Simultaneous Measurement of Viscosity and Density with an Oscillating-Disk Instrument: The Effect of Fixed Plates

The period and damping of the free motion of a body oscillating in a fluid depend on the fluid's viscosity and density. Commonly, a working equation which expresses the damping as a function of the viscosity and density is solved for the viscosity, the damping being measured and the density being treated as an independently supplied parameter. Another working equation exists for the period, and, in general, the period depends on a combination of the viscosity and the density which is linearly independent of the combination that appears in the damping equation. It is, therefore, in principle, possible to determine both the viscosity and the density by a simultaneous solution of the two coupled working equations, since the period also is measured. In this paper, the working equations that describe the oscillating-disk viscometer are reviewed and their simultaneous solution is considered. The effect of fixed plates symmetrically located above and below the oscillating disk is of specific interest. The paper's main result is that fixed plates can dramatically increase the independence of the damping and period working equations, so that it becomes indeed feasible to determine the viscosity and the density of a fluid simultaneously from the damping and period of oscillating motion. A price is paid, however, because the instrument's working equations when plates are present have multiple solutions. Under special conditions, these multiple solutions can coalesce, and then one can only deduce the viscosity from the damping equation if the density is known a priori.     

珠江河口区水环境整体数学模型研究

根据珠江河口区的特点，建立了珠江河口区水流，泥沙及含氟度的整体联解数学模型，探讨了联解的计算模式；利用珠江三角洲和河口区水流泥沙、含氟度连续条件，把珠江三角洲网河区一维水沙、含氟度输移数学模型和河口区二维水沙、含氟度输移数学模型进行联解。同时采用最新的地形资料并选用洪、中、枯水及大、中、小潮等多种水文组合条件对该模型进行分区验证和整体验证，模型验证成果满足精度要求。     

Poly(vinyl pyrrolidone)—C70 complexes in aqueous solutions

Aqueous solutions of poly(vinyl pyrrolidone)-fullerene complexes (PVP-C₇₀) have been studied using static and dynamic light scattering methods. Two diffusive processes were detected. The slow diffusion was interpreted as dynamics of large intermolecular PVP-C₇₀ complexes while the fast diffusion was associated with the presence of individual PVP molecules in solution. It was also shown that the molecular weights and dimensions of PVP-C₇₀ complexes are smaller than for PVP-C₆₀ by a factor of 2.5-3. In aqueous solutions of PVP-C₇₀ complex the depolarization and dissymmetry of scattered light were observed in contrast to PVP-C₆₀ solutions. It reveals the existence of anisotropic structures in PVP-C₇₀ solutions. Intermolecular interactions within PVP-C₇₀ complexes are weak and a hydrodynamic field can destroy complexes.     

Wavelength and Waveband Assignment for Ring Networks Based on Parallel Multi‐granularity Hierarchical OADMs

In this paper we study the optimization issues of ring networks employing novel parallel multi‐granularity hierarchical optical add‐drop multiplexers (OADMs). In particular, we attempt to minimize the number of control elements for the off‐line case. We present an integer linear programming formulation to obtain the lower bound in optimization, and propose an efficient heuristic algorithm called global bandwidth resource assignment that is suitable for the design of large‐scale OADM networks.     

分布式多DSP系统的CPCI总线接口设计和驱动开发

针对多DSP分布式互连的信号处理板卡,介绍基于PCI9054和FPGA的CPCI总线接口设计,分析通用WDM总线驱动程序的开发。接口设计引入数据包存储转发的方法,这种方法在分布式系统中可扩展性好、效率高。另外驱动程序采用DriverWorks进行开发,具有很好的通用性和可移植性。     

微型轴流风扇噪声特性分析及试验研究

本文对微型轴流风扇噪声的产生机理进行了系统分析及教育处，并进行了实验测试。得出的分析计算结果与实验数据作了比较验证，在声压随观测角度和距离的变化关系上，两者显示出基本一致的趋势。文中以等流量为前提，对降低微型风扇噪声的一种途径作了计算，结果表明采用转轴很细的风扇，可使噪声明显降低（大于3dB）。     

一种新的主动网络安全体系的设计

尽管主动网络原型系统中设计了一些安全措施，但是它们都不具通用性且主要集中在security方面，这在主动网络必须和传统网络相兼容的情况下，阻碍了主动网络的发展。本文在定义消极型错误和积极型错误的基础上，设计了主动网络资源控制核。然后提出了集security和safety保障为一体的基于资源控制核的一种通用的主动网络安全体系，探讨了该体系应具有的特点、设计目标和可行性，并设计了主动节点的安全机制。     

Niobium-containing catalysts—the state of the art

This review article is devoted to the materials containing niobium, which have been discovered or developed in the past few years and exhibit the potential application in heterogeneous catalysis. Niobium oxides and mixed oxides as well as sulfides, nitrides (oxynitrides), carbides (oxycarbides), and phosphates are considered. Among the catalytic processes in which Nb-containing materials were tested, liquid and gas phase oxidation is described in details, and the role of niobium in the prevention of the catalyst from SO₂ poisoning is mentioned.     

单向实时数字视频传输中帧同步锁定技术研究

提出一种适用于单向实时数字视频传输系统的帧同步锁定方案。其方法在接收端采用本地参考时钟、状态机、锁相环，并结合CIMT编码方式实现系统自动维持帧同步锁定，而无需周期性加入帧同步码。对该帧同步锁定方案与周期性加入帧同步码强制锁定方案进行性能比较．并将其应用到单向实时数字视频光纤传输系统中。实验证明，系统自动实现帧同步锁定的方案是单向实时数字视频传输系统实现帧同步锁定的最佳方案。

叙述了石油库在发油过程中的HSE管理；发油过程中的危害识别，包括识别范围和内容；发油过程中风险评价的常用基本方法和常见问题；发油过程中危险源的管理控制，包括建立危险源网络图、加强现场监控和制定应急预案。
