Numerical Study of the Effects of the Secondary Diaphragm and Contact Surface in Expansion Tubes

The interaction of the shock reflected at a secondary diaphragm with the primary contact in six cases, i.e. the strengths and shapes of the contact surface are different, were explored by numerical study. The influences of the strength and shape of the contact on the developing wave pattern and the quality of the test gas are illustrated by many kinds of figures (e.g. the time-distance diagrams of the acoustic impedance contours on the axis, the acoustic impedance contours, and the time histories of pilot and static pressures).

方膜上横向压阻压力传感器的非线性研究

本文对方膜的硅压力传感器结构进行了应力非线性的计算分析,得出了应力-压力关系非线性与压力量程、膜的几何参数以及器件位置的关系,并给出了实现线性最佳化设计的结果.实验与理论结果的比较表明:(1)压阻效应非线性很小,压力传感器的非线性主要决定于应力非线性;(2)方膜边缘的四端力敏电阻设计不仅灵敏度高,而且有较好的线性;(3)进一步改进压力传感器精度的方法是选用应力线性优良的结构.     

New scintillation detector of backscattered electrons for the low voltage SEM

The new scintillation detector of backscattered electrons that is capable of working at primary beam energy as low as 0.5 keV is introduced. Low energy backscattered electrons are accelerated in order to generate a sufficient number of photons. Secondary electrons are deflected back by the energy filter so that the true compositional contrast of the specimen is obtained. The theoretical models of the detector function are described and first demonstration images are presented.     

基于数据库技术的AutoCAD应用技术研究

通过介绍ARX技术、AutoCAD图形数据结构以及MFC,ARX和数据库相结合进行Auto CAD二次开发的技术,提出了一种AutoCAD图形数据和数据库间相互转化的方法,从而可以方便地利用数据库统计计算的强大功能,对AutoCAD图形数据进行快速统计计算、批量编辑,实践证明其方法有效。     

环境扫描电子显微镜的成像特点

环境扫描电子显微镜(ESEM)中所指的环境并非真正意义上的大气环境(760 Torr),与传统扫描电子显微镜(SEM)样品室高真空度相比,ESEM样品室的真空度可以很低(约达20 Torr)。ESEM是在传统的SEM样品室中多一个GSED探头,因此,它在传统的SEM基础上增添了新的功能。其主要的特点是,可以观察含适量水分的样品和非导体材料样品,比如植物的叶片、动物中的昆虫、作物的籽粒、含结晶水的固体材料等。
