A new type of 3D-printable ‘one-part’ geopolymer was synthesized with fly ash (FA), granulated blast furnace slag (GBFS), steel slag (SS) and flue gas desulfurization gypsum (FGD). The effects of SS content (0–40%) on the rheological properties, 3D-printability, mechanical anisotropy and reaction kinetics of geopolymer were investigated. The yield stress and plastic viscosity monotonically decreased with the increasing SS content. Contrarily, the geopolymer with 10% of SS presented better extrudability, buildability and mechanical strength than those with 0, 20%, 30% and 40% of SS. This was mainly attributed to the conflicting influence of SS on geopolymerization, of which the OH? produced by hydration of SS raised the alkalinity of the reaction system and accelerated the dissolution of SiO44? and AlO45?, while the low reactivity prohibited the following polymerization process. Furthermore, the 3D-printed geopolymer presented more compact microstructure and less mechanical anisotropy thanks to the crosslinking of morphologically complementary products, including N(C)-A-S-H, C–S–H, AFt and CH, formed via synergistic reaction of FA-GBFS-SS-FGD system.  相似文献

人体大脑和身体的发育,需要从食物中摄取均衡的营养物质。人类大脑是区分人类和其他动物的特征。食物中的必需脂肪酸是机体组织结构和功能的必要组成部分。Omega-6(O6)亚油酸(LA6)是皮肤组织的组成成分,且是炎症、血栓形成、免疫和其他信号分子的前体;Omega-3(O3)α-亚麻酸(ALA3),特别是其长链代谢产物——二十二碳六烯酸(DHA3),是大脑、视网膜和部分神经组织中的关键组分。从富含LA6脂肪酸(缺乏O3脂肪酸)的植物籽中提取出的廉价而优质油脂,是20世纪的西方国家食品工业生产的主要脂肪来源。在代谢通路中,高浓度的LA6脂肪酸可拮抗O3脂肪酸代谢,造成O3脂肪酸不足,因此,在给怀孕动物的饲料中,只提供富含LA6但缺乏O3脂肪酸的油脂作为唯一的脂肪来源,会导致幼崽大脑发育不良。过去20~30年的研究表明,低含量LA6且含DHA3的油脂可改善大脑的功能。近年来的研究较多集中在营养因素对大脑发育的影响,最新研究数据表明,脂肪酸平衡对营养不良儿童的大脑发育尤为重要。世界卫生组织(WHO)越来越重视大脑的营养健康,通过其下属的食品法典委员会,建议用于治疗严重急性营养不良儿童的即食治疗食品中,使用含有均衡脂肪酸组成/构成的脂肪。同样,脂肪酸均衡对老年人可能也很重要。目前,业界已经有了调整油脂成分的方法,以确保脂肪酸均衡,从而维持人体整个生命周期的大脑健康。  相似文献

Sr3Al2-xBxO5Cl2:Eu2+, Dy3+ (x = 0, 0.2, 0.4) long persistent phosphors were prepared via solid-state process. The pristine Sr3Al2O5Cl2:Eu2+, Dy3+ phosphor exhibits orange/red broad band emission around 609 nm, which can be attributed to the electric radiation transitions 4f65 d1→4f7 of Eu2+. Upon the same excitation, the B3+-doped Sr3Al2-xBxO5Cl2:Eu2+, Dy3+ phosphors display red-shift from 609 nm to 625 nm with increasing B3+ concentrations. The XRD patterns show that Al3+ can be replaced by B3+ in the host lattice at the tetrahedral site, which causes lattice contraction and crystal field enhancement, and thereafter achieves the red-shift on the emission spectrum. The XPS investigation provides direct evidence of the dominant 2-valent europium in the phosphor, which can be ascribed for the broad band emission of the prepared phosphors. The afterglow of all phosphors show standard double exponential decay behavior, and the afterglow of Sr3Al2O5Cl2:Eu2+, Dy3+is rather weak, while the sample co-doped with B3+shows longer and stronger afterglow, as confirmed after the curve simulation. The analysis of thermally stimulated luminescence showed that, when B3+ is introduced, a much deeper trap is created, and the density of the electron trap is also significantly increased. As a result, B3+ ions caused redshift and enhanced afterglow for the Sr3Al2-xBxO5Cl2:Eu2+, Dy3+ phosphor.  相似文献

