低温脂肪酶产生菌的筛选、鉴定及其部分酶学性质

从南极乔治王岛冻土来源的76株低温细菌中筛选到13株低温脂肪酶产生菌，对其中的BTsl0022菌株进行鉴定。通过生理生化特征、16s rDNA基因序列的同源性和系统发育分析发现，菌株RTsl0022属于假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)，但与已定名的假单胞菌有一定的差异，与未定名的Pseudomonas sp．PsB的亲缘关系最接近，故将其暂定名为Pseudomonas sp．BTsl0022。对该菌脂肪酶的酶学性质初步研究表明，酶的最适作用温度为24℃，对热敏感，60℃处理30min仅残留25％酶活性，酶的适宜作用pH范围在7．0～9．0，最适pH为8．0。     

Atmospheric corrosion of reference metals in Antarctic sites

This paper presents the results obtained at three Antarctic test sites participating in the “Ibero-American Map of Atmospheric Corrosiveness” (MICAT), a project on atmospheric corrosion carried out during the period 1988–1994 at some 70 sites distributed across 12 countries of the Latin-American region, Spain and Portugal. The three Antarctic sites are located near the coastline.The singular climatic characteristics of Antarctic regions are related with the purity of the air, the absence of rainfall and the formation of ice on the metallic surface during an important part of the exposure time. However, electrochemical activity is possible below ice layers. This situation affects the structure and morphology of corrosion product films and the resulting corrosion rates of metallic surfaces.     

低温等离子体对血管内金属支架的表面改性

生物材料用于人体必须要具备生物相容性。尤其是与血液相接触的材料如血管内支架必须要具备血液相容性。材料的表面特性直接影响血液系统中是否会出现血栓。本文针对金属血管内支架的表面特性、与血液的界面反应以及用于提高血液相容性的低温等离子表面改性进行了简要综述     

添加高效粘结剂的氧化锰矿粉冷固成团

以氧化锰矿粉为原料，添加ＺＢ粘结剂进行冷固成团，所得冷固团块不仅具有足够的机械强度，而且具有良好的耐湿性，适用于长距离运输和露天堆存，是一种可与块矿性能相媲美的优质炉料，为充分利用矿山及冶炼厂的锰矿粉找到了一条良好的途径．     

Gasification of charcoal using supercritical CO2 at high pressures

A novel one-shell high temperature and high pressure semi-continuous reactor has been developed for the study of the Boudouard reaction at temperatures up to 820 °C and pressures up to 32.5 MPa. Semicontinuous gasification of charcoal using supercritical CO₂ has been achieved at conversions up to 90.8% (w/w) at LSHV between 20 and 30 h⁻¹ after 5–9 h. A gasification model is proposed and validated. Effective rates of gasification (1.32 ± 0.12) × 10⁻⁶ to (6.10 ± 2.03) × 10⁻⁵ s⁻¹ were obtained. The results indicated that this method is technically feasible for the on-line production of high pressures streams of CO/CO₂ in the lab for carrying out further chemistries, avoiding the use of CO high pressure bottles.     

板式换热器热端跑冷问题的分析及处理

１００００ｍ３／ｈ制氧机板式换热器损坏修复后，热端跑冷严重，氧气取出量不足，制氧机工况恶化，通过分析找出了原因是因某单元氧通道堵塞，并采取了处理措施。     

家电产品常用板材的选用

本文首先介绍国内和日本、德国、俄罗斯等国冷轧薄钢板及镀锌薄钢板的牌号、标记识别及生产地及与我国家标准薄钢板牌号的相互之间的关系，并比较具体地介绍冷轧板的实效性、镀锌薄钢板的锌层特性等诸多方面的状况。从而帮助我们在设计、制造家电产品中，比较正确地选择合适的板材。     

3t电渣钢9Cr2Mo工艺实践

为进一步提高冷轧辊电渣锭的内(外)质量、降低生产成本的要求,贵阳特钢采用400mm×300mm矩形连铸坯取代(φ)330mm铸锭做为电渣母材,在计算机全过程自动控制下,实现1支自耗电极重熔1支3吨电渣锭9Cr2Mo.电渣冶炼的填充比由初期的0.347提高到0.487,电渣锭成锭率由91.17%提高到96.87%,电渣重熔电耗由1762kWh/t下将到1477 kWh/t.     

冷轧带肋钢筋现浇混凝土板开裂现象研究及探讨

本文总结了冷轧带肋钢筋在福州地区的应用情况,对现浇砼板裂缝现象进行现场调查,并探究其裂缝发生的机理,最后对高强带肋钢筋在砼楼板中的应用前景提出有益的建议和展望
