A novel design in composities of various materials for solar selective coatings

This study describes the development of multilayer metal-dielectric graded index solar selective coatings in which the metallic volume fraction increases with depth, from top (air–film interface) to bottom (film–substrate interface). The work is based on computer simulation followed by validation through fabrication of the coatings and optical measurements. The influence of the choice of the number of layers present in a graded index composite selective absorber and results obtained for a new destructive interference bilayer (four-layer system) coating, designed using the computer model, were studied. The design and optimization of the composite coating was undertaken using a computer tool developed within this program of research employing Bruggeman and Maxwell–Garnett effective medium formalisms. The design tool enabled all key design parameters, with the exception of particle size and orientation, to be varied systematically to permit the sensitivity of the optical properties of the selective absorber coating to be studied.The model was validated with a supporting program of experimental research in which many different selective absorbers were prepared by co-sputtering of metal and dielectric materials.Although the best compositional gradation can be achieved by increasing the number of layers, the variation in optical performance beyond a certain number of layers is minimal. The destructive interference produced between adjacent layers contributes to the absorptance. The effect of the number of layers (single, four and 10) has been calculated for various materials such as nickel, vanadium, tungsten, cobalt and chromium based coatings. Solar absorptance of 0.98 and 0.96 was achieved by simulation and experimental findings with less than 0.07 thermal emittance at 300 K for 200 nm thick, 4-PGSAC (four-layer system) of V : Al₂O₃ composites. Other designs showed lower optical performance for all the material combinations regardless of their individual optical properties. Use of such thin film coating on the absorbers of solar thermal appliances can reduce thermal losses significantly, which could be of importance to the relevant industry.

胍基阳离子捕收剂反浮选磷矿的性能与机理分析

为了研究磷矿反浮脱硅过程中,胍基阳离子磷矿捕收剂的作用机理,以N-椰油基-1,3-丙撑二胺、单氰胺、乙酸为原料制得一种阳离子表面活性剂,并用于傅里叶红外光谱仪表征,测试了该药剂与3种矿物作用前后的接触角、Zeta电位、红外光谱,进行了石英、白云石、胶磷矿的纯矿物浮选试验等。结果表明:该合成药剂属胍基阳离子表面活性剂,在广泛pH值范围内,对石英的捕收能力较强,对白云石次之,对胶磷矿较弱;在弱碱性下,对白云石捕收性能有所提高;相较白云石、胶磷矿,该药剂更易与石英产生吸附作用,使矿物表面呈现疏水性;接触角、Zeta电位、红外光谱测试结果说明与3种矿物的吸附主要是物理吸附。试验结果说明该胍基阳离子表面活性剂可以作为磷矿反浮脱硅捕收剂。     

Collector matching in origin potential flotation

Through thermodynamic calculation and electrochemistry analysis~ taking the galena as example,the ba-sis for collector matching in origin potential flotation (OPF) was studied. The results of thermodynamic calculation show that the upper limit value of pH and flotation potential of diethyldithiocarbamate (DDTC) is higher than that of xanthogenate (KBX), which indicates that the collecting ability of DDTC for galena is better than that of KBX.The results of the interface capacitance analysis show that lead diethyldithiocarbamate (PbD2) is more steady than lead xanthogenate (Pb(BX)2) on the galena surface under the oxidation condition; the resistance analysis shows thatD2 (DDTC oxidizes into its dimmer) and dixanthogen (BX)2 will occur non-faradic desorption on the pyrite electrodesurface when the potentials are above 0.13 V and 0.2 V respectively. A synthetical criterion ΔE of collecting ability and selectivity was proposed. The results predicted by this criterion are confirmed through flotation experiments of ore.     

低压脉冲旋转反吹布袋收尘器在有色冶炼行业中的应用

目前有色冶金行业干法收尘主要以布袋收尘器为主。介绍了低压脉冲旋转反吹布袋收尘器在烟尘条件恶劣的精矿干燥、回转窑脱硫干燥收尘中的应用。生产应用对比得出,低压脉冲旋转反吹布袋收尘器具有占地小、运行维护量小、运行成本低、使用寿命长等优点。     

电除尘器绝缘子的设计与选择

根据电除尘器绝缘子的功能、工况条件等特点，分别从材质、外形尺寸等方面介绍了设计和选择的注意事项。为用户合理地选择电除尘器绝缘子提供了帮助。     

复合捕收剂协同作用机理研究

采用苯乙烯膦酸与脂肪醇组成的复合捕收剂浮选金红石矿取得了较好效果，通过改进的Ｈａｌｌｉｍｏｎｄ管浮选试验、吸附量测定试验、捕收剂溶液表面张力和金红石表面接触角的测量以及Ｘ射线光电子能谱测试（ＸＰＳ），详细研究了复合捕收剂的协同作用机理。试验结果表明：苯乙烯膦酸在金红石表面发生了化学吸附，脂肪醇与苯乙烯膦酸相互联结，其疏水基指向水相，从而增强了金红石表面的疏水性，提高浮选结果。