Histone deacetylase inhibitors (HDIs) are promising anti-cancer agents that inhibit proliferation of many types of cancer cells including breast carcinoma (BC) cells. In the present study, we investigated the influence of the Notch1 activity level on the pharmacological interaction between cisplatin (CDDP) and two HDIs, valproic acid (VPA) and suberoylanilide hydroxamic acid (SAHA, vorinostat), in luminal-like BC cells. The type of drug–drug interaction between CDDP and HDIs was determined by isobolographic analysis. MCF7 cells were genetically modified to express differential levels of Notch1 activity. The cytotoxic effect of SAHA or VPA was higher on cells with decreased Notch1 activity and lower for cells with increased Notch1 activity than native BC cells. The isobolographic analysis demonstrated that combinations of CDDP with SAHA or VPA at a fixed ratio of 1:1 exerted additive or additive with tendency toward synergism interactions. Therefore, treatment of CDDP with HDIs could be used to optimize a combined therapy based on CDDP against Notch1-altered luminal BC. In conclusion, the combined therapy of HDIs and CDDP may be a promising therapeutic tool in the treatment of luminal-type BC with altered Notch1 activity.  相似文献

Lipoxins (LXs) are autacoids, specialized proresolving lipid mediators (SPMs) acting locally in a paracrine or autocrine fashion. They belong to a complex superfamily of dietary small polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA)–metabolites, which direct potent cellular responses to resolve inflammation and restore tissue homeostasis. Together, these SPM activities have been intensely studied in systemic inflammation and acute injury or infection, but less is known about LX signaling and activities in the central nervous system. LXs are derived from arachidonic acid, an omega‐6 PUFA. In addition to well‐established roles in systemic inflammation resolution, they have increasingly become implicated in regulating neuroinflammatory and neurodegenerative processes. In particular, chronic inflammation plays a central role in Alzheimer's disease (AD) etiology, and dysregulated LX production and activities have been reported in a variety of AD rodent models and clinical tissue samples, yet with complex and sometimes conflicting results. In addition, reduced LX production following retinal injury has been reported recently by the authors, and an intriguing direct neuronal activity promoting survival and homeostasis in retinal and cortical neurons is demonstrated. Here, the authors review and clarify this growing literature and suggest new research directions to further elaborate the role of lipoxins in neurodegeneration.  相似文献

The increase in the production of acid gas consisting of H2S, CO2, and associated impurities such as ammonia and hydrocarbons from oil and gas plants and gasification facilities has stimulated the interest in the development of alternative means of acid gas utilization to produce hydrogen and sulfur, simultaneously. The present literature lacks a detailed reaction mechanism that can reliably predict the thermal destruction of NH3 and its blend with H2S and CO2 to facilitate process optimization and commercialization. In this paper, a detailed mechanism of NH3 pyrolysis is developed and is merged with the reactions of NH3 oxidation and H2S/CO2 thermal decomposition from our previous works. The mechanism is validated successfully using different sets of experimental data on the pyrolysis and oxidation of NH3, H2S, and CO2. The proposed mechanism predicts the experimental data on NH3 pyrolysis remarkably better than the existing mechanisms in the literature. The mechanism is used to investigate the effects of NH3 concentration (0–20%) and reactor temperature (1000–1800 K) on the thermal decomposition of H2S and CO2. A synergistic effect is observed in the simultaneous decomposition of NH3 and CO2, i.e., NH3 conversion is improved in the presence of CO2 and the decomposition CO2 to CO is enhanced in the presence of NH3. The presence of H2S suppressed NH3 conversion, while the conversion of H2S remained unchanged with increasing NH3 concentration at temperature below 1400 K due to the low conversion of NH3 (up to 18%). At temperature above 1400 K, NH3 conversion increased rapidly and it triggered a decrease in H2S conversion as well as the yields of H2 and S2. The major reactions involved in the decomposition of H2S, CO2, and NH3 and the production of major products such as H2, S2, and CO are identified. The detailed reaction mechanism can facilitate the design and optimization of acid gas thermal decomposition to produce hydrogen and sulfur, simultaneously.  相似文献

