The impact of the composition of structural steels on their corrosion stability in liquid Pb-Bi at 500 and 400 °C with different oxygen concentrations

In recent years, heavy liquid metals have found exercise as possible coolants and targets in the conversion of radioactive elements in accelerator driven systems (ADS). Liquid lead-bismuth eutectic alloy is one of candidates for this using tanks to its suitable nuclear and physical properties. Performed examination was aimed at research of compatibility choice materials for parts of ADS with liquid Pb-Bi eutectic alloy, influence of composition choice materials on their corrosion resistance, influence of temperature and oxygen content. We performed corrosion tests of 1000 h each on approximately 20 types of structural steels (austenitic, ferritic and martensitic) in convection loops with flowing Pb-Bi at 500 and 400 °C and using different oxygen concentrations. The impact of Fe, Cr, Ni, Mn, Si, Al and Mo content on the corrosion stability of these steels was measured without and after preliminary passivation through creating thin spinel or oxide layers on their surface.

S3307对盆栽大丽花生长发育的影响

以大丽花的“茶花”品种为试材 ,探讨S3307 对盆栽大丽花生长发育的影响。试验结果表明 :喷施S3307 后 ,植株高度降低 ,株型紧凑 ,节间缩短 ,叶色变浓 ,花色鲜艳 ,块根重量增加。以S3307 浓度15mg·L -1效果最佳     

Reduction of defects and improvement in the performance of blue phosphor for thick‐dielectric electroluminescent displays using Color‐by‐Blue

Abstract— Defect‐free large‐area inorganic thick‐dielectric EL (TDEL) displays using Color by Blue (CBB) technology have been successfully developed. We have achieved the world's highest blue‐phosphor luminance of 900 cd/m² for a single‐pixel device by using CBB and by optimizing the e‐beam gun configuration and the flow rate of H₂S in the vacuum chamber. By analyzing the defects on panels with triple‐pattern phosphors and CBB panels, we also found that the number of defects on CBB panels can be drastically reduced compared with those on triple‐pattern panels. The defect‐free 17‐in. VGA CBB panels show better characteristics, a high peak luminance of 600 cd/m² and a high contrast ratio of 1000:1, compared with those of triple‐pattern panels.     

基于3S不可移动文物管理系统的实现

提出对文物保护单位传统管理方式进行革新,将数据库技术、计算机网络技术、3S技术(地理信息系 统、遥感和全球定位系统)融为一体,基于GIS平台建立统一的内蒙古自治区不可移动文物信息管理系统,实现了自 治区文物数据完全共享的信息化管理和网络展示模式,为政府机关、文物机构的管理保护工作提供科学依据和决策 支持。     

无刷新Web客户端组件的研究与实现

为了将显示部分回归客户端,减少传统的Web应用程序开发中与服务器端的通讯,充分利用网络两端的资源,结合C/S和B/S两种模式的优势,借鉴组件开发思想,提出利用客户端JavaScript与DOM技术生成无刷新可复用客户端组件.为开发人员提供了功能全面、简单易用的客户端组件,缩短了开发周期.     

基于PHREEQC模拟分析Na2S2O4对退役铀矿山采区地下水生态的修复

酸法原位地浸采铀作为回收铀资源首选工艺,不可避免会存在部分铀进入地下水污染生态环境,而采用还原剂Na2S2O4将游离的铀还原固定可高效解决此类问题。为此,针对某酸法地浸采铀退役铀矿山地下水铀污染,采用PHREEQC模拟分析Na2S2O4还原固定地下水中可溶性铀的机制,讨论NaHCO3在Na2S2O4还原固定可溶性铀的影响。模拟结果表明：1）该区域地下水中铀以U(Ⅵ)为主,其中UO2SO4、UO22+和UO2(SO4)22-为优势物种,分别占63.60%、32.35%和3.89%;2）Na2S2O4还原固定可溶性铀时,会降低地下水Eh值和Fe(Ⅲ)浓度,增强地下水还原性,促进沥青铀矿和黄铁矿沉淀,但会造成地下水酸化和高SO32-浓度;3）NaHCO3+Na2S2O4在还原固定可溶性铀时,减轻了地下水酸化,增强了对U(Ⅵ)和SO32-的去除,对Na2S2O4还原固定可溶性铀的影响较小,在Na2S2O4和NaHCO3浓度比为1︰1至1︰1.5时修复效果最佳。     

R9 m连铸机小方坯结晶器流场和温度场的数值模拟

采用ANSYS CFX 12.1软件,对结晶器浸入式水口的尺寸和浸入深度进行建模,研究了相应的流场和温度场分布情况,分析了不同条件下的结晶器内流场、液面波动、温度分布及坯壳厚度.结果表明,在较小尺寸和浸入深度的水口作用下,钢液对外弧壁面的冲刷作用明显,易降低结晶器寿命.随着水口内径和浸入深度的增大,钢液面扰动减弱,易于防止卷渣.试验条件下,采用30 mm内径水口、100 mm浸入深度较为合理.     

Research on the inwall shot blasting of the S30432 high-pressure boiler tube

Inwall shot blasting is a method of improving the surface hardness and high temperature oxidation resistance of the S30432 high-pressure boiler tube.The differences on residual stress,sub-grain size,micro-hardness and structure between the S30432 inwall shot-blasting tube produced by Baosteel with six technological process parameters and the imported super 304H were studied systematically by contrast test research.It has been demonstrated that the S30432 obtains a higher residual stress,a deeper distributed layer and a better sub-grain size of the inwall field shot-blasting layer;the martensite content of the shot-blasting surface was low;and micro-hardness and structure refinement were better.After 2000 h' oxidation test under the 650℃/26MPa steam condition,steam oxidation resistance of the Baosteel steel tube shot-blasting surface was higher,the oxide layer was thinner,and was well combined with bulk material.
