非均匀裂缝性油藏压力动态

在介绍具有连续基质颗粒大小分布和孔间表皮裂缝性油藏的不稳定压力分析模型的同时。提出了代表实际变化的裂缝密度和均匀性油藏的基质岩块大小分布概率密度函数，给出Laplace空间井筒压力解。该理论通过裂缝跨度变化拓宽了以前的双孔隙油藏模型，在不考虑孔间表皮的情况下，对非均匀裂缝性油藏压力动态进行了分析。     

Embracing transformational leadership: Team values and the impact of leader behavior on team performance.

The authors investigated the relationship between transformational leadership behavior and group performance in 218 financial services teams that were branches of a bank in Hong Kong and the United States. Transformational leadership influenced team performance through the mediating effect of team potency. The effect of transformational leadership on team potency was moderated by team power distance and team collectivism, such that higher power distance teams and more collectivistic teams exhibited stronger positive effects of transformational leadership on team potency. The model was supported by data in both Hong Kong and the United States, which suggests a convergence in how teams function in the East and West and highlights the importance of team values. Thermal Evaluation of Scorched Graphite-Epoxy Panels by Infrared Scanning

A simple measurement system is described for evaluating damage to graphite-epoxy panels, such as those used in high-performance aircraft. The system uses a heating laser and infrared imaging system to measure thermal performance. Thermal conductivity or diffusivity is a sensitive indicator of damage in materials, allowing this thermal measurement to show various degrees of damage in graphite-epoxy composites. Our measurements track well with heat-flux damage to graphite epoxy panels. This measurement system, including analysis software, could easily be used in the field, such as on the deck of an aircraft carrier or at remote air strips.     

应用杜邦财务分析体系对企业进行绩效评价

随着我国企业经营机制的不断完善,企业內部经营管理水平不断提升,越来越要求企业重视财务分析。通过对杜邦财务分析体系的介绍,结合实例应用杜邦财务分析体系对企业进行绩效评价,意在对各企业正确应用杜邦财务分析体系,揭示在经营目标发生异动时查明原因,并为企业采取措施修正指标指明方向。     

离心式井下增压装置的系统设计

针对目前国内外超高压射流钻井技术采用柱塞式增压器普遍存在寿命短、工作可靠性差的问题,提出离心式井下增压装置的结构设计方案。这种增压装置由动力单元(涡轮动力机)、固液分离单元、增压单元(离心泵)和流道短节单元组成,通过钻井液驱动涡轮动力机旋转,并带动固液分离装置和离心泵高速旋转,使部分钻井液增压,达到提高射流压力和速度的目的。现场试验证明,这种离心式井下增压装置可使钻井液在井底的压力达到30MPa。     

鄂尔多斯盆地姬塬-堡子湾地区长4+5油层成岩作用与储层评价

利用岩石铸体薄片鉴定、X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜分析等测试手段，对鄂尔多斯盆地姬塬一堡子湾地区延长组长4＋5油层储集岩的岩石学特征、成岩作用和物性特征进行了分析。结果表明，该储集岩为细粒的长石砂岩和岩屑长石砂岩，颗粒呈次棱角状，成分成熟度普遍较低，结构成熟度中等一较好；经历了压实、胶结、压溶和溶解等一系列成岩作用；储集岩具有低孔、低渗的特点。在以上研究基础上，结合压汞分析、孔隙组合分析，对储层进行综合评价认为，长4＋5储层可分为4类，研究区以Ⅱ、Ⅲ类（中等一差）储层为主。     

高速供送螺杆动态性能评价体系的建构

随着设备高速化的日益发展，传统的螺杆设计方法及相应的供送特性评价体系已显落后。参照蜗型凸轮动力学性能的评价方法，建立了高速供送螺杆的动态性能评价体系，为高速化供送螺杆的设计提供了性能参照指标。     

Layout-Specific Circuit Evaluation in 3-D Integrated Circuits

In this paper, we describe a comprehensive layout methodology for bonded three-dimensional integrated circuits (3D ICs). In bonded 3D integration technology, parts of a circuit are fabricated on different wafers, and then, the wafers are bonded with a glue layer of Cu or polymer based adhesive. Using our layout methodology, designers can layout such 3D circuits with necessary information on inter-wafer via/contact and orientation of each wafer embedded in the layout. We have implemented the layout methodology in 3DMagic. Availability of 3DMagic has led to interesting research with a wide range of layout-specific circuit evaluation, from performance comparison of 2D and 3D circuits to layout-specific reliability analyses in 3D circuits. Using 3DMagic, researchers have designed and simulated an 8-bit encryption processor mapped into 2D and 3D FPGA layouts. Moreover, the layout methodology is an essential element of our ongoing research for the framework of a novel Reliability Computer Aided Design tool, ERNI-3D.
