文章通过对上海“新浦江城”首期项目的介绍，分析了意大利设计在该项目应用中的独特之处，同时指出了存在的一些问题。指出国外设计应结合中国国情，符合社会发展的需要。     

模糊规划在炼油厂生产计划优化中的应用

生产计划的编制是炼油化工企业生产经营管理中的一个关键环节，然而由于市场变化的不确定性，使得企业的长远规划制定受到限制，笔者将模糊数学应用于炼厂生产计划的编制，通过模糊规划对炼油企业生产计划进行优化，使编得的生产计划在一定程度上反映市场的变化并使企业的生产效益最优，为企业管理决策者进行长期规划给予指导，给出了实例来说明该方法的可行性。

跳出传统的设计思路，提出装多件内装物的瓦楞纸箱尺寸优化设计方法，建立优化设计模型，编写程序用于生产，节省纸用量，降低成本。     

Simple algorithms for searching a polygon with flashlights

The k-searcher is a mobile guard whose visibility is limited to k rays emanating from her position, where the direction of each ray can be changed continuously with bounded angular rotation speed. Given a polygonal region P, is it possible for the k-searcher to eventually see a mobile intruder that is arbitrarily faster than the searcher within P? We present O(n²)-time algorithms for constructing a search schedule of the 1-searcher and the 2-searcher, respectively. Our framework for the 1-searcher can be viewed as a modification of that of LaValle et al. [Proc. 16th ACM Symp. on Computational Geometry, 2000, pp. 260-269] and is naturally extended for the 2-searcher.

本文分析和比较了各国核电厂的应急计划,特别是场外应急的干予水平和应急计划区,讨论了我国干予水平、核电厂应急计划区和香港核应急计划几个实际问题。     

Capacity planning in job-shop environment

Presented here is a computerized capacity planning system for the IBM Microcomputer family. The system maintains the profile of the job shop in a data base along with data pertinent to various products that can be manufactured in the shop. Projected orders for the planning period are input to the system with their associated quantities and delivery dates. The system uses the forward and backward loading rules in generating capacity loading scenarios. User selects the best course of action which may satisfy delivery dates subject to the limitations of the work centers. Efficiency figures are provided to aid the user in his/her decision.     

Programming tool-use actions.

When humans plan to execute a tool-use action, they can only specify the bodily movement parameters by taking into account the external target or goal of the tool-use action and the target-movement mapping implemented by the tool. In this study, the authors used the movement precuing method to investigate how people prepare for actions made with tools. More specifically, they asked whether people would be able to specify the spatial target and the target-movement mapping of the tool-use action independently of each other, and to what degree they would be able to prepare these components in advance. In 3 experiments, they precued either the target or the target-movement mapping of tool-use actions involving either a compatible or an incompatible target-movement mapping. Results indicate that participants benefit from partial advance information about the target-movement mapping, whereas no significant effects were found for precuing the spatial target of the action. These results occurred regardless of whether the target-movement mapping was compatible or incompatible and provide evidence for the notion that the target-movement mapping of a tool-use action is part of its cognitive representation. 福建大樟溪流域综合规划的环境影响研究

从流域和区域对水资源需求及环境保护要求出发,提出了在大樟溪干流刘岐、岩前和莒口增设鱼道、取消船闸和航运的建议;从流域环境保护要求提出了主要水库的最小下泄流量;根据大樟溪流域人口、经济及土地资源的状况,提出了从泉州、莆田和福州等水资源受益区安置移民缓解土地资源紧张的模式来提高龙湘水库的调节库容,以提高流域及区域对水资源需求与调配能力,确保河道生态安全、生产生活用水安全等流域规划的新思路、新理念。     

Optimal synthesis of tunable elastic wave-guides

Topology optimization, or control in the coefficients of partial differential equations, has been successfully utilized for designing wave-guides with precisely tailored functionalities. For many applications it would be desirable to have the possibility of drastically altering the wave-guiding properties of a device “on the fly,” in a controllable manner as an influence of some external input. This would enable wave-guides with highly non-linear input-output mappings, such as for example controllable wave switches.In this paper, we propose using finite elastic pre-straining for the purpose of tuning a wave-guide. In order to systematically formulate and solve the wave-guide synthesis problems we utilize mathematical programming methods in conjunction with topology optimization for parametrizing the design space. The resulting extremal problem is, from a practical point, equivalent to finding an optimal subdivision of a given control volume into two disjoint subsets occupied by two different materials, normally resulting in a highly heterogeneous elastic body with desired wave-guiding functionalities in the original and finitely deformed configurations.The proposed methodology is illustrated with numerical examples.
