镁合金AM60的钨极氩弧焊

探讨了钨极氩孤焊焊接工艺对镁合金AM60接头性能的影响,分析讨论焊缝成形特点、接头组织特征及力学性能．X射线无损探伤分析表明,AM60镁合金TIG焊的焊缝在焊接电流为130A～160A时成形良好,无焊接缺陷;光学金相、SEM分析表明,AM60镁合金TIG焊接头各区域组织都由白色α-Mg相、黑色β相（Mg17Al12）和灰色（β＋Mg17Al12）共晶体组成,AM60断口形貌有明显的韧窝,属于韧断;AM60镁合金TIG焊接头力学性能在150A～160A时综合性能最好,采用不同材料作为填充金属时,与母材成分接近的接头力学性能较好．     

基于GLFF红光高清光学头ACT系统的建模与仿真

红光高清光学头ACT系统的模型是其伺服系统设计的基础,采用GLFF（广义线性前馈网络）对其进行建模与仿真研究,可实施硬件解决方案前确立系统的控制模型,比较控制方案,检验控制算法．本文在理论建模的基础上,采用GLFF逼近方法,通过实验比较确定其模型,完成了红光高清光学头ACT系统的建模,并进行了仿真分析．为伺服系统设计提供了适用的控制模型．     

高职院校大学新生心理健康状况研究

采用症状自评量表对某高职院校1 313名2008级大学新生的心理健康状况进行测查。结果表明：高职院校大学新生症状自评量表各因子得分显著低于全国正常成人常模和全国大学生常模;在抑郁、焦虑和恐怖因子中,女生得分显著高于男生;独生子女新生心理健康水平显著高于非独生子女新生;除了人际敏感和敌对性,来自农村和城市的新生心理健康水平差异不显著。
