基于神经网络基础上的两种系统安全综合评价方法

从工业企业生产发展的特点出发,在界定安全评价概念的基础上，从系统论的角度简要介绍了运用三层BP神经网络技术进行安全综合评价的方法和安全模糊综合评价方法。通过对这两种较为流行的安全评价方法进行分析，指出了传统评价方法的不合理性，辨证说明了这两种评价方法的优越性。     

EM procedures using mean field-like approximations for Markov model-based image segmentation

Image segmentation using Markov random fields involves parameter estimation in hidden Markov models for which the EM algorithm is widely used. In practice, difficulties arise due to the dependence structure in the models and approximations are required. Using ideas from the mean field approximation principle, we propose a class of EM-like algorithms in which the computation reduces to dealing with systems of independent variables. Within this class, the simulated field algorithm is a new stochastic algorithm which appears to be the most promising for its good performance and speed, on synthetic and real image experiments.

光敏丝室探测器PET的触发判选处理器

介绍了为光敏丝室探测器PET而设计的触发判选处理器（TRIG）的结构和原理，该处理器具有触发判选，计数率损失测量，随机符合事例率测量，探测器分区计数统计以及系统定标等多项功能，由于应用了EPLD技术和流水线作业等技术，实现了TRIG系统的高集成度和高性能 。     

机床工具产品色彩造型初探

本文针对我国机床工具产品色彩设计的现状,结合具体实例,对色彩造型的实质做了初步的探讨。分析了色彩造型和色彩装饰两种设计观和实践效果;以色彩与形状关系及作用的论证为引,论述色彩造型的三大功能作用。并提出可供机床工具产品色彩设计参考的具体设计方法和手段。     

Remarks on different reviews of Chinese character recognition

This paper gives an introduction and remarks on two review papers for Chinese character recognition. One review is made by Chinese authors, another is from American scientists. They investigate Chinese character from different language environments; they do the research from different points of view. Thus, a more comprehensive view on Chinese character recognition, which is an important branch of pattern recognition, can be provided to the readers. Meantime, one article pays attention to online process, and other paper deals with offline recognition, which complement each other. The author is the Associate Editor-in-Chief of Frontiers of Computer Science in China

阐述了铜杆生产过程中信息采集系统的主要研究内容；概括了硬件的结构和选用的主要设备；阐述了上位机软件的主要模块及实现方法；系统采用面向对象的编程方法，界面友好，操作简单，功能完善；实际运行效果良好，具有较好的应用前景。     

Identification of Chaos Representations of Elastic Properties of Random Media Using Experimental Vibration Tests

This paper deals with the experimental identification of the probabilistic representation of a random field modelling the Young modulus of a nonhomogeneous isotropic elastic medium by experimental vibration tests. Experimental data are constituted of frequency response functions on a given frequency band and for a set of observed degrees of freedom on the boundary of specimens. The random field representation is based on the polynomial chaos decomposition. The coefficients of the polynomial chaos are identified setting an inverse problem and then in solving an optimization problem related to the maximum likelihood principle.
