靶向抗癌药格列卫与其治疗白血病疗效监测

Gleevec是抑制致癌的融合蛋白BCR-ABL的一种分子靶向治疗药物,BCR-ABL是一种与慢性髓细胞性白血病(CML)有关的酪氨酸激酶抑制剂。用Gleevec选择性地抑制BCR-ABL活性在治疗CML中显示出很好的效果,特别是在CML慢性期,因此,监测疗效非常重要。现就Gleevec的研究进展及如何监测其在CML中的疗效作一简单综述。     

光纤荧光传感器衰减寿命的加权对数拟合法

荧光寿命的检测是荧光光学传感器的核心内容，国际上尝试了多种方法来拟合这种理论上为单指数衰减信号的荧光衰减曲线。这些方法包括非线性函数标准拟合方法。即Levenburg-Marquardt方法，以及Prony方法、FFT方法，对数拟合法等等。为了克服在实际应用中发生的信号退化，需要在测量信号衰减寿命的同时测量信号的初始强度。文章介绍了一种加权的对数拟合法，经计算机仿真及实际数据测试均可以得到和Levenburg-Marquardt方法非常接近的结果，且拟合时间大大缩短，测量稳定性大大提高。仿真测试及具体实验测试结果显示了这种方法的有效性。该方法不仅与Levenburg-Marquardt方法的偏差曲线非常相似，而且实验测得的荧光寿命与Levenburg-Marquardt方法偏差在0．2％以内。     

Experimental Research on Erbium-doped Superfluorescent Fiber Source

The effects of the variations in fiber length, fiber mirror reflectance on efficiency and output power are experimentally investigated for erbium-doped double pass backward superfluorescent fiber sources (SFSs). The influence of fiber length on mean wavelength stability (MWS) has also been demonstrated. By incorporating a short section of un-pumped erbium-doped fiber (EDF) at the output port, the pump power dependent on MWS becomes independent of pumped EDF length. This is a novel phenomenon that hasn‘t been reported up to now,and should be helpful to SFS fabrication and theory analysis. By using a fiber Michelson interferometer as spectrum slicing component,a multi-wavelength fiber source (MWFS) with ～20 channels (from 1542nm to 1559nm) is got. The MWFS has a channel spacing of ～0. 8 nm which satisfies ITUstandard. The intensity fluctuation among channels is less than 0.5dB,and the extinction ratio of all channels is above 14dB. This kind of MWFS should be useful to wavelength division multiplexing systems.     

磺胺喹啉新衍生物的合成及其应用的研究

由8-氨基喹啉-5-偶氮衍生物与苯磺酰氯或对甲苯磺酰氯反应制得了6种磺胺喹啉偶氮衍生物.产品经红外光谱和元素分析确证.用光度法测定了其中两个试剂的酸离解常数.系统研究了试剂与金属离子的显色反应和荧光反应.发现SPTSQ,NPTSQ和NPBSQ是Cu(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Pd(Ⅱ)、Au(Ⅲ)、Pt(Ⅱ)的灵敏光度试剂,6个衍生物均是Cu(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)的灵敏荧光试剂,其中MOPBSQ和AAPTSQ还是Pd(Ⅱ)的良好荧光试剂.建立了几个性能优良的光度、荧光和极谱分析新体系.     

一种发出红色荧光的六核配合物[Cu6（pymt）6]

合成了一价铜和2-巯基嘧啶盐的配合物[Cu6（pymt）6]并进行结构分析，该配合物能发出强的红色荧光。其中，一价铜离子的配位环境为变形平面三角形，陪体pymt采用μ3-S2N桥联方式参与配位。     

Study on Effect of Flux on CeMgAl11O19：Tb^3＋ Phosphor

High calcination temperature is an important factor in the preparation process of CeMgAl11O19:Tb^3 . To decrease the temperature, different fluxes (H3BO3, MgF2 and AlF3) were tested in order to compare their influence on the luminescence property and particle size distribution of CeMgAl11O19: Tb^3 . The result shows that when the content of MgF2 is 0.1 mol/mol, the intensity of luminescence can attain a maximum. Furthermore, MgF2 can improve the particle size quality of the phosphor. So MgF2 can take the place of the conventional flux H3BO3 to prepare high quality CeMgAl11O19:Tb^3 phosphor. In addition, the relation between phosphor property and content of AlF3 was also studied. The crystal structure of the phosphor was analyzed by XRD method. The phase composition analysis shows that the reason of decrease of the brightness of CeMgAl11O19:Tb^3 phosphor is the emergence of TbAlO3 and α-Al2O3 during the preparation process.

四种别藻蓝蛋白三聚体的时间分辨荧光光谱研究

研究了从Ａｎａｂａｎａｖａｒｉｂｉｌｉｓ中提取的４种别藻蓝蛋白ＡＰＣＩ，ＡＰＣＩＩ，ＡＰＣＩＩ及ＡＰＣＢ三聚体的稳态光谱和皮秒荧光光谱。采用Ｍｏｎｔｅ－Ｃａｒｌｏ方法对瞬态荧光光谱进行拟合，实验结果表明：ＡＰＣＩ荧光有两个带，其中第一个带位于６６２ｎｍ，有两个时间组分：３５．８ｐｓ和１．６７ｎｓ；第二个带位于６８０ｎｍ，有两个时间组分：３４．２ｐｓ和１．６４ｎｓ；ＡＰＣＩＩ瞬态荧光位于６６０ｎｍ，有两个时间组分：２０．４ｐｓ和１．６４ｎｓ；ＡＰＣＩＩ瞬态荧光位于６６０ｎｍ，有两个时间组分：２３．８ｐｓ和１．７６ｎｓ；ＡＰＣＢ瞬态荧光有两个带，其中第一个带位于６６２ｎｍ，有两个时间组分：３６．６ｐｓ和１．４５ｎｓ；第二个带位于６８０ｎｍ，有两个时间组分：２５．８ｐｓ和１．６２ｎｓ。实验结果一方面说明了藻胆体核内４种别藻蓝蛋白形成能量传递的两条途径；另一方面瞬态荧光解叠结果揭示了ＡＰＣＩ和ＡＰＣＢ三聚体内能量传递的超快过程。
