Abstract. This paper deals with the third-order asymptotic theory for Gaussian autoregressive moving-average (ARMA) processes with unknown mean μ. We are interested in the estimation of ρ = ( α1 …, αp , β1 …, βq ), where α 1 …, αρ and β 1 …, βq are the coefficients of the autoregressive part and the moving-average part, respectively. First, we investigate the third-order asymptotic optimality of the bias adjusted maximum likelihood estimator (MLE) of ρ in the presence of the nuisance parameters μ and 2 (innovation variance). Next, for a Gaussian AR(1μ μ, 2 ), we propose a mean corrected estimator αc1c2 of the autoregressive coefficient. We make a comparison between the bias adjusted estimator αc1c2 * and the bias adjusted MLE, in terms of their probabilities of concentration around the true value, or equivalently, in terms of their mean squared errors. Bondability and interfacial reaction between dielectric and insulator layers have been examined to obtain a basic understanding of bonding mechanisms. Lead-containing complex perovskite was used as a dielectric material. Two kinds of glass-ceramics were used as insulator material; lead borosilicate glass containing Al2O3 (insulator A) and the same containing Al2O3 and MgO (insulator B). Dielectric and insulator layers did not bond when insulator A was used. When insulator B was used, however, strong bonding was achieved between the two layers by firing the powder compacts at temperatures between 800° and 1000°C. Addition of MgO to lead borosilicate glass increased the thermal expansion coefficient to that of the dielectric and enhanced the formation of reaction layers, resulting in good bonding. Two reaction layers were identified. The main reaction products were enstatite and bredigite for one layer contacting the dielectric, and enstatite and a compound with the same diffraction pattern as that of faujasite for the other layers contacting insulator B. 相似文献

The characterization and properties of ceramic composites containing the phases Al2 TiO5 , ZrTiO4 , and ZrO2 are described. The range of compositions investigated gives very low average thermal expansions (α24–1000°C as low as −2.0 × 10−6 °C−1 ) and excellent high-temperature stability. The low thermal expansions are apparently due to a combination of microcracking by the titanate phases and a contractive phase transformation by the ZrO2 . The crystal chemistry and microstructure of the product are processing dependent. Although the composites represent a complex microcracking system, the low thermal expansions and high-temperature stability make them potential candidates for commercial applications requiring thermal shock resistance. 相似文献

Axial and dilatometric thermal expansions and phase transformations were studied for solid solutions having the α-PbO2 structure in the ZrTiO4 —In2 O3 —M2 O5 (M = Sb, Ta) system with nominal formulas of Zr x Ti y In z Sb z O4 and Zr x Ti y In z Ta z O4 where x + y + 2 z = 2. With increased substitution of z , the cell volume increased, the difference in the b parameters at room temperature between those quenched from 1400° and 1000°C decreased, and the thermal expansion decreased. The axial thermal expansion of ZrTi y In z · Ta z O4 with z = 0.3 was almost identical with that of HfTiO4 , and those with z = 0.4 and z = 0.45 were smaller than that of HfTiO4 . Unit-cell volumes of these compound were compared with those of single oxides to make it clear that the unit-cell volume of ZrTiO4 was small anomalously and to distinguish the normal and abnormal substitution systems. 包边技术是提高大尺寸激光玻璃饱和增益系数的关键技术.采用传统的方法熔制玻璃,研究了P2O5含量对P2O5-Al2O3-B2O3-CuCl-Na2O-ZnO磷酸盐包边玻璃的折射率、热膨胀系数、玻璃转变温度、膨胀软化温度以及化学稳定性的影响.结果表明:当P2O5的摩尔分数为60%左右,玻璃样品具有最高的折射率(1.5220)、最低的玻璃转变温度(352.4℃)、较好的化学稳定性[0.52mg/(cm2·d)]和适宜的热膨胀系数(128.427×10-7/℃),是用作钕磷酸盐激光玻璃硬包边的理想材料. 相似文献