While qualitative studies have identified chlorogenic acids in antioxidant extracts, particularly ethyl acetate‐derived extracts, of Taraxacum officinale, quantitative analysis of these phenolic compounds remains largely unreported for this species. In this study, bioactivity‐guided fractionation of an antioxidant crude ethyl acetate extract (DPPH = 295.481 ± 0.955 mg TE g?1 extract) from T. officinale root resulted in a number of reverse‐phase fractions that demonstrated high antioxidant activity (DPPH = 1058.733–1312.136 mg TE g?1 extract), stronger than that of the synthetic antioxidant Trolox®. UPLC‐MS/MS screening of these fractions for the presence of selected mono‐ and di‐caffeoylquinic acids revealed large quantities of 1,5‐dicaffeoylquinic acid present in several fractions (853.052–907.324 μg mg?1), respectively. Due to the antioxidant potency and high levels of 1,5‐dicaffeoylquinic acid observed in these fractions, it was concluded that specifically this chlorogenic acid derivative is a major contributor to the antioxidant efficacy of dandelion root.  相似文献

Up to now, commercially available alumina ceramics were claimed to have strength between 400 and 550 MPa. However, our study shows strength ~ 2 times higher for commercially available alumina than commonly believed. The average and characteristic strength, measured on 31 pure alumina ceramic discs by ball on three balls (B3B) test, were 1205 ± 93 MPa and 1257 MPa, respectively, with a Weibull modulus of m = 11.8. Tested specimens were in form of discs with a diameter of 5 mm and thickness 0.5 mm. The grain size distribution of the alumina is bimodal with an average grain size of ~ 850 nm measured at the surface. The fracture reveals a mixed transgranular / intergranular failure mode. To avoid incorporation of additional flaws, the discs were tested as sintered. The characteristic flexural strength measured in B3B was recalculated according to Weibull theory for standard 4-point bending bars of size 3 × 4 × 45 mm as bend 856 MPa. The measured strength of nearly 900 MPa shows the potential of strength for high purity alumina ceramics.  相似文献

The novel severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is the causative agent of coronavirus disease-19 (COVID-19) being associated with severe pneumonia. Like with other viruses, the interaction of SARS-CoV-2 with host cell proteins is necessary for successful replication, and cleavage of cellular targets by the viral protease also may contribute to the pathogenesis, but knowledge about the human proteins that are processed by the main protease (3CLpro) of SARS-CoV-2 is still limited. We tested the prediction potentials of two different in silico methods for the identification of SARS-CoV-2 3CLpro cleavage sites in human proteins. Short stretches of homologous host-pathogen protein sequences (SSHHPS) that are present in SARS-CoV-2 polyprotein and human proteins were identified using BLAST analysis, and the NetCorona 1.0 webserver was used to successfully predict cleavage sites, although this method was primarily developed for SARS-CoV. Human C-terminal-binding protein 1 (CTBP1) was found to be cleaved in vitro by SARS-CoV-2 3CLpro, the existence of the cleavage site was proved experimentally by using a His6-MBP-mEYFP recombinant substrate containing the predicted target sequence. Our results highlight both potentials and limitations of the tested algorithms. The identification of candidate host substrates of 3CLpro may help better develop an understanding of the molecular mechanisms behind the replication and pathogenesis of SARS-CoV-2.  相似文献
