identification of the key parameters and an optimisation of the measuring process were possible. Additionally, the composite was cured and analysed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Finally all measuring techniques were evaluated and compared among each other. Thus, DLS is the fastest method to measure spherically particles in the liquid matrix, CSA allows a certain deviation from the spherical shape and SEM gives a qualitative impression of the final particle size in cured composite condition.  相似文献

通过加入不同种类和体积分率的惰性粒子,在垂直管中进行了水的流动沸腾传热实验,研究了三相流沸腾传热特性。实验中预先对水加热,采用了沸点进料。实验发现,传热膜系数随热通量、液体流量的增加及粒子体积分率的增大而增加。对于不同粒子,这种变化趋势比较一致,但不同粒子对沸腾传热的强化效果不同。实验结果表明:由于固体粒子的存在,强化了沸腾传热,三相流沸腾传热系数是相同条件下汽液二相流沸腾传热系数的1.3—1.7倍。  相似文献
