钢结构制造型企业项目管理——模式创新与摸索

近年来随着钢结构市场竞争的日趋激烈,钢结构制造型企业在项目管理上存在局限性,项目管理中出现的问题严重地影响着工程管理水平、管理效率和企业的竞争能力。现代钢结构制造型企业需要以有效的管理方式在产品研制和生产阶段更好地控制质量、成本和提前交货期,提高对用户的需求响应速度。目前钢结构制造型企业的生存和发展,需要一种更为先进的管理模式,实现管理创新、制度创新和技术创新,提高管理水平,增强核心竞争力。     

对中小型家族企业文化的反思

分析了中小型家族企业的问题,任人唯亲是家族企业存在的一个痼疾。对家族企业中的部落文化现象进行了批判,提出了建立现代企业文化模式的建议。建立现代企业制度,较大限度地实现资产所有权和经营控制权的分离,聘用专业人才管理企业,走技术创新的发展之路,是目前这些企业工作的重点。     

The Persistence of Superior Performance at Industry and Firm Levels: Evidence from the IT Industry in Taiwan

The industrial organization economics and the resource-based view of the firm have led to disagreements over the question as to which of firm performance at the industry and firm levels has persisted longer since the 1970s. Acknowledging that the IT industry in Taiwan has become very competitive and has demonstrated outstanding performance in the world since the 1990s, this study calculates the persistence in the incremental components of the effects on profitability, and tests hypotheses that conform to the above mainstream views of relative rates of persistence. A persistence partitioning model is fitted to a new data set, and the results show that the incremental effects of firms on profitability persist longer than the incremental effects of industry. In other words, the long-term competitive advantages of IT firms in Taiwan are more predictable and sustainable in regards to firm factors than for industry influences. These findings support the predictions of the resource-based view of the firm, and provide some implications for corporate strategy.     

Putting Places First in Competitive Urban Transformation European Urban Creativity Perspectives and the City of Sarajevo

The inter-urban competition seems to be of paramount importance for city-development today. The extensive reliance of competitiveness-oriented urban governance agendas on the knowledge-based, ＂new＂ economy, introduced the notion of ＂creativity＂ into discussion on the future of urban development. Though still on the margins of serious urban theory, the discourse on ＂creative cities＂ that emerged in the early 2000s, has already had massive influence on the ways in which cities are managed and transformed in Europe. After examination of how the competitiveness-oriented strategies based on creativity and related to the qualities of place increase cultural and social sustainability of urban transformation and development, this paper briefly rethinks the current urban development policy of the city of Sarajevo in relation to the notion of ＂place＂, by leaning on the contemporary European urban development paradigm. The conclusion points out that the sustainable increase of urban competitiveness in Sarajevo should be pursued by the development projects of urban transformation promoting creative knowledge sector, based on the inclusive cultural urban narratives related to places, thus assuring simultaneous growth of creative knowledge industries and preservation of diverse social geography.
