深化应用WBS架构促进配网项目标准化管理实践

为更好地实现SG-ERP建设目标,促进配网标准化管理,无锡供电公司在深化应用江苏电力配网标准WBS架构的进程中,不断探索实践,以项目立项、设计、实施、竣工投运、转资、项目关闭和六大关键环节管控为重点,以系统限制和信息化考核为手段建立双重保障,有力地促进了无锡配网项目标准化管理和全过程监督管控能力。     

工业化住宅系统的WBS体系

随着住宅工业化标准体系完善工作的推进,对标准化管理体系的研究也愈加重要。基于一般的工程建设项目的 WBS,按工厂与现场不同的生产、组装作业内容,扩展了工业化住宅产品系统工艺工程一级工厂化、二级工厂化、三级工厂和现场安装阶段四个阶段的内容,并以标准的表格形式对这四个阶段实现WBS工作分解。     

基于WBS的机场测绘工程项目管理

以西南某机场测绘工程为例,在精度要求是一般工程项目5倍的情况下,基于WBS工程项目管理方法,通过剖析测绘工程进度计划的制约因素和质量管理关键因素,优化测绘工程项目中进度与质量控制的关键切入点,找出测绘工程项目的作业流程中存在的障碍,并建立进度和质量管理体系。同时,针对具体实践中流程障碍的分析与研究,提出了具体的优化对策。旨在更好地为大中型综合测绘工程项目在进度控制和质量管理方面提供合理意见,建立的管理体系在工程实践中得到了应用,并取得了良好的效果。     

WBS项目管理方法在工程前期工作阶段中的实际应用

本文从项目管理和WBS（工作分解结构）的定义入手,结合在工程实际中的应用,总结了WBS的创建过程,分解原则以及常用的类型,对工作包的概念和工作分解结构层次关系进行了较深入的研究。同时,以项目生命周期为主线,对项目的前期工作的范围进行了分析,将WBS的项目管理方法应用于工程前期工作中,并从项目控制的角度,归纳出WBS正确性的检验标准,为工程前期工作的实施提供了方法和理论依据。     

炼化工程EPC项目的WBS编制与应用

WBS（工作分解结构）是项目管理的重要组成部分及核心内容,是制定进度计划、资源需求、成本预算、风险管理计划、变更与索赔管理的重要基础。论文就某已执行完海外炼化EPC项目,在WBS的编制、维护、应用等方面给予详细论述,包括WBS结构的定义、WBS字典的编制、WBS的更新、维护等内容。其中,结合了笔者对WBS的理解,针对性总结提炼了一些心得,目的是提高我们的WBS编制水平。从本项目执行效果看,此WBS能够满足项目的管理需要,为项目的成功执行发挥了应有作用,对于类似的EPC项目,在WBS结构的规划、WBS字典的编制和应用等方面对读者有所帮助。     

An optimization method for selecting project risk response strategies

There is wide agreement that the risk response strategy selection is an important issue in project risk management (PRM). Some academic researchers have paid attention to this issue. This paper proposes a novel method for solving the risk response strategy selection problem in PRM. In the method, an optimization model is developed, which integrates three critical elements that are the project cost, project schedule and project quality. By solving the model, the optimal solution could be obtained so that the most desirable risk response strategies to cope with the risk events can be determined. If the optimal solution is not found or project managers are not satisfied with the solution, another pathway can be used to support the managers to get the desirable strategies. The pathway is based on an iterative process which involves making trade-offs between the project budget, time and quality according to objective requirements and managers' judgments. The iterative process comes to an end if the objectives predefined by the managers are reached. A simple example project is also provided to illustrate the practicality and usefulness of the proposed method.     

A User-Oriented Implementation of Risk Breakdown Structure in Construction Risk Management

The construction industry works under conditions of uncertainties and risks leading to poor performance, increased cost and time and decreased quality. In these conditions, the dynamic identification and assessment of project risks among a vary range of potential factors is considered of vital importance. The introduction of RBS （risk breakdown structure） as a hierarchically organized depiction of identified risks was considered a suitable tool in risk management, especially in construction, due to its many advantages in synthetic representation and dynamic nature. This paper presents a user-oriented implementation of RBS to assist the project managers in identifying and assessing potential risk factors affecting construction process. The evidential analogies between WBS （work breakdown structure） and RBS are captured and used in the proposed framework which interconnects them into a 2D （two dimensional） matrix used to associate risks to the specific project activities. The proposed framework is applied to a government funded design-bid-build project. The obtained results clearly demonstrate the advantages in identifying the most risky activities, as well as the most important risk factors affecting the whole project.     

挣值分析法在项目管理中的应用分析

简要介绍了挣值分析的内涵,通过分析挣值分析法三个基本值及其与WBS的关系,论述了挣值分析法的应用条件、步骤及限制因素,最后阐述了挣值分析法应用中应注意的方面,目的是为挣值分析法在实践中的应用提供参考.     

波带交换光网络中的保护机制

本论文主要对波带交换光网络中的保护机制进行了一定的研究,提出了基于波带通道的专用保护和共享保护机制和算法,其中在共享保护算法中考虑不同的策略提出了三种不同的算法,即只共享逐跳的保护波长通道的WSP算法,只共享嵌入到波带通道中的保护波长通道的BSP算法和能同时共享两者的BWSP算法。最后进行了相应的网络仿真,讨论并得出BWSP算法的性能是最优的。     

WBS编码在某大型石化装置项目管理中的应用

工作分解结构(Work Breakdown Structure,以下缩写为WBS)的概念以及应用范围伴随着国际项目管理水平的提高而不断发展。尽管在国内的刊物和网站上可以经常见到有关WBS编码结构的理论论述,但WBS编码在国内项目中成功应用的实例并不多见。笔者以某一个在建的大型石化装置的EPC总承包项目为背景,介绍WBS编码在项目管理中的具体应用。
