将06NiCuCrMoNb钢试样在不同的加热温度保温不同时间后,观察并分析试样表层的形貌和成分。结果表明,在一定条件下铜会扩散进入表层奥氏体晶界,得到沿奥氏体晶界分布的富铜相,并在热变形加工时导致热脆。试验得到了沿奥氏体晶界分布的富铜相与加热温度和保温时间的关系。 相似文献

Linear stress analysis without body force can be easily carried out by means of the boundary element method. Some cases of linear stress analysis with body force can also be solved without the domain integral. However domain integrals are generally necessary to solve the linear stress problems with complicated body forces. This paper shows that the linear stress problems with complicated body forces can be solved approximately without the domain integral. In order to solve these problems, the domain is divided into small areas using contour lines of body force. In these areas, the distributions of body force are assumed approximately to satisfy the Laplace equation. 相似文献

本文采用有限元与边界元耦合方法对上与结构物进行共同作用的分析.其中上部结构采用有限元子结构法,地基上考虑为横观各向同性特性,应用边界元法,通过基础界面上位移连续、面力平衡的条件进行耦合分析.编制了相应的计算程序,对某高层空间剪力培与地基的共同作用进行了计算,与有限元法和实测结果进行了对比分析,得到了满意的结果.说明:有限元和边界元的耦合方法能充分发挥两者的优越性,不失为共同作用分析的一种有效途径. 相似文献

The thermal boundary resistance at the YBaCuO thin film/Al2O3 substrate interface was investigated. The transparency for thermal phonons incident on the interface as well as for phonons moving from the substrate was determined. We have measured a transient voltage response of current-biased films to continuously modulated radiation. The observed knee in the modulation frequency dependence of the response reflects the crossover from the diffusion regime to the contact resistance regime of the heat transfer across the interface. The values of transparency were independently deduced both from the phonon escape time and from the time of phonon return to the film which were identified with peculiarities in the frequency dependence. The results are much more consistent with the acoustic mismatch theory than the diffuse mismatch model.We are grateful to A. Elantev for helpful discussion. This paper investigates electrostatic voltage distributions around a surface-breaking flaw due to an injected current of known
strength. The direct 3-D solution of the voltage behavior over the flawed surface is obtained numerically by the use of a
boundary integral formulation. A novel iteration method is applied to solve the resulting electrostatic integral equation
for the unknown surface voltage distribution. In addition to investigating the sensitivity of different flaw sizes to the
observed surface voltage distribution, important issues such as suitable probe spacing and current flow orientation are studied.
For sufficiently small surface-breaking flaws, a simple image source model is developed to evaluate the voltage response of
hairline cracks. The model is tested by comparing it with the developed numerical solution. Experiments aimed at establishing
the validity of the modeling approach show remarkable agreement with the theoretical model. 相似文献

现有的小波分解边界连续性保持方法由于将去除的节点全部插回,摒弃了数据压缩特性.为此在曲线小波分解边界处理方面提出2种基于数据压缩的连续性保持方法:一是插入与Cr连续相关的节点,然后调整相应的控制顶点与高分辨曲线的控制顶点保持一致;二是不插入节点,直接调整与Cr连续相关的控制顶点.在曲面方面,提出了曲面分裂法和T曲面法:通过插入重节点把曲面分裂成边界部分和中心部分并对边界部分插入节点,再调整相应的控制顶点与高分辨曲面的重合;构造了T网格,使其边界部分与高分辨曲面一致,中心部分与低分辨曲面一致.最后把T曲面方法推广到周期曲面小波变换边界处理上.实验结果表明,文中方法既保证了小波分解后模型的边界连续,又保留了数据压缩特性. 相似文献

U–Mo and U–Nb alloys are both extensively used in nuclear industry. γ phase in U–Mo or U–Nb alloy is a solid solution, being metastable in low temperature region. In this work, the effect of alloying on stability of grain boundary in meta-stable γ phase in U–Mo and U–Nb alloys are investigate through first-principles calculations. At first, crystal structure and elastic constants of Mo, Nb and γ-U metals are calculated and the obtain results show the mechanical unstable nature of γ phase at 0 K, no matter with GGA or GGA + U treatment, which agrees with most of the theoretical results in the literature. Furthermore, from the calculated symmetric tilt grain boundary (STGB) formation energies of Σ3[110]/(111) and Σ5[001]/(310) in Mo, Nb, and γ-U, it is found that due to the mechanical unstable character of the γ-U phase, negative GB formation energy is predicted at 0 K for Σ5[001]/(310) if the STGB model is relaxed with all degrees of freedom. Therefore, by using special quasirandom structure (SQS) method, Σ5[001]/(310) and Σ3[110]/(111) STGBs with different solute concentrations in U-rich side in U–Mo and U–Nb systems are further investigated. It is found that, when alloying with Mo or Nb, unlike Σ3[110]/(111), although the fixed-atom constraint is applied, the GB formation energy of Σ5[001]/(310) STGB is becoming negative when the solute concentration is in U-rich side. Only when the concentration of Mo or Nb is larger than 27 at.% or 30 at.%, respectively, or sufficient small, the GB formation energy is becoming positive, suggesting a cooperative effects of solute concentration, unstable character, and grain size on GB structures in γ phase. The predicted different stability of alloyed GB structures at 0 K suggest that although γ phase is metastable at low temperature, its metastability can be controlled through alloying with different solutes, or with different GBs. And grain refinement should be relatively easy in U-rich part than U-poor part of the U–Mo and U–Nb systems. 相似文献
