The oxidation resistance of ultra-high-temperature ceramic material (HfB2-30 vol%SiC)-2 vol%rGO (rGO: reduced graphene oxide) under long-term exposure (2000s) to a supersonic air flow has been studied. The ceramics were obtained by reactive hot pressing of HfB2-(SiO2-C)-rGO composite powder at a temperature of 1800°C (pressure 30 MPa, holding time 15 min, Ar). The surface temperature of graphene-modified ceramics under the influence of heating by high-enthalpy air flow (heat flow q reached 779 W·cm–2) did not exceed 1700°C, which is 650–700°C less than for the HfB2-30 vol%SiC baseline ceramics. This may be related to an increase in the efficiency of heat transfer from the sample to the water-cooled module, due to the higher thermal conductivity of the rGO-containing material. Thereby, a decrease in the material degradation degree has been noted, i.e. decrease in the recession rate and decrease in the total thickness of the oxidised ceramic layer by tenth. The peculiarities of the oxidised surface and near-surface region microstructure upon aerodynamic heating of the graphene-modified ceramic material, have been shown. 相似文献

Pressureless sintering of silicon nitride requires addition of sintering agents. The main part of this study was done in order to homogenize the distribution of sintering agents, in this case Y2 O3 , in a silicon nitride matrix. Colloidal 10-nm Y2 O3 Particles were electrostatically adsorbed on Si3 N4 particle surfaces. The adsorption was studied by X-ray fluorescence analysis and electrophoretic measurements. Addition of Y2 O3 sol to a Si3 N4 suspension decreased the viscosity of the suspension. The slip casting properties of Si3 N4 suspensions with added Y2 O3 sol were examined, and the homogeneity of Y2 O3 in the green compacts was compared with conventionally prepared samples. An improved microstructural homogeneity was obtained when Y2 O3 sol particles were adsorbed on the Si3 N4 particle surfaces. 相似文献

Methods are presented for calculating the evolution in time of the second moment properties of the output of linear systems subjected to fractional Brownian motion and fractional Gaussian noise, defined as the formal derivative of fractional Brownian motion. The study also examines whether the output of linear systems to fractional Brownian motion and fractional Gaussian noise exhibits long range dependence. Numerical examples are presented to illustrate the calculation of output statistics for some linear systems with fractional Brownian motion and fractional Gaussian noise input, and show that output of linear systems to these input processes may not have long memory. 相似文献

According to classical theories, automatic processes are autonomous and independent of higher level cognitive influence. In contrast, the authors propose that automatic processing depends on attentional sensitization of task-congruent processing pathways. In 3 experiments, the authors tested this hypothesis with a modified masked semantic priming paradigm during a lexical decision task by measuring event-related potentials (ERPs): Before masked prime presentation, participants attended an induction task either to semantic or perceptual stimulus features designed to activate a semantic or perceptual task set, respectively. Semantic priming effects on the N400 ERP component, an electrophysiological index of semantic processing, were obtained when a semantic task set was induced immediately before subliminal prime presentation, whereas a previously induced perceptual task set attenuated N400 priming. Across experiments, comparable results were obtained regardless of the difficulty level and the verbal or nonverbal nature of the induction tasks. In line with the proposed attentional sensitization model, unconscious semantic processing is enhanced by a semantic and attenuated by a perceptual task set. Hence, automatic processing of unconscious stimuli is susceptible to top-down control for optimizing goal-related information processing.
